Digital and intelligent technologies serve as the core engine driving the inheritance of the essence and the innovation while upholding the fundamentals of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. Currently， the digital and intelligent transformation of TCM has undergone four developmental stages， exhibiting inherent characteristics such as long-term inevitability， objective standardization， and ecological evolution. By introducing quantitative metrics， digital and intelligent technologies have achieved breakthroughs in TCM knowledge inheritance and innovation， clinical diagnosis and treatment， and herbal medicine supply. The practical applicability of methodological innovations has been empirically validated， though significant disparities exist in technological adaptability and application depth across different fields. Overall， the digital and intelligent transformation of TCM remains in its nascent stage， grappling with multiple structural challenges：weak data foundations， inadequate technological adaptability， incomplete institutional frameworks， shortages of multidisciplinary talent， lagging policies and regulations， and urban-rural digital divide. In order to foster sustainable development and modernization of TCM， this paper establishes a six-dimensional collaborative governance framework of encompassing data， technology， organization， institutions， environment and ethics， which is rooted in data governance and digital governance theories. Future efforts should center on standardization， integration， and ecosystem development to build a data and technology foundation. Focus should be placed on deepening innovation and application of key TCM-specific technologies， while simultaneously strengthening interdisciplinary talent cultivation， improving institutional mechanisms and policy frameworks， and increasing support for rural areas. By adopting a people-centered and technology-empowered approach， we can overcome developmental constraints and unleash the powerful driving force of digital and intelligent technologies for the inheritance of TCM.

Gliomas are the most common primary neuroepithelial tumors of the central nervous system in adults, of which glioblastoma is the deadliest subtype. Apart from the intrinsically indestructible characteristics of glioma (stem) cells, accumulating evidence suggests that the tumor microenvironment also plays a vital role in the refractoriness of glioblastoma. The primary functions of platelets are to stop bleeding and regulate thrombosis under physiological conditions. Furthermore, platelets are also active elements that participate in a variety of processes of tumor development, including tumor growth, invasion, and chemoresistance. Glioma cells recruit and activate resting platelets to become tumor-educated platelets (TEPs), which in turn can promote the proliferation, invasion, stemness, and chemoresistance of glioma cells. TEPs can be used to obtain genetic information about gliomas, which is helpful for early diagnosis and monitoring of therapeutic effects. Platelet membranes are intriguing biomimetic materials for developing efficacious drug carriers to enhance antiglioma activity. Herein, we review the recent research referring to the contribution of platelets to the malignant characteristics of gliomas and focusing on the molecular mechanisms mediating the interaction between TEPs and glioma (stem) cells, as well as present the challenges and opportunities in targeting platelets for glioma therapy.

Due to the wide variety and varying quality of medical wound dressings, as well as the current lack of unified national or industry standards for regulation, this paper proposes a research strategy for establishing a quality evaluation system for medical wound dressings‌. By developing a technical roadmap, this strategy clarifies the process flow and key points in the quality evaluation process, establishes evaluation methods for various types of medical wound dressings, and addresses important issues such as how to determine key performance indicators based on product characteristics and how to research and validate test methods for key items. This provides a detailed and feasible research strategy and evaluation method for medical wound dressing manufacturers, testing institutions, and regulatory authorities. It reduces the difficulty and cost of quality evaluation for medical wound dressings and has certain significance in standardizing and improving their quality level, ensuring their safety and effectiveness, and serving the quality and safety regulation of medical devices.‌.

Objective:To explore the use of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)method to identify polypropyl-ene infusion bottles material.Methods:The thermal analysis curve under nitrogen was determined at temperatures between 40 ℃ and 200 ℃ with a heating rate of 20 ℃·min-1,then cooled to 40 ℃ at a rate of 20 ℃·min-1.The sample was heated from 40 ℃ to 200 ℃ at a heating rate of 10 ℃·min-1,held the specimen at 200 ℃ for 10 min,then cooled to 40 ℃ at a rate of 10 ℃·min-1.Results:The melting peak temperature(Tm)of polypropyl-ene infusion bottles was between 145-150 ℃.Conclusion:The proposed method is accurate,sensitive,and sim-ple,and can be used for determination of polypropylene infusion bottles material,which can also provide reference for the standard improvement of polypropylene infusion bottles.

