bjective? To compare the appLication effects of power peripheraLLy inserted centraL catheter saLine onLy Locking option (Power PICC SOLO) and power PICC among chemotherapy patients in department of oncoLogy. Methods? Patients who were pLaced in the PICC of the First AffiLiated HospitaL of Zhengzhou University from January to November 2017 were randomLy divided into groups. Among them, 76 patients with Power PICC SOLO were incLuded in the observation group,80 patients with Power PICC were incLuded in the controL group. We compared the incidence of PICC reLated compLications, comfort, expenses of maintaining catheter and retention time of patients between two groups. ResuLts? There were statisticaL differences in the incidence of catheter obstruction and skin injury, comfort as weLL as maintenance time of patients between two groups (P< 0.05). ConcLusions? Power PICC SOLO is with the Low incidence of compLications, maintenance cost and high comfort of patients, and saves the maintenance time and reduce nurses' workLoad which is can be worthy of generaLized and appLied among cancer patients with chemotherapy.

OBJECTIVETo establish three-dimension finite element model of mandible with two kinds of Replace implant, and to study stress of implant and abutment.
METHODSThe data of components of the dental implant was measured, cross section of the mandible was scanned by spiral CT and image reconstruction technique was conducted. Three-dimension finite element analysis software UG and MSC. Marc/Mentat were used to built the conjunction model and bone model of two implant systems. Axial loading (200N) and 30 degrees oblique loading (100N) were applied on the models respectively, the stress distribution patterns of the implant and abutment of two implant systems were analyzed.
RESULTSThe peak stress district was concentrated on the structure of the implant cervix, which was more obviously displayed on the Replace Select implant. The peak stress of oblique loading was higher than that of axial loading. The peak stress on the implant cervix of Replace Select implant was higher than that of Replace External Hex implant in all loadings.
CONCLUSIONTo Replace Select especially, oblique force should be avoided on clinical practice in case of the implant fracture.

Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a progressive disease characterized by pulmonary vascular remodeling.Current treatments for PH remain suboptimal, and there is an urgent need to better decipher the underlying pathomechanisms to identify new therapeutic targets.MicroRNA(miRNA)are key components in the post-transcriptional machinery that mediates cellular functions and mainly act by regulating the expression of downstream target genes.Numerous in vivo and in vitro studies have demonstrated the involvement of miRNA and their regulators in PH development. However, there is no unified model for the mechanism of miRNA's regulation of pulmonary vascular remodeling. Therefore, this article provides a review on the mechanisms of miRNA in PH characterized in recent years.

Outpatient humanistic care refered to providing a full process of caring medical services to outpatients. In order to standardize the human caring services for outpatients in medical institutions, promote the comprehensive service level of outpatient services, and improve the patient′s medical experience, Chinese Association for Life Care issued the group standard of Management Norms for Human caring of Outpatients in April 2023. This standard clarified the relevant terms and definitions of human caring for outpatients, specified the basic requirements for human caring, the humanistic quality and care responsibilities of outpatient staff, the outpatient care environment and facilities, the outpatient care process and measures, and quality management. It designed standardized and personalized full process care service norms, providing references for medical institutions at all levels to promote the development of human caring for outpatients.
