Objeetive To observe NB4 cells that is treated with both ATO and BOR.Methods MTT assay demonstrated that NB4 cell lines,growth inhibiting effect after interfered with BOR alone or BOR plus ATO.Flow cytometry detect cell cycle and apoptosis.RT-PCR method detect the expression of survivin mRNA.Results MTT assay showed depressant effect by BOR.BOR can strengthen cells,lethal effect by ATO.Flow cytometry investigate obvious apoptosis and cycle blockage of G2/M stage.RT-PCR discover that ATO or BOR can downregulate the expression of survivin mRNA alone,there is an additional effect if used them at the same time.Conclusion Combination of BOR and ATO have stronger inflictive and apoptosisinducing activity.The blockage of G2/M stage and degression of survivin mRNA is a possible mechanism that leads to cell apoptosis treated with BOR and ATO.

Proteasomes is a multienzyme complex.It can degradate cyclin,which control the process of cell cycle and cell apoptosis.Proteasome inhibitor regulate cell cycle and promote cell apoptosis through suppressing UP pathway.Proteasome inhibitor can stimulate apoptosis of various hematological systemetic malignant tumor and cause cell apoptosis through different mechanism in vivo and vitro.Therefore,proteasome inhibitor is a new-style tumor targeted therapy drug.
3.Clinical value of the Inditherm warming system on prevention of hypothermia in patients with TURP

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Inditherm warming system on prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in aged patients with transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods Fifty two aged patients with benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) undergoing selective TURP were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n =27) and control group(n =25).Patients in observation group received temperature prevention from hypothermia by using the patient warming system which temperature was set to 38-40 ℃.The control group were not provided with warming mattress and the ambient temperature of operation room was maintained at 21-23 ℃.The changes of the rectal temperature were continuously monitored during the operation and changes of vital signs,part of postoperative indicators were observed.Results The temperature of patients in both groups decreased after anesthesia.The decreasing degree of rectal temperature at 30,45,60,and 90 min after anesthesia and at the end of operation in observation group was less than those in control group[20min:(36.6±0.4)℃ vs(36.3±0.6)℃,t =2.1362;30 min:(36.4±0.5) ℃ vs(35.8±0.4) ℃,t =4.7536;45 min:(36.2±0.3)℃ vs(35.5±0.5)℃ ;t =6.1751;60 min:(36.1±0.4)℃ vs(35.3±0.4)℃,t =7.2057;90 min:(36.0±0.3)℃ vs(35.3±0.6)℃,t =5.3818;at the end of operation:(36.0±0.4)℃ vs(35.3±0.5) ℃,t =5.5948 ; P < 0.05 or P < 0.01].The occurrence rate of hypothermia(rectal temperature <36 ℃) after operation in observation group was lower than that in coutrol group[25.93%(7/27) vs 92.00%(23/25),x2=23.218,P < 0.01];The occurrence rate of shiver was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group[14.81%(4/27) vs 64.00%(16/25),x2 =13.267,P < 0.01].The VAS scores assessment of pain in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group[(2.45±1.88)points vs(3.79±1.63) points,t =2.7362,P < 0.01].The length of stay was shorten[(5.37±±2.31) d vs (7.13±3.06) d,t =2.3518,P < 0.05]and the prognosis was better in observation group.Conclusion The patient warming mattress can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia of aged patients undergoing TURP and reduce the occurrence of associated complication.
4.Effects of different concentrations of dexmedetomidine on neuromuscular block induced by rocuronium

Objective To investigate effects of different concentrations of dexmedetomidine on onset time and clinical time-effect of rocuronium in the processes of the total intravenous anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients with elective anesthesia breast modified radical mastectomy,aged 26 to 55 years,were randomly divided into four groups of 15 patients.Group A (control group):uniform within 10 min before induction of anesthesia saline infusion (NS ; 0.25 ml/kg) ; group B:dexmedetomidine given initial dose 0.3 μg/kg uniform within 10 min before induction of anesthesia infusion finished,anesthesia period 0.3 μg/(g · h) continuous infusion until the end of surgery; group C:dexmedetomidine given initial dose 0.6 μg/kg uniform within 10 min before anesthesia infusion finished,during anesthesia with continuous infusion 0.6 μg/'(kg · h) until the end of surgery ; and group D:dexmedetomidine given initial dose 1 μg/kg uniform within 10 min before anesthesia infusion finished,during anesthesia to 1 μg/(kg · h) continuous infusion to the end of surgery.Patients after the burglary were under multi-monitor vital signs monitoring blood pressure (BP),heart rate (HR),oxygen saturation (SPO2),electrocardiogram (ECG),and after intubation monitoring end-tidal carbon dioxide (EtCO2),recording time T0 and T25.Results No significant difference was found at the T0 time in each group.However,the T25 time (48 ± 6) min in group C and (51 ±6) min in group D was significant longer than that (40 ±6)min in group A (P <0.05).The mean artery pressure(MAP) of group C and D [(88.76 ± 7.06)mmHg,(87.89 ± 6.95)mmHg] were significantly lower than group A after dexmedetomidine infusion 5 min later(P < 0.05); The HR of groups B and C [(60.80 ± 7.11)bpm,(63.31 ± 5.78)bpm] were significantly lower than group A before induction (P < 0.05).The HR of group D was significantly lower than group A before induction and after infusion 5 and 30 min later[(66.40 ± 9.49) bpm,(60.52 ± 7.45) bpm,(61.32 ± 7.11) bpm,P < 0.05].Conclusions Under the status of total intravenous anesthesia,different concentrations of dexmedetomidine did not affect the onset time of rocuronium,but dexmedetomidine given up to a certain concentration could enhance the clinical time-effect of rocuronium.
5.Assessment Report of Methodological Quality of Systematic Literature Reviews onTong-Xin-Luo’s Efifcacy and Safety Using the AMSTAR Statement

