Objective To understand the freshmen’s status of hepatitis B virus infection,immunological effect after vaccina-tion against hepatitis B from a university in Ankang city,to provide a scientific basis for university’s prevention from hepati-tis B.Methods Analyzed the results of five markers of hepatitis B virus infection and alanine aminotransferase (ALT)of 25 895 freshmen in a college in Ankang for resent 12 years,and observed the HBsAb serocoversion in serum 1 year after vacci-nation against hepatitis B and after strengthened immunity.Results The HBeAg positive rate of the freshmen was 4.07%, among which the male was 5.58% (281/5 035),and the female was 3.14% (258/8 214).The difference had significance of statistic (P<0.05).The college students’HBeAg positive rate from rural area and from urban area were 4.77% and 2.93%respectively,the difference had significance of statistic (P<0.05).There was no significant statistic difference in immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine for different sex (χ2=5.80,P<0.05).Their HBsAb positive rate was 95.15% after injected with 10μg hepatitis B and 5μg hepatitis B vaccine,which had significance of statistic (P<0.05).Conclusion The hepatitis B virus infection rate and the hepatitis B protective antibody of the college freshmen in Ankang district was lower than that of the whole country and had a decreased tendency.It showed the male’s infection rate of hepatitis B virus was higher than the female,the rural was higher than the urban,and the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine proved to be good.It should be-strengthened immunity for non-responders to ensure the immune effect if necessary.

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based care on the constipation of psychiatric patients.Methods The constipations in 328 psychiatric patients admitted to our department were intervened with evidence-based nursing.Frequency for defecation,incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool before intervention were compared to those two weeks after intervention.Result Two weeks after intervention,the defecation frequency,incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool were all significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.001).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing used in care to psychiatric patients with constipation can reduce the incidence of constipation,and relieve their physiological and psychological pains.

Objective To clarify the clinical features of solid pseudo-papillary tumor of pancreas. Methods Clinical data of 38 patients with solid pseudo-papillary tumor of pancreas were analyzed retrospectively. Results The clinical manifestations included a palpable abdominal mass, abdominal pain and discomfort. Tumor occured in 1 case younger than 10 years old, 11 cases between 11 years old and 20 years old, 7 cases between 21 years old and 30 years old, 9 cases between 31 years old and 40 years old, 5 cases between 41 years old and 50 years old and 1 case older than 50 years. Immunohistochemistry staining showed CgA( + ) in 6 cases,Vim( + )in 29 cases,AAT( + ) in 29 cases,Syn( + ) in 21cases,CD10( + ) in 34 cases,CD56( + ) in 37 cases, Ki-67 ( + ) in 36 cases and PR( + ) in 38 cases. Conclusion Solid pseudo-papillary tumor of pancreas is closely associated with gonadal hormone and reproductive system.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic of disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC)complicated by placental abruption,improving the diagnosis and treatment level.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of placental abruption complicated by DIC was made in 28 cases.Results In 28 cases,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy( n =15) was the main cause,persistent abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding was the most common complaint.There were 6 cases delivery through vaginal,and 22 cases delivery by cesarean section,complicated by hemorrhagic shock in 9 cases,accounting for 32.1％,concurrent stillbirth in 20 cases,accounting for 71.4％.In 28cases,there were live births in 8 cases,after childbirth and newborn severe asphyxia in 6 cases,including 2 cases after the rescue of neonatal death,and another 4 patients after the rescue of neonatal survival.The occurrence of uterine subtotal or total hysterectomy was in 6 cases,accounting for 21.4％,acute renal failure in 2 cases,no maternal death.Conclusions Placental abruption complicated with DIC made a serious threat to maternal and child life and health,and the pregnancy should be terminated immediately after clinical diagnosis.DIC was not a hysterectomy indications,coagulation factors can help to correct the coagulation disorders,and to preserve the uterus and maintain the maternal physical and mental health.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of contributions and the reasons why Chinese authors engaged in scientific research favor to contribute their papers to PLoS One by comparing the papers published in PLoS One and its series by authors from China and other countries.Methods Papers published in PLoS One by Chinese au-thors engaged in scientific research were retrieved from Web of Science by setting the retrieval parameters and ana-lyzed.Results The number of papers published in PLoS One series by authors from China increased rapidly.The number of papers published in PLoS One was significantly larger than that published in other PLoS One series. Conclusion The scientific research scale is unceasingly expanded.Why the Chinese authors engaged in scientific research favor to contribute their papers to PLoS One are due to its attractive power and the guidance of scientific and technological evaluation management in China.

Objective To evaluate the recent impact and long-term effects of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor (rh-aFGF) of cesarean section on women's abdominal incision healing.Methods In 516 cases of cesarean section in women,randomly divided into placebo group (172 cases),spray group (172 cases) and flush group (172 cases).The placebo group received 0.9％ sodium chloride washing abdominal incision suture.The spray group incision suture direcdy after the administration of rh-aFGF spray,per square meter of 3-4 sprays,3-5 times/d.The flush group was given before 2 rh-aFGF dissolved in 10-20 ml of 0.9％ sodium chloride directly after washing the incision suture,then given spray treatment.The recent follow-up of 15 d observed maternal abdominal incision healing.Long term follow-up of 3 months to observe the incision scar formation.Results The abdominal incision heating time was (8.6 ±3.5) d,that was obviously shorter than that in spray group (10.4 ±3.7) d and placebo group (12.7 ± 4.9) d (P ＜ 0.05).The delay healing accounted for 4.2％ (7/166) in flush group,significantly lower than that in placebo group (34/168,20.2％) and spray group (16/165,9.7％) (P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fat liquefaction,postoperative infection among three groups (P ＞ 0.05).Flush group exudation,abdominal wall adhesions was lower than placebo group and spray group [2.4％(4/166) vs.10.1％(17/168),5.5％(9/165),3.6％(6/166) vs.17.3％(29/168),9.7％(16/165)](P＜0.05).Long term follow-up,flush group scar area than spray group reduced by 13.5％,than placebo group reduced by 27.2％.Conclusions A recent rh-aFGF can reduce the cesarean section abdominal incision healing time and reduce abdominal wall adhesions and exudation;rh-aFGF the best dosage is intraoperative irrigation treatment spray combined with postoperative.

And also exploratory laparotomy is not suitable for final stage patients. Mini-laparoscopy has been a new diagnostic technology for abdominal disease recently. We aimed was to evaluate the value of Mini-laparoscopy in diagnosing Abdominal Neoplasms. Methods:By reviewing the clinical and operational data, a retrospective analysis of 20 cases with pathologically confirmed abdominal malignancies was performed. Among this group, 10 cases were diagnosed by mini-laparoscopy, and the other 10 cases by exploratory laparotomy. Between the two groups, the surgical expense, anesthesia cost, para-operation nursing, monitoring and treating charges, post- operative hospital days and complications were compared. Objective To establish a simple and quick method to determine methamidophos in human serum samples. Methods The samples were extracted by acetone and were separated with centrifuge then were determined by gas chromatography (GC-FPD). Results The determine limit for methamidophos in human serum was 0.05 ng. The minimum determine concentration was 0.40 ?g/ml. Rate of recovery of methamidophos added in human serum were 90.5%-105.6%. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 4.52%-6.63%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and reliable for the determination of methamidophos in human serum samples.
