Objective To explore the impact of gratitude on interpersonal disturbance in college students and provide positive energy into the establishment of harmonious campus interpersonal relationship.Methods A total of 530 college students at 5 uni-versities in Guangdong province were surveyed by gratitude questionnaires and comprehensive diagnosis scale of interpersonal rela-tions.Results (1)The rate of interpersonal disturbance in college students was 46.4%.(2)Gratitude interacted with genders and grades(P <0.05 ).The levels of gratitude in male freshmen,sophomores,and seniors were remarkably higher than those in male juniors(P <0.01),and female juniors had a higher level of gratitude than their male counterparts remarkably(P <0.01).Scores of male students were significantly higher than those in female students in interpersonal communication,way of treating people,oppo-site-gender interaction and the total scores of interpersonal disturbance(P <0.01 ).Besides,juniors had a remarkably higher score than freshmen and seniors in the factor of social association and friend making (P <0.05 ).(3)There was a significantly negative correlation between the level of gratitude in college students and the total scores of interpersonal disturbance as well as the four fac-tors of interpersonal communication,social association and friend making,way of treating people,and opposite-gender interaction (P <0.01).Subjects with different levels of gratitude showed marked variation in the total scores of interpersonal disturbance and all its factors(P <0.01).Gratitude displayed a significantly negative predictive effect on the total scores of interpersonal disturbance and all its factors(P <0.01).Conclusion Close relation existed between gratitude of college students and their interpersonal dis-turbance,and gratitude could be used to effectively predict college students′interpersonal disturbance.

Objective To analyze the clinical determination and mechanism of poststroke dementia.Methods 186 consecutively hospitalized patients who at admission after stroke,completed clinical valuation of neural-functional defect and intelligence assessments,and head CT scan.Their intelligene performances were assessed again after three months .Results Frequency of poststroke dementia was 32 5% .Poststroke dementia was related to age,level of education,residential area,hypertension ,hyperlipidemia,the location and severity of stroke,history of coronary heart disease and diabetes.But it unrelated to sex,smoking,alcohol drinking and type of stroke.Conclusions Dementia is frequently occurred after stroke,and multiple risk factors contribute to its occurrence

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intra-articular dexmedetomidine mixed with ropivacaine for postoperative analgesia after arthroscopic knee surgery.Methods Sixty ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients,aged 20-64 yr,weighing 50-90 kg,with body height 160-180cm,scheduled for elective arthroscopic knee surgery,were randomly assigned into 2 equal groups using a random number table:ropivacaine group (group R) and dexmedetomidine mixed with ropivacaine group (group RD).In group R,the mixture of noraml saline 1 ml and 19 ml of 0.25％ ropivacaine was injected intra-articularly at the end of surgery.In group RD,the mixture of dexmedetomidine 1 μg/kg and 19 ml of 0.25％ ropivacaine was injected intra-articularly at the end of surgery.VAS scores at rest and during activity were observed and recorded at 1,2,4,8,12,20 and 24 h after surgery.The duration of analgesia after sugery (from the time immediately after intra-articular administration to the time of first administration of fentanyl as an adjunct to analgesia) and consumption of fentanyl at 24 h after surgery were recorded.Results Compared with group R,VAS scores were significantly decreased at 1,2,4 and 8 h after surgery,the duration of analgesia after sugery was prolonged,and the consumption of fentanyl at 24 h after surgery was reduced in group RD (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).There was no significant difference in VAS scores at 12-24 h after surgery between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Intra-articular dexmedetomidine can significantly improve the efficacy of ropivacaine for postoperative analgesia after arthroscopic knee surgery.