This study was aimed to assess the methodological quality of systematic literature reviews on the efficacy and safety ofTong-Xin-Luo(TXL) using the AMSTAR statement. The literatures were searched from major domestic and international databases include the CJFD Database, VIP Database, CNKI database, CBM Database Online, WanFang Data and TCM Database, Medline, Pubmed, ISI Web of knowledge, Web of science, from the database was built to 20th December, 2014. And 5 evaluators screened the literatures independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then, all systematic reviews were assessed using the list of AMSTAR statement. The results showed that 22 literatures were finally included, which contained 17 systematic reviews and 5 meta-analysis. In the included literatures, there were different degrees of impairments on the methodological and reporting quality, which were mainly focused on program and registration, retrieving and collecting literatures, inclusion and exclusion criteria, authentic assessment, data processing, funds, and etc. The average reporting rate of AMSTAR statement was 57.02% in all included literatures. It was concluded that the methodological quality of systematic literature reviews on the efficacy and safety of TXL was relatively low from the current level of average reported rate, which affected the quality of the article. It indicated that there were different degrees of impairments in all links of test reports in current systematic reviews, which will be bound to affect the reliability of clinical evidence and the determination of clinical decision. It showed that the methodological quality of writing of such articles should be in compliance with entries of AMSTAR statement to improve its quality.

The basic principles of medical ethics included respect and autonomy,beneficial and nonmaleficence,informed consent and confidentiality,impartiality and mutual assistance.During medical journal editing,medical ethics principles should be strictly applied.Focused on two types of medical thesis,medical scientific research and clinical trials,this paper concluded the ethics issues related to experimental animals,cells and gene researches,all these should be noticed in manuscripts.Meanwhile,this paper analyzed the ethics principles about contrast set and the use of placebo that should be abided in clinical trial,and the respects of patients'privacy during clinical observation,etc.Some review key points were put forward from the perspective of editors.

A simple and sensitive liquid chromatographic method was developed for quantification of cefotetan disodium (CTT), a semi-synthetic cephamycin antibiotic, in human plasma. CTT and the internal standard chloramphenicol were extracted from plasma by a simple one-step protein precipitation with 35% (v/v) perchloric acid. Separation was carried out on a reverse-phase C18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitile-water containing 0.5% (v/v) phosphoric acids (20:80, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column effluent was monitored by UV detection at 300 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 40°C. This method demonstrated good linearity in the range of 0.525-300.0 μg/mL, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.525 μg/mL in human plasma. Intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 6.63% in terms of relative standard deviation (RSD). The accuracy, when expressed by the bias, ranged from 0.57% to 4.04%. The mean extraction recovery of CTT was higher than 40.94%. The method was found to be precise, accurate, and specific for CTT quantitative analysis, and was successfully applied for a pharmacokinetic study of CTT after a single intravenous dose of 1.0 g of CTT in healthy Chinese subjects.

9.Associations between social exclusion, personality trait and emotional regulation with the willingness to seek help after being bullied in middle school students

Objective:
To understand the relationships of social exclusion, personality trait and emotion regulation with willingness to seek help after being bullied, and to provide reference for rationalized intervention of campus bullying among middle school students.
Methods:
A tatal of 2 040 middle school students from a middle school in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects, and surveyed by general situation questionnaire, Olweus Bullying Questionnaire, Willingness to Seek Help Scale, social exclusion scale, personality scale and Emotion Regulation Scale. Among them, a further survey of 381 bullies was conducted and SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical processing of data.
Results:
About 55.88% (133/238) and 58.74% (84/143) reported willingness to seek help after being bullied among middle and high school students, respectively( χ 2=0.30, P >0.05). There were no significant differences in gender and residency( P >0.05). In junior middle school students, compared with the non help willingness group( 3.83± 0.78,3.35±1.03,3.33±1.03,29.81±7.77), the rejected scores of the help willingness group were lower(3.57±0.75), scores of affinity and openness in personality traits were higher(3.69±0.88,3.72±0.79), the cognitive reappraisal scores were higher( 32.42 ±8.25). Among senior middle school students, the rejected and expression suppression scores of the help willingness group were lower(3.51±0.67,26.96±7.47), while extroversion personality traits were higher(3.61±0.95). Multivariate unconditional Log binomial regression analysis showed that high score of expression suppression was associated with less willingness to seek help( OR=0.94, P =0.02).
Conclusion
Social exclusion, personality trait and emotional regulation may have certain influences on willingness to seek help after being bullied among junior and senior middle school students, effects varies by grade level.
10. Mutational analysis of RNA splicing machinery genes SF3B1, U2AF1 and SRSF2 in 118 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes and related diseases

Objective:
To investigate the incidence, molecular features and clinical significance of RNA splicing machinery genes mutation in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and related diseases.
Methods:
Mutational analysis of splicing factor 3B subunit 1 (SF3B1) (K700E) , U2 small nuclear RNA auxiliary factor 1 (U2AF1) (S34, Q157P) and serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2 (SRSF2) (P95) in 118, de novo MDS and related diseases were separately performed by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) followed by sequence analysis.
Results:
Of 118 MDS patients, 76 males and 42 females, the median age was 53.5 (13-84) years old. 19.49% (23/118) had SF3B1 (K700E) mutation. As compared with those with wild type SF3B1, patients with SF3B1 K700E were of older[58 (32-78) years
