3.Clinical Observation of PHENIX Electrical Stimulation in Preventing Complications after Missed Abortion
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(5):578-580
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PHENIX electrical stimulation in preventing complications after missed abortion.Method A thousand patients receiving uterine cavity operation on missed abortion were randomized into two groups, 500 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were asked to orally take Estradiol valerate, successively for 3 d prior to the operation. Right after the operation, the treatment group started to receive electrical stimulation at Guanyuanshu (BL 26) and Guanyuan (CV 4) via PHENIX USB 4/8 neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic apparatus, together with conventional preventive anti-inflammatory treatment; the control group only received the conventional preventive anti-inflammatory treatment after the operation. The colporrhagia duration and the resumption of menstruation in the two groups were observed, and the menstruation, postoperative adhesion ratio and adhesion rate were compared between the two groups.Result There were significant differences in comparing the duration of colporrhagia and the time of the resumption of menstruation after the operation between the two groups (P<0.05); there were significant differences in comparing the postoperative menstruation, intrauterine adhesion ratio and adhesion rate between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion PHENIX electrical stimulation can shorten the time of colporrhagia after missed abortion, promote the resumption of menstruation, and effectively prevent intrauterine adhesions.
4.A Study on Tissue Factor Expression and Cell Metastatic Ability in Two Breast Carcinoma Cell Lines
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the relationship between tissue factor expression and cell metastatic ability in two breast carcinoma cell lines. Methods RT-PCR and flow cytometry(FCM) were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of tissue factor(TF) in the breast carcinoma cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB231, respectively. The metastatic ability of the two breast carcinoma cell lines was determined using modified Boyden chambers. The data were analyzed by t test. Results The mRNA and protein expression levels of TF in MDA-MB231 were obviously higher than those in MCF-7, and the metastatic ability of MDA-MB231 was stronger than that of MCF-7,which was significantly different between the two cell lines. [WTHZ]Conclusion TF expression was positively related with breast carcinoma metastatic ability, and TF may be a therapeutic target for breast carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the effects of orphanin FQ (OFQ) on simple and norepinephrineactivated cardiac function in isolated rat heart. Methods Male SD rats aged 3-4 months weighing 250-280 g were anesthetized with intraperitoneal 25% urethane 1.4-1.8 ml.Their hearts were excised and passively perfused with K-H solutionin a Lanngendorff apparatus.A fluid-filled latex balloon was inserted into left ventricle for measurement of developed pressure.Left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),left ventricular end-diastofic pressure(LVEDP),left ventricular developed pressure(LVDP=LVSP-LVEDP),HR and±dp/dtmax were measured.Sixty isolated rat hearts were randomly divided into 10 groups(n=6 each):Ⅰ control group (group C);Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ OFQ1,OFQ2,OFQ3 group--OFQ 10-6,10-7,10-8 mol/L were administered via perfusion system respectively;Ⅴ OFQ+UFP group--OFQ 10-6 mol/L+UFP-101 (all OFQ antagonist) 10-6 mol/L were administered;Ⅵ NE group--norepinephrine 10-5 mol/L;Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ NE+OFQ groups--NE 10-5 mol/L+OFQ 10-6,10-7,10-8 mol/L were administered respectively;Ⅹ NE+OFQ+UFP group--NE 10-5 mol/L+OFQ 10-6mol/L+UFP-101 10-6mol/L.Results LVSP,LVDP and±dp/dtmax were significantly increased while HR was significantly decreased in the 3 OFQ groups as compared with control group.LVSP,LVDP±dp/dt max and HR were significantly increased in the 3 NE+OFQ groups as compared with NE group. Conclusion OFQ has positive inotropic action and negative chronotropic effect on the isolated rat heart.OFQ Can enhance the positive inotropic and chronotropic effect of NE on the heart.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2016;25(4):542-545
ARDS is a type of acute diffuse lung injury, characterized by inflammation leading to increased pulmonary vascular permeability and loss of aerated lung tissue, the clinical manifestations are refractory hypoxia, progressive respiratory distress and non cardiac pulmonary edema.ARDS mortality rate is very high, especially in patients with severe ARDS, about 27%-45%. In order to improve diagnostic specificity, a revised definition was published in JAMA in 2012, but no new biomarkers or parameters were adopted.Along with the progress in understanding the pathophysiology of ARDS, a variety of humoral factors by inflammation and molecules derived from injured tissues or activated cells may be potential biomarkers for clinical.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) for the management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) grade Ⅱ. Methods A total of 28 patients were pathologically diagnosed as having CIN grade Ⅱ by colposcopic cervical biopsy.High-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA testing showed positive results in 96.4% of the patients(27/28).The procedure was conducted under surface anesthesia.A loop electrode was used to cut through the cervical tissues, and then a square-shaped electrode or a small-sized loop electrode was utilized to complete the resection of lesions, including parts of the cervical canal. All the patients were followed postoperatively. Results The intraoperative blood loss was 0~20 ml,and the operation time was 5~10 min.Out of the 28 patients, postoperative abnormal vaginal bleeding was found in 3 patients. No other complications occurred. The resected tissues showed no obvious charring changes. The lesions of CIN completely disappeared in 15 patients(53.6%),subsided to grade Ⅰ in 5 patients, remained in grade Ⅱ in 5 patients, and progressed to grade Ⅲ in 3 patients.Follow-up examinations in the 28 patients for 6~24 months(mean,16 months) found no residual lesions or recurrence. The high-risk HPV DNA findings turned negative in 23 patients. Conclusions LEEP is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of CIN grade Ⅱ,with advantages of little invasion, simplicity of performance, and no need of hospitalization.

Objective To study the role of focal adhesion kinase in the breast carcinoma cell adhesion and migration mediated by coagulation factor Ⅶa combined with tissue factor to explore the mechanism of tissue factor promoting metastasis. Methods The count of adherent cells were detected by using colorimetric assay, cell migration was detected with modified Bodyen chamber, and the FAK and the tyrosine phosphorylation of FAK were detected by immunoprecipitation and Western blot. Results Factor Ⅶa combinaed with tissue factor induced the tyrosine phosphorylation of FAK,which took part in the cancer cell's migration. Conclusion FAK is an important message of the breast carcinoma's adhesion and migration mediated by TF.