Objective To investigate the expression level of LMO1 in gastric cancer tissues and human gastric cancer cell lines,and explore the invasive and metastatic potential of LMO1 gene silencing by small interfering RNA on the human gastric cancer cell line MKN28.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expression of LOM1 protein in gastric cancer tissues and tumor adjacent tissues of paraffin specimens in 30 cases.The expression levels of LMO1 in human gastric cancer cell lines AGS,BGC-823,SGC-7901,MKN28 and human gastric mucosal epithelial cells GES were detected by realtime-PCR and Western blot.Using LipofectamineTM 2000,LMO1 siRNA was transfected into MKN28 cellsin vitro (siRNA transfect group).Negative control was established.Real time-PCR and Western blot was used to examine the difference of LMO1 expression.Transwell assays were performed to identify the differences and changes of invasive and metastatic ability in gastric cancer cell line MKN28.Western blot was used to examine the expression levels of E-cadherin,MMP-9 and VEGF.Results Positive rate of LOM1 protein in gastric cancer tissues(77％)was higher than that in tumor adjacent tissues (17％) (x2 =21.70,P ＜ 0.01).Positive rate of Vavl protein was higher in lymphatic metastasis group than in non-lymphatic metastasis group(x2 =5.83,P =0.02).Compared with GES,the expression level of LMO1 increased significantly in gastric cancer cell lines,especially in MKN28 (P ＜ 0.01).The expression levels of LMO1 mRNA and protein in LMO1-siRNA transfected MKN28 cells were lower than the matched negative control cells (P ＜0.01).The invasive and metastatic potentials of LMO1-siRNA transfected MKN28 cellssignificantly decreased (t =-11.53,P ＜0.01;t =-10.68,P ＜0.01).The expression levels of E-cadherin were higher than the matched negative control cells;and MMP-9,VEGF protein in LMO1-siRNA transfected MKN28 cells were lower than the matched negative control cells (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions LMO1 has higher expression level in gastric cancer tissues and some gastric cancer cell lines,and down-regulation of LMO1 can inhibit the invasion and metastasis ability of gastric cancer.

Background and purpose: Astrocytoma is the most common neuroepithelial neoplasm, and its grading has profound effect on its treatment and prognosis. To investigate the application of stepwise discriminant analysis in grading astrocytomas, this study developed two models of stepwise discriminant analysis according to relevant factors of astrocytoma. Methods: From January 2008 to April 2009, 111 primary astrocytoma patients were enrolled. Each patient was scored based on location, signal intensity on T1WI, signal intensity on T2WI, enhancement, edema, border, cyst or solidness, and mass effect of their magnetic resonance images. With their age score of grading, Fisher stepwise discriminant analysis and the Logistic discdminant were used. The results from the two models were then evaluated and compared. Results: According to Fisher stepwise diseriminant analysis, the predictive accuracy was 87.7% with 80.0% sensitivity, 91.5% specificity and 0.942 area of ROC curve. However, the predictive accuracy of Logistic discriminant analysis was 84.9% with 80.0% sensitivity, 86.8% specificity and 0.940 area of ROC curve. There were no statistically significant differences in terms of accuracy (P=0.250) and areas under ROC curve (Z=0.433, P=0.665) between the two models. Conclusion: Two stepwise discriminant analysis models are meaningful to predict the grading of astrocytoms, and the application of Fisher stepwise discriminant analysis is simpler than the Logistic discriminant analysis.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of brain protein hydrolysate injection in the treatment of elderly patients with parkinson.Methods:120 patients with parkinson were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group (57 cases) was treated by routine treatment,while the observation group (63 cases) was given brain protein hydrolysate injection on the basis of routine treatment.The UPDRS scores,SF-36 scores and adverse reactions during treatment were observed and recorded.Results:Before treatment,the UPDRS and SF-36 scores of both groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).After treatment,the UPDRS scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the UPDRS score of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The social function,emotional function,mental health score of observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).During treatment,1 cases of dizziness,1 cases of nausea were found in the control group.The adverse reaction rate was 3.5％.2 cases of insomnia,1 cases of fatigue,1 cases of dizziness and 1 cases of nausea were found in the observation group.The adverse reaction rate was 7.9％.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Brain protein hydrolysate injection had significant effect on the Parkinson.It could improve the patients' thinking ability,mental health and quality of life with high safety.

Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane post-conditioning on oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction during rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, and to explore its cerebral protective mechanism.Methods Thirty-six health male Sprague-Dawley rats (aged 12-14 weeks, weighing 220-260 g) were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=12 each): sham control group (group Sham), cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group (group IR), sevoflurane post-conditioning group (group SPC).Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established, ischemia for 30 min followed by reperfusion 24 h.Rat middle cerebral artery was not occluded in group Sham.Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established in group IR.Group SPC was subjected to 2.6% sevoflurane for 15 min in the beginning of reperfusion.At the end of reperfusion, rats were cut off the head to take out the brain tissue.The expression level of Iba-1 and HO-1 proteins was measured by western blot.The levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA), TNF-α, IL-1β and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were evaluated.Results Compared with group Sham, the expression of cerebral cortex Iba-1 protein was higher than that in groups IR and SPC (P＜0.05), the expression of Iba-1 protein in group SPC was lower than that in group IR (P＜0.05).Compared with group Sham, the contents of ROS, MDA, TNF-α and IL-1β were increased in groups IR and SPC (P＜0.05), but the activity of SOD and expression of HO-1 protein were decreased (P＜0.05).And the contents of ROS, MDA, TNF-α and IL-1β in group SPC were less than those in group IR, the activity of SOD and expression of HO-1 protein in group SPC were higher than those in group IR.Conclusion Sevoflurane post-conditioning can mitigate the microglia activation, reduce cerebral oxidative stress and inflammation, thus protect rat cerebral against ischemia reperfusion injury.

Objective To determine the effects of non-thermal biological effect of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field (LFPEF) with 15 Hz and 30 mT on ulcer wound during the plateau stress ulcer cure.Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to three equal groups:control,normal cure group (NC) and exposure treatment groups (ET).The plateau rats stress ulcer models were constructed with the combination method of a hypoxic and low-pressure acclimation and the stimulation of absolute ethyl alcohol irrigating stomach.The LFPEF equipment generated the LFPEF of 15 Hz,40％ duty cycle and 30 mT to expose and treat the rats' stomach of ET group with the frequency of 3 hours each day.After 6 days of exposure treatment,the stress ulcer cure situation of each group was evaluated by the methods of macroscopic observation,the gastric juice pH values detection and ulcer index (UI) measurement.Results After 6 days of model,the macroscopic observation showed that the ulcer of NC group was worse than the that of ET group (P＜0.05).The pH values and UI of ET group were significantly different with those of NC group,and closed to those of the control group.Conclusion The nonthermal biological effect of LFPEF could promote the plateau stress ulcer cure.

Objective: To explore the longitudinal relationship between peer attachment, peer trust and loneliness, and to provide reference for the effective adolescent mental health promotion. Methods: A convenient sampling method was used to select 1 013 first year senior high school students from 2 high schools in Guizhou Province and Shandong Province. A longitudinal design was adopted. The Revised Experiences in Close Relationships relationship Structures Scale(ECR-RS), Trust Scale and University of California at Los Angels Loneliness Scale were administered in Nov. 2020, Dec. 2021(T1), as well as in Jan. 2021 and Jan. 2022(T2). Results: Peer trust at two time points was negatively correlated with attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance and loneliness( r=-0.50--0.17, P <0.01), while attachment anxiety, avoidance and loneliness were positively correlated( r=0.11- 0.41 , P <0.01). T1 attachment anxiety significantly predicted T2 loneliness( β=0.16, P <0.01), and T1 loneliness significantly predicted T2 attachment anxiety and avoidance( β=0.19, 0.15, P <0.01). Correlation between stability of loneliness was higher than attachment anxiety( CR=7.12, P <0.01). Correlation between stability of peer trust was higher than attachment avoidance( CR=2.40, P <0.01). Conclusion Loneliness affects attachment avoidance and peer trust unidirectionally. There is mutual influence between loneliness and attachment anxiety, with larger impact from loneliness. Intervention aiming for attachment promotion might consider loneliness reduction.

Choledochojejunostomy is a common surgical method for the treatment of organ diseases such as hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal and pancreatic diseases, but there are many complications related to the operation. Benign biliary-enteric anastomosis stricture (BBES) is the most common long-term complication after operation, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present, bile duct reconstruction and endoscopic treatment are the main methods to deal with BBES, but there are some limitations. The new interventional therapy has the advantages of small trauma, good repeatability, high success rate and few complications. It has been applied in many medical centers. The main treatment methods include percutaneous transhepatic biliary balloon dilatation, percutaneous temporary stent placement, percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopy, magnetic compression anastomosis and intrabiliary ablation. Up to now, there is no uniform standard for the choice of interventional therapy for BBES at home and abroad, so it is of great clinical significance to establish a standardized interventional therapy strategy.
