Objective To explore effective coping style of targeted psychodrama on teenager offenders.Methods Targeted psychodrama intervention procedures were designed.60 teenagers selected from juvenile detention jail were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Psychodrama intervention was applied to the experimental group to test the changes of the two groups before and after the intervention using simplified coping style questionnaire.Results Before the intervention,the positive coping style level of the experimental group was 1.40 ± 0.42,the negative coping style level was 2.19 ± 0.32; after the intervention,the positive coping style level of the experimental group was 2.13 ± 0.36,the negative coping style level was 1.77 ±0.30.The difference of the experimental group's positive response and the negative response were significant before and after the intervention(t =-6.223,P＜ 0.01; t =9.749,P＜0.01).The difference of the control group's positive response and the negative response were not significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Psychodrama intervention has a positive effect on the criminal teenagers coping styles,and it can improve their social adaptability.

Objective To observe the radioprotective effect of low dose mitomycin C(MMC) on chest carcinoma. Methods 100 cases of chest carcinomas confirmed by histologic or cytologic diagnosis, including, esophageal carcinoma 54 cases, lung cancer 46 cases, were randomized into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The study group was treated with low dose MMC (0.002 mg/kg iv one time per week, about 5 ~ 7 times in the course) during routine radiotherapy, the control group was treated with routine radiotherapy only. Results All of 100 cases completed the treatment. Acute radiation- induced esophagitis of study group and control group was 30 % and 48 % respectively (?2=3.897,P =0.048). Acute radiation- induced pneumonia of study group and control group was 4 % and 16 % respectively (?2 =4.001,P =0.045). Hematologic toxicity of study group and control group was 50 % and 48 % respectively (?2=0.208, P =0.648). Response rate of study group (84 %) was obviously higher than that of control group (68 %) (?2 =4.089, P =0.043). Conclusions Low dose MMC combining with chest carcinoma's radiotherapy can obviously reduce acute radiation- induced esophagitis and pneumonia, without obvious hematologic toxicity, meanwhile increase radiation effect.

Objective To explore the correlation between syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and quality of life (QOL) of the patients with angina pectoris.Methods With the clinical epidemiology method, 233 patients with angina pectoris confirmed by coronary angiography were collected, and their QOL were assessed by the Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ). The correlation of the scores of five different dimensions, including somatic movement limitation, angina stability and attacks, treatment satisfaction, and disease recognition, and the total scores of SAQ and the TCM syndrome elements was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results The six factors, namely, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm turbidity, stagnated heat, yang and yin deficiency, had the correlation with one or more of the dimensions and total score of QOL, in which the phlegm turbidity had a negative impact (P

Objective To study the effect of fissure sealant combined with fluorine-containing gel in the prevention of dental caries in children.Methods Totally 86 cases who came into our hospital for healthy check-up from June 2010 to June 2011 were slected,and they were divided into 3 groups according to a random number table.Children in fissure sealant group were given fissure sealant treatment,children in combined treatment group were given fluorine gel treatment in addition of fissure sealant,and children of the control group were given rou-tine oral care.Observed the caries average,adjacent surface caries and caries occurrence of the three groups,and observed the blocking agent of the fissure sealant group and the combined treatment group.Results Three years after the prophylactic treatment,the caries occurrence, adjacent surface caries and caries average of fissure sealant group and combined treatment group showed an obvious downward trend compared with those of the control group.But the caries occurrence,adjacent surface caries and caries average of combined treatment group were sig-nificantly lower than the fissure sealant group,with a statistically significant difference(P <0.05).In the follow-up of the first two years,the complete preservation rate of sealant in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the fissure sealant group,while the partial and complete loss rate of sealant in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than the fissure sealant group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Fissure sealant combined with fluorine-containing gel in the prevention of dental caries in children can receive good results,and it is worth of promotion.

Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in thyroid tissue of 90 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 20 cases of thyroid adenoma. Results High expression of both C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in thyroid carcinoma, and their expression was weak in thyroid adenoma. The medium for fermentation has been selected by means of orthogonal designs. The number of cell has reached 10~(11)/ml, and spore forming rate is 70—80%. LC_(50) of mosquito larvicied is lower than 0.125 ppm. Three targets are obviously better than those of previous report. The stable results are proved by studying of fermentation in shaking flask and further in 50L~3-bench fermenter. The production cost of per ton is decreased by 33%.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) on tumor microenvironment T-lymphocyte subsets and dendritic cells in H22-bearing mice and the mechanisms for intervention of tumor immune escape by LBP. METHODS: H22-bearing mice were given LBP orally for two weeks. T-lymphocyte subsets and the phenotypes of dendritic cells in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). RESULTS: LBP could significantly increase the numbers of CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells in TIL as compared with those in model control group (P<0.05). In model control group, the number of dendritic cells in tumor microenvironment decreased markedly, while in LBP-treated group, the increased number of dendritic cells and B7-1 expression were observed, but there were no significant differences between these two groups. CONCLUSION: LBP has anti-tumor effect probably by increasing the numbers of CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells in TIL to relieve the immunosuppression and enhance the anti-tumor function of the immune system. But whether LBP can recover the phenocyte and function of dendritic cells in H22-bearing mice should be further studied.

Objective To analyze the features of normal high-frequency ultrasonography of tarsal tunnel. Methods Forty volunteers (20 males and 20 females) were examined with high-frequency ultrasound (12 MHz). The tendons,nerve and blood vessels in tarsal tunnel were observed from short-axis and long-axis views dynamically. The areas of tarsal tunnel and posterior tibial nerve were measured and com-pared between the males and females. Results High-frequency ultrasonography depicted the anatomical structure of tarsal tunnel,and the tendons,nerve and blood vessels presented different sonographic features that were easy to differentiate. The area of tarsal tunnel: male (7.61 ±1.00) cm2,female (6. 61 ± 1. 07) cm2 (P <0. 01). The area of posterior tibial nerve: male (9. 59 ± 0. 75) mm2,female (8.91 ±0.74) mm2(P<0.01). Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography can clearly show and accurately measure the tarsal tunnel structure. To be familiar with the normal ultrasonographic anatomy of tarsal tunnel will help to improve the efficacy of ultrasound diagnosis of tarsal tunnel abnormalities.

Objective To investigate the relationship among Machiavellianism,loneliness and coping style in adolescents.Methods 850 junior middle school students were recruited and assessed with Kiddie Machiavellianism Scale,Self-esteem Scale,and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (for students).Mediating effect was analyzed by multiple regression analysis.Results ① The scores of Machiavellianism,loneliness,positive coping and negative coping were (37.35±7.52),(30.21 ± 10.72),(21.07±6.12) and (9.44± 3.84) respectively.② Machiavellianism was positively correlated with negative coping style (r=0.192,P＜0.01) and loneliness (r=0.263,P＜ 0.01),as well as negatively correlated with positive coping style (r=-0.244,P＜0.01).③ Positive coping style partially mediated the effect of Machiavellianism on loneliness,and the mediating role accounted for 37.72％ for the whole effect.Conclusion The higher the Machiavellianism is,the more serious the loneliness is.Positive coping style partially mediates the relations between Machiavellianism and loneliness.