Objective:To establish a preparation method for dissolved matter test solution of polypropylene port for plastic infusion containers,and to provide a reference for a standard system for pharmaceutical packaging materials of this product.Methods:Determination for results of dissolved matter test solution by specific surface area method and mass method were compared and analyzed in pair.Results:There were differences in sample amount and con-tact area between the two methods,but the results of dissolved matter test solution were generally consistent.Paired sample Wilcoxon signed rank test and paired sample T-test were used in pH,readily oxidizable substances,and non-volatile substance which indicators are quantifiable.Results show that there were no significant differences between the test solution,with Cohen's d values of 0.153,0.218,and 0.296,respectively,which were small in magnitude.Conclusion:In the case of insignificant differences between the two sampling methods,for polypropyl-ene port for plastic infusion containers and other irregular products,it is recommended that the test solution is prepared by leaching by mass,that is,a leaching ratio of 0.2 g·mL-1 by mass or volume,with more reproducible results.This study provides a reference for the establishment of standard for polypropylene port for plastic infusion containers.

Objective:To investigate the effects of biologics on psychological status and quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 42 hospitals in 22 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) from September 2021 to May 2022. General clinical information and the use of biologics were obtained from adult patients diagnosed with IBD who voluntarily participated in the study. Psychological status was evaluated using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire (IBDQ) assessment tools. Counts were analyzed via the Chi-square test, and datasets that were not normally distributed were analyzed via nonparametric tests. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:A total of 2 478 valid questionnaires were collected. The GAD-7 score of the biologics group was significantly lower than that of the non-use group [6 (2, 9) vs. 7 (3, 10), Z=-3.49, P<0.001]. IBDQ scores [183 (158, 204) vs. 178 (152, 198), Z=-4.11, P<0.001], intestinal symptom scores [61 (52, 67) vs. 58 (49, 65), Z=-5.41, P<0.001], systemic symptom scores [28 (24, 32) vs. 27 (23, 31), Z=-2.37, P=0.018], emotional ability scores [69 (58, 77) vs. 67 (56, 75), Z=-3.58, P<0.001] and social ability scores [26 (22, 29) vs. 25 (22, 29), Z=-2.52, P=0.012] in the biologics group were significantly higher than in the non-use group. GAD-7 scores [5 (2, 9) vs. 6 (3, 10), Z=-3.50, P<0.001] and PSQI scores [6 (4, 9) vs. 6 (4, 9), Z=-2.55, P=0.011] were significantly lower in the group using infliximab than in the group not using it. IBDQ scores were significantly higher in patients using vedolizumab than in those not using it [186 (159, 205) vs. 181 (155, 201), Z=-2.32, P=0.021] and were also significantly higher in the group treated with adalimumab than in the group not treated with adalimumab [187 (159, 209) vs. 181 (155, 201), Z=-2.16, P=0.030]. However, ustekinumab had no significant effect on any of the scores. Conclusion:The use of biologics is strongly associated with improvements in anxiety status and quality of life in IBD patients.

Objective:To investigate the psychology status and quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) in China, and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods:From September 2021 to May 2022, 42 hospitals in 22 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in China, the clinical data of 2 478 IBD patients were collected, which included age, gender, weight, first visit or not, disease activity, disease course, main clinical manifestations(diarrhea, abdominal pain, hematochezia, extraintestinal manifestations), complications, treatment medication(5-aminosalicylic acid, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive agents, and biological agents), and whether to have surgery. Anxiety, depression, sleep quality and quality of life of IBD patients were evaluated by generalized anxiety disorder-7 items, patient health questionnaire-9 items, Pittsburgh sleep quality index and inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire, and the related influencing factors were analyzed. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results:The average age of 2 478 IBD patients was 37.96 years old, and male counted for 62.43%(1 547/2 478). There were 61.82%(1 532/2 478) of the IBD patients in the active stage of disease, mostly mild or moderate(588 and 734 cases). There were 60.61%(1 502/2 478) of the IBD patients with different degrees of anxiety, 58.35%(1 446/2 478) of the IBD patients with different degrees of depression, and 48.87%(1 211/2 478) of the IBD patients had different degrees of sleep problems. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that female, higher level of disease activity and longer disease course were independent risk factors of anxiety, depression and sleep quality in the IBD patients(unstandardized regression coefficient(95% confidence interval) 1.08(0.65 to 1.50), 0.45(0.23 to 0.68), 0.19(0.02 to 0.36), 0.83(0.33 to 1.32), 0.62(0.36 to 0.88), 0.28(0.08 to 0.47), 0.47(0.16 to 0.77), 0.39(0.23 to 0.55), 0.14(0.02 to 0.26); P<0.001, <0.001, =0.025 , =0.001, <0.001, =0.005, =0.003, <0.001, =0.027). The usage of biological agents was an independent protective factor of anxiety(unstandardized regression coefficient(95% confidence interval) -0.67(-1.17 to -0.17), P=0.008), and older age was an independent risk factor of sleep quality(unstandardized regression coefficient(95% confidence interval) 0.35(0.09 to 0.61), P=0.008). Higher level of disease activity, symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain, presence of extraintestinal manifestations, usage of 5-aminosalicylic acid and glucocorticoid, and with surgical treatment were independent risk factors of quality of life(unstandardized regression coefficient(95% confidence interval) -11.00(-12.24 to -9.76), -2.90(-5.26 to -0.55), -3.93(-6.25 to -1.61), -5.79(-9.87 to -1.71), -4.78(-7.79 to -1.76), -7.71(-11.07 to -4.35), -4.37(-8.00 to -0.73); P<0.001, =0.016, =0.001, =0.005 , =0.002, <0.001, =0.019), while the usage of biological agents was an independent protective factor of quality of life (unstandardized regression coefficient(95% confidence interval) 4.72(1.97 to 7.48), P=0.001). Conclusion:IBD patients generally have different degrees of anxiety, depression and sleep problems, which affect the quality of life of patients. Gender, disease activity and disease course are the influencing factors of mental disorders in IBD patients.

