Objective To observe the characteristic of the functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) brain map in health adult undergoing clenching and relaxing the fist, for exploring the essence of the fMRI brain map in patients suffering from motor dysfunction by cerebrovascular accidents. Methods Twelve healthy volunteers had been chosen to partake the experience. Everyone had accomplished the following three actions separately: (1) Only clenching and relaxing the fist of left hand. (2) Only clenching and relaxing the fist of right hand. (3) Clenching and relaxing the fist of both hands at one time. The data had been analyzed statistically using analysis of functional neuroimages (AFNI) software. Results Under condition of F (6,1121), P = 0.005. Only clenching and relaxing the fist of left hand had gained the following brain functional area: right precentral gyms, left parietal, right superior temporal gyrus, right parietal, right parahippocampal gyrus, right superior frontal gyrus, right medial frontal gyrus, left precuneus, right superior parietal lobule, right middle frontal gyrus, left superior frontal gyrus. Only clenching and relaxing the fist of right hand had gained the following brain functional area: left precentral gyms, left postcentral gyrus right parietal, right medial frontal gyrus. Clenching and relaxing the fist of beth hands simultaneously had gained the following brain functional area: left precentral gyms, left postcentral gyrus, right precentral gyrus, right postcentral gyrus. Conclusions Hand movement (clenching and relaxing the fist) has its own specific brain activated areas. The brain areas activated by clenching and relaxing the fist of both hands simultaneously concentrate in the motor area of both cerebral hemisphere. The brain areas activated by clenching and relaxing the fist of single hand contain not only the motor area, but also the supplementary motor area. As compared with the right handedness, the brain areas activated by clenching and relaxing the fist of left hand is more widespread.

A simple and green method for the determination of trace bisphenol A( BPA) was established by coupling supported ionic liquid solid phase extraction to β-cyclodextrin modified ionic liquid carbon paste electrode-based electrochemical detection ( SILs-SPE-ED) . The synthesized imidazolium ionic liquid modified styrene type macroporous resin was used as adsorbent for SPE of BPA. The critical parameters that affect the extraction efficiency were optimized, including 0. 4 g of packing material quantity, 200 mL of sample solution at pH 7. 0, 5 mL of methanol as an eluent solvent, and 4. 5 mL/min of the SPE flow rate. Dynamic adsorption test showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of BPA on the SILs-SPE cartridge was 10. 1 mg/g, and the enrichment factor was 40 . The calibration curve showed a good linearity between the anodic current and the BPA concentration in the range of 1. 0×10-8-1. 0×10-6 mol/L (i. e. 2. 3-228μg/L). The detection limit was 4. 16×10-9 mol/L (equal to 0. 95 μg/L). The SILs-SPE-ED method was applied to the analysis of water and plastic samples and the results agreed well with HPLC method.

Objective To investigate the effect of erythropoietin(EPO)on the proliferation of neural stem cells(NSCs)derived from central canal of adult rat spinal cord in vitro ,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of spinal cord injury by autotransplanting or allograft transplanting of adult spinal cord NSCs. Method NSCs were isolated from the central canal of the adult rats spinal cord by microsurgical method, and Nestin(nestin)and Sox2 immunofluorescence stain were used to identify the cells. After cells were treated with different dose of EPO,5,10,20 and 40 U/mL,respectively,the optical treatment concentration and time were determined by CCK8 assay. The effect of EPO on the cell count and the expression of Cyclin D1 in NSCs were detected at the treatment time 96 h. Result The NSCs derived from the central canal of adult SD rats spinal cord could stably express protein Nestin and transcription factor Sox2. As the results of CCK8 test, cell counts and real-time quantitative PCR showed the optimal treatment of concentration and time maybe 20 U/mL and 96 h. Conclusions This study shows that EPO can promote the proliferation of NSCs derived from central canal of adult rat spinal cord, and the optimal treatment of concentration and time for proliferation might be 20 U/mL and 96 h.
