A simple and green method for the determination of trace bisphenol A( BPA) was established by coupling supported ionic liquid solid phase extraction to β-cyclodextrin modified ionic liquid carbon paste electrode-based electrochemical detection ( SILs-SPE-ED) . The synthesized imidazolium ionic liquid modified styrene type macroporous resin was used as adsorbent for SPE of BPA. The critical parameters that affect the extraction efficiency were optimized, including 0. 4 g of packing material quantity, 200 mL of sample solution at pH 7. 0, 5 mL of methanol as an eluent solvent, and 4. 5 mL/min of the SPE flow rate. Dynamic adsorption test showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of BPA on the SILs-SPE cartridge was 10. 1 mg/g, and the enrichment factor was 40 . The calibration curve showed a good linearity between the anodic current and the BPA concentration in the range of 1. 0×10-8-1. 0×10-6 mol/L (i. e. 2. 3-228μg/L). The detection limit was 4. 16×10-9 mol/L (equal to 0. 95 μg/L). The SILs-SPE-ED method was applied to the analysis of water and plastic samples and the results agreed well with HPLC method.

Objective To investigate the correlation between fatigue and coping strategies among peritoneal dialysis patients,to improve their health consciousness and reduce the fatigue. Methods A total 107 patients were surveyed with general data questionnaire,Multidimensional Fatigue Symptom Inventory-Short Form( MFSI-SF) ,and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,MCMQ.Results The score of fatigue was (83.32 ±1.54) points, which indicated the fatigue remained in high level.Scores from high to low were dialysis≥5years,dialysis<1year and 1year≤dialysis<5years.Patients mainly took the coping style with positive face.Pearson correlation analysis showed that fatigue was negatively correlated withface(r=-0.300,P<0.05),while it was positively correlated with withdrawand yield(r=0.227,0.300,all P<0.05).Conclusion Patiens should be encouraged to actively face the disease, pay more attention to their own state of dialysis and improve the effect of drain, reduce fatigue, then to reply for both mind and body health.

Objective:
To investigate the safety and efficacy of needle-tract assisted standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for the treatment of complicated upper urinary tract calculi.
Methods:
The clinical data of 1 562 patients with complicated upper urinary calculi who received standard PCNL from December 2013 to December 2017 at Department of Urology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were retrospectively analyzed. There were large residual stones in 256 patients through B-ultrasound exploration after standard PCNL, could′t be detected with nephoscope in standard PCNL tracts. 16 F mini PCNL tract were established in 120 cases for treatment of residual stones, while needle-tract were established in order to guide nephroscope to find residual stones in 126 cases. Needle-tract were transferred to 16 F mini PCNL tract for treatment of residual stones in 10 patients if these residual stones could′t be detected through needle-tract. Operation time, change of hemoglobin level after operation, incidence of postoperative complications, time of hospitalization and rate of stone clearance were measured in two groups. The statistical methods used included

Objective:To explore the application of peritoneal dialysis routine examination in reducing the incidence of peritonitis associated with peritoneal dialysis. Methods:From July 2018 to June 2019, 191 patients with peritoneal dialysis who were followed up regularly in the nephrology department were selected as the study subjects.Using convenient sampling method, outpatient follow-up on Tuesday were selected as control group(95 cases) and fixed outpatient follow-up on Thursday were selected as observation group(96 cases). Routine follow-up was performed in the control group, and routine examination of peritonitis was performed in the observation group during the follow-up.Intervention was given immediately when the problems were found to the naked eye and the examination results were abnormal. The incidence of peritonitis in the two groups was compared. Results:Peritonitis occurred in 24 cases in the control group(25.26%), and 9 cases in the observation group(9.38%). The incidence of peritonitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ 2=5.972, P<0.05). Conclusion:The occurrence of peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis is related to a variety of factors.Paying attention to the routine examination of peritonitis and observing the color of peritonitis, strengthening the aseptic fluid exchange operation, and following up the patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of peritonitis and improve the quality of dialysis.

Objective:To explore the accuracy and clinical application value of a Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning framework (MARL framework) in three-dimensional ultrasound to automatically locate the coronal plane of the uterus. Methods:A total of 144 female patients who underwent routine gynecological examinations in Luohu People′s Hospital during May 2020 were selected as the experimental subjects. The three-dimensional volume data of the uterus of all the experimental subjects were collected by using the Resona-8 high-end color Doppler ultrasound system. A sonographer with more than 5 years of clinical experience manually locate the coronal plane of the uterus in all collected data, and at the same time automatically locate the coronal plane of the uterus MARL framework. The coronal plane images of the uterus obtained by the two methods were saved, and the operation time of the two methods was recorded. The coronal plane uterine images obtained by the two methods were mixed together, and the images were scored 0-1 by two senior ultrasound experts in a double-blind manner. The average score greater than or equal to 0.6 points was considered qualified.Results:①In 144 volunteers, among the coronal planes of the uterus located by the two methods, 131 were qualified by the manual method, and 137 were qualified by the automatic method. There was no statistical difference between the manual and automatic coronal plane images of the uterus (χ 2=1.934, P=0.164) by the chi-square test. ②Using interquartile range analysis, the median and interquartile range of the image score of the automatic group was 0.80(0.75, 0.90), while the median and interquartile range of the image score of the manual group was 0.80(0.75, 0.90). The Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to analyze the quality of the coronal plane images obtained by manual and automatic methods, and the difference was not statistically significant ( Z=1.241, P=0.215). ③The paired t test was used to compare the time required to locate the coronal surface of the uterus, by manual method (63.65±10.182)s, by automatic method (3.25±0.294)s, the difference between the two methods was statistically significant ( t=19.52, P<0.001). Conclusions:The method based on MARL framework has a high correlation with the manual locating of the coronal plane of uterus in three-dimensional ultrasound, and greatly reduces the operation time. It can be effectively applied in clinical practice and lays a foundation for the automatic diagnosis of uterine related diseases.

Due to the advancement of 16S rRNA sequencing technology, the lower respiratory tract microbiota, which was considered non-existent, has been revealed. The correlation between these microorganisms and diseases such as tumor has been a hot topic in recent years. As the bacteria in the surrounding can infiltrate the tumors, researchers have also begun to pay attention to the biological behavior of tumor bacteria and their interaction with tumors. In this review, we present the characteristic of the lower respiratory tract bacteria and summarize recent research findings on the relationship between these microbiota and lung cancer. On top of that, we also summarize the basic feature of bacteria in tumors and focus on the characteristic of the bacteria in lung cancer. The relationship between bacteria in lung cancer and tumor development is also been discussed. Finally, we review the potential clinical applications of bacterial communities in the lower respiratory tract and lung cancer, and summarize key points of sample collection, sequencing, and contamination control, hoping to provide new ideas for the screening and treatment of tumors.