Multi-modal therapeutics are emerging for simultaneous diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Polymeric carriers are often employed for loading multiple drugs due to their versatility and controlled release of these drugs in response to a tumor specific microenvironment. A theranostic nanomedicine was designed and prepared by complexing a small gadolinium chelate, conjugating a chemotherapeutic drug PTX through a cathepsin B-responsive linker and covalently bonding a fluorescent probe pheophorbide a (Ppa) with a branched glycopolymer. The branched prodrug-based nanosystem was degradable in the tumor microenvironment with overexpressed cathepsin B, and PTX was simultaneously released to exert its therapeutic effect. Objective:The antigenic and genetic characteristics of influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus isolated from the mainland of China during the 2018-2019 influenza surveillance year were analyzed.Methods:Two thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus strains in the 2018-2019 influenza surveillance year were analyzed by hemagglutination inhibition test. The hemagglutinin(HA) gene of 279 influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus strains was sequenced and analyzed. The representative strains of the dominant clades were performed for antigenic characteristics using post-vaccination human antisera.Results:Two thousand eight hundred and sixty-one (97%, 2 861/2 958) viruses characterized were antigenically similar to A/Michigan/45/2015. All HA gene of the sequenced viruses belonged to 6B.1 clade, and 269(96%, 269/279) viruses belonged to 6B.1A subclade. Compared with the vaccine virus, it had the common amino acid substitutions of S74R, S164T and I295V in the HA protein. There were several small groups with common amino acid substitutions in the 6B.1A subclade, and 51% sequenced viruses had S183P amino acid substitution in this subclade. The result of antigenic analysis using post-vaccination human antiserums showed that most of the representative strains were well inhibited by the sera.Conclusions:The antigenicity of influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 viruses in the mainland of China in 2018-2019 influenza surveillance year matched well with the corresponding vaccine strain, but the HA gene had genetically diverse characteristic.

Objective: Envy, as a stable personality trait, can affect individuals’ mental health. Specifically, previous studies have found that envy can lead to depression; however, the mechanism by which envy affects depression is still unclear. Therefore, based on the resilience framework, we used structural equation modeling to explore the mediating roles that social support and psychological resilience play between envy and depression. Methods: Chinese college students (n=680) were recruited to complete four scales: the Dispositional Envy Scale (DES), the Symptom Checklist 90-Depression Subscale (SCL-90-DS), the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). Results: The results confirmed that both social support and psychological resilience are significant mediators between envy and depression. Furthermore, social support plays a significant mediating role between envy and psychological resilience, and psychological resilience plays a significant mediating role between social support and depression. Specifically, the results indicated that envy not only directly increases the likelihood of developing depression, but also indirectly increases the likelihood of developing depression by affecting psychological resilience through negatively influencing social support. Conclusion This study provides a theoretical basis for enhancing psychological resilience and social support in order to ameliorate adverse effects of envy on depression.
