Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(1):107-109
[Objective]To probe the research and treatment for Hashimoto thyroiditis in Th1/Th2 migration.[Methods]By referring to related literature from both home and abroad, the author tries to analyze and sort the literature and comes to a reasonable conclusion. [Result]There is a lot of experimental re-search on correction of Hashimoto thyroiditis Th1/Th2 migration at home and abroad, but less clinical treatment research.[Conclusion]Th1/Th2 cellmigra-tion is one of the reasons for Hashimoto thyroiditis. It can promote the development of the disease, have something to do with the rise of thyroid autoanti-bodies.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
The operation of the culture and quality education is one of the best effective forms to execute education of various cultures and self-quality to our university students right in the classroom . But in the practical teaching work ,there is a series of questions such as the lower curricular quality , utilitarianism in teaching and studying , loose management and so on .The existing questions are analyzed and the appropriate measures are put forward in this paper.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(3):298-301
Objective Diagnosis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound ( CEUS) for small focal liver lesions under the background of hepatocirrhosis has been a difficult problem in clinical practice .CEUS has significantly improved the accuracy of liver cancer diagno-sis, but little research has been done in minimal lesions .The article was to investigate the diagnostic value of CEUS in liver cirrhosis with small focal liver lesions (≤2 cm) . Methods 70 patients with cirrhosis and 76 small focal hepatic lesions who were admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2015 were examined by conventional ultrasound and CEUS .Comparative analysis was made be-tween the results of tests and pathology to calculate the sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of CEUS and conventional ultrasound . Results The sensitivity , specificity and accuracy in diagnosing small hepatic cancer lesions complicated with cirrhosis by CEUS and conventional ultrasound were 47.6%、79.4%、61.8%and97.6%、97.1%、97.4%,respectively.CEUS was in high consistence with the results of pathology ( Kappa 0.947) and significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasound (Kappa 0.259). Conclusion CEUS has high application value in the differential diagnosis of small focal he-patic lesions complicated with cirrhosis .

Objective To observe the radioprotective effect of low dose mitomycin C(MMC) on chest carcinoma. Methods 100 cases of chest carcinomas confirmed by histologic or cytologic diagnosis, including, esophageal carcinoma 54 cases, lung cancer 46 cases, were randomized into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The study group was treated with low dose MMC (0.002 mg/kg iv one time per week, about 5 ~ 7 times in the course) during routine radiotherapy, the control group was treated with routine radiotherapy only. Results All of 100 cases completed the treatment. Acute radiation- induced esophagitis of study group and control group was 30 % and 48 % respectively (?2=3.897,P =0.048). Acute radiation- induced pneumonia of study group and control group was 4 % and 16 % respectively (?2 =4.001,P =0.045). Hematologic toxicity of study group and control group was 50 % and 48 % respectively (?2=0.208, P =0.648). Response rate of study group (84 %) was obviously higher than that of control group (68 %) (?2 =4.089, P =0.043). Conclusions Low dose MMC combining with chest carcinoma's radiotherapy can obviously reduce acute radiation- induced esophagitis and pneumonia, without obvious hematologic toxicity, meanwhile increase radiation effect.

OBJECTIVE:To study the actions of seabuckthorn oil emulsion against chronic atrophic gastritis and gastic ulcer in rats.METHODS:Chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric ulcer models were established in rats and mice and the antiulcer and anti-chronic atrophic gastritis actions of seabuckthorn oil emulsion were determined.RESULTS:Seabuckthorn oil emulsion could obviously prevent gastric ulcer and chronic atrophic gastritis induced by deoxycholic acid and stress and could decrease the index of acute gastric ulcer caused by ligature of pylorus in rats and could oppose the ulcer induced by indomethacin-ethanol significantly in mice.CONCLUSION:The results suggest that the antiulcer and anti-chronic atrophic gastritis actions of seabuckthorn oil emulsion may be related with its protection of the gastric mucosal barrier and neutralization of acid.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Objective To explore the effect of swimming training on the microcirculations of cochlea in guinea pigs with tertram ethylpyrazine(TMP) treatment after chronic hypoxia. Methods 28 guinea pigs were divided into normal control group outside of cabin (A) and chronic hypoxia model group (B). After four weeks the model group were divided into the model control group (B 1),TMP treatment group (B 2),swimming training group(B 3) and swimming training with TMP treatment group (B 4).Until the given time,LDF was used to investigate the blood flow of every guinea pig's cochlea. The spiral ligament spreaded-slice optical lens was used to observe guinea pig's vascular veins, capillary appearance and RBC counts. Results There was significant difference in cochlear blood flow(CBF) and RBC counts between B 2,B 4 groups and B 1 group.CBF and RBC counts of B 3 group was improved comparing with B 1 gorup,so did that of B 4 group comparing with B 2.But no significant difference was found. Conclusion Swimming training can relieve the swelling on the thin blood vessel and improve the effect of TMP on the microcirculation in cochlea of guinea pigs under chronic hypoxia environment.

To study the initiatives and progress of African nations in promoting the development of traditional medicine to determine if these measures can be applied to the protection of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge. Information research methods were used to collect and analyze relevant literature. The development of African traditional medicine has been effectively promoted through various measures taken by African organizations and governments. In recent years, Africa has achieved remarkable results in promoting the development of traditional medicine. Many other countries will benefit from studying their examples and adopting similar measures.

Objective To investigate the prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅱ and Ⅲ after being treated by microwave coagulation, loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) and cold knife conization. Methods From March 2000 to February 2006, 289 patients with CIN Ⅱ or Ⅲ diagnosed by colposcopic biopsy were treated and followed up according to consensus guidelines for the management of women with CIN. Results Totally 233 of the 289 patients (80.6%) completed the follow-up (3-56 months with a mean of 11.8). Among them, 77.7% (181/233) received treatment; the other 22.3% (52/233) did not. In the 181 patients who received treatment, the lesion disappeared in 160 (88.4%) cases, during the follow-up; while in those who did not received treatment, the CIN was cured spontaneously in 63.5% (33/52; ?2=17.664, P=0.000). The prognosis of CIN Ⅱ was similar among the patients who were treated with microwave coagulation, LEEP, or cold knife conization (?2=0.008,P=0.996). In addition, in the patients with CIN Ⅲ, the prognosis after cold knife conization was not significantly different from that after LEEP (?2=0.017,P=0.897). Conclusions The management of CIN Ⅱ and Ⅲ may increase the cure rate. However, the three therapeutic methods produce similar prognosis.
