1.The anatomy of posterior horseshoe fistula and the progress of its surgical therapy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(10):1587-1589
Deep post -anal space abscesses and horseshoe fistulas are one of the complicated anorectal dis-eases.Deep post -anal space is an important configuration in its suppurative process. The infection usually extends through the internal sphincter to deep post -anal space which is adjacent to the ischiorectal space. Its pathological characters promote surgical therapies. The modified Hanley procedure is the most commonly utilized technique with low recurrence rates and minimal anorectal dysfunction.
2.Measurement of galvanic current of dental common restorative alloys and clinical significance
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To measure the magnitude of galvanic currents produced by different occluding metallic contact. Methods The circuits of instantly different metallic contact were simulated in artificial saliva, and electrical potential of every couple and 15 currents of instant contact were measured. To simulate night sleep, after 8 h soaking,15 currents were obtained in addition. Results During early soaking,gold/Co-Cr alloy produced the highest current(6.17 ?A),while there were significant differences in currents between gold/zinc-free amalgam, gold /zinc-containing amalgam and other couples(P0.05),and the current value was low all the time.Potential of zinc-containing amalgam was more negative than other alloys, and it was always under anodic behavior during the experiment and was corrupted acceleratedly. Conclusion Couples of gold/titatium,gold/zinc-containing amalgam,zinc-free/zinc-containing amalgam appearing in oral will do harm to the patients′health, while Co-Cr/zinc-free amalgam can coexist in oral.Corrosion behavior of amalgam is affected by different contents of zinc.

Objective:To study the effect of pH on intermittent galvanic current of commonly used dental restorative alloys. Methods:The circuits of instantly different metallic contact were simulated in artificial saliva with 3 different pH values(5.6,6.8 and 7.6),and electrical potential of every couple and 15 currents of instant contact were measured. Results:The current of gold/pure titanium was higher than that of the other couples(P

Objective:To construct a shared decision-making scheme for early activities of ICU patients, so as to provide guidance for carrying out early activities of ICU patients and improving patient activity compliance. Methods:From July to December 2021, a total of 16 medical and nursing experts engaged in shared decision-making research were selected as correspondence experts using the purposive sampling method, and the Delphi expert correspondence method was used to construct a shared decision-making plan for early activities of ICU patients. Results:A total of 2 rounds of expert correspondence were conducted. The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 100%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.94 and the Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.254 and 0.393, respectively ( P<0.01) . Finally, a shared decision-making plan for early activities of ICU patients with 3 stages (preparation stage, decision-making and execution stage and evaluation stage) , 12 basic steps and 65 specific contents was formed. Conclusions:The shared decision-making scheme for early activities of ICU patients constructed in this study is scientific and feasible, which can provide a reference for improving the activity compliance of ICU patients.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between radiation dose of the pelvic bone marrow of different anatomical bony sites and the incidence of neutrophil toxicity during the three-dimensional radiotherapy concurrent chemotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods:Clinical data of 117 cervical cancer patients who received three-dimensional radiotherapy concurrent chemotherapy from 2016 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The dosimetric parameters included D mean, V 5Gy, V 10Gy, V 20Gy, V 30Gy, V 40Gy and V 50Gy. The correlation between the dosimetric parameters and the lowest neutrophil count was analyzed by linear regression analysis. Clinicopathological features and dosimetric parameters were included into the multivariate regression analysis model. Results:The incidence rates of neutrophil toxicity (grade 1-4) were 10.3%, 27.4%, 11.1% and 10.3%, respectively. The linear regression analysis showed that the D mean and V 50Gy of lumbosacral vertebrae (LS), the D mean, V 5Gy, V 10Gy, V 20Gy, V 30Gy, V 40Gy and V 50Gy of the ilium were significantly correlated with the grade 2-4 neutrophil toxicity ( P=0.035、<0.001、<0.001、=0.001、=0.003、=0.001、<0.001、<0.001、<0.001). Multivariate analysis demonstrated that the V 20Gy, V 30Gy and V 50Gy of the LS, the D mean, V 5Gy, V 10Gy, V 20Gy and V 30Gy of the ilium were significantly correlated with the grade 2-4 neutrophil toxicity ( P=0.046、0.038、0.049、0.041、0.039、0.029、0.036、0.029). Conclusion:During the process of three-dimensional radiotherapy concurrent chemotherapy for cervical cancer, the volume of medium-and high-dose of LS and the volume of low-and medium-dose of ilium are significantly correlated with the risk of neutrophil toxicity.
