Objective To investigate the effect of Erhuang decoction on TGF-β1 expression of lung tiusses and the concentrations of IL-33 in asthmatic rats. Methods Fifty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups equally:Control group, Asthmatic group, Budesonide aerosol group, High-dose Erhuang decoction group ( 68 g/kg)and Low-dose Erhuang decoction group(17 g/kg). The model of asthma was established by ovalbumin (OVA) sensitizing and challeng-ing. Then Erhuang decoction and budesonide aerosol was used respectively for intervention therapy. Histologic HE staining were used to observe the general pathologic alteration and to analyze the total bronchial wall area (Wat) and the muscle wall area(Wam). The protein expressions of TGF-β1 in the lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The concentra-tions serum IL-33 and BALF were tested by sandwich ELISA. Results There was significant reduction in the infiltrated inflammatory cells in all drug intervention groups compared with asthma group;The Wat and Wam in asthmatic group was significantly higher in than those in Budesonide aerosol group,High-dose Erhuang decoction group and Low-dose Erhuang decoction group ( Watμm2/μm:54.99±8.82, 52.28±7.61, 58.53±7.63 vs 79.50±5.64, P＜0.05;Wamμm2/μm:22.74±2.73, 20.63±1.72, 21.20±4.50 vs 30.16±1.68, P＜0.05);Compared with control group, BALF and serum IL-33 concentration were significantly higher in asthmatic group. Compared with asthmatic group, all the indicators were significantly decrease in the treatment groups after drug intervention (P＜0.05). Andthere was no significant difference between the treatment groups in all the indicators. TGF-β1 expression in lung tissues in asthmatic group were significantly higher than that in control group (12.60 ± 2.25 vs 1.67 ± 0.17). Compared with asthmatic group, there was significantly reduction of TGF-β1 expression in the Budesonide aerosol group (5.51±2.48), High-dose Erhuang decoction group (5.22±2.52) and Low-dose Erhuang decoction group (6.92 ±2.18) (P＜0.05). There were no significant difference between the treatment groups. TGF-β1 expression and se-rum IL-33 concentration in asthmatic rats were positively correlated with Wat and Wam. Conclusion The effects of Er-huang decotion on ameliorating the progression of airway remodeling about asthmatic rats may be partially by regulating TGF-β1 and IL-33.

Objective: To investigation HER2 status in gastric adenocarcinoma of Chinese and contributing factors to the HER2 expression. Methods: HER2 status of 40 842 gastric adenocarcinomas and clinical data were retrospectively collected from 23 hospitals dated from 2013 to 2016. The association between HER2 positivity and clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results: Of the 40 842 patients the median age was 62 years, the male female ratio was 2.6∶1.0. The rate of HER2 positivity was 8.8% (3 577/40 842). HER2 expression was related to the tissue type, tumor location, Lauren classification and tumor differentiation (P values: 0.009, 0.001, <0.01 and <0.01, respectively). Different HER2 expression status was observed between primary and recurrent tumors in 7.6% (48/635) cases. The rates of HER2 positivity ranged from 2% to 10% among different institutions. The rates of HER2 FISH amplification were dramatically different among the 23 hospitals (0-100%) with an average rate of 10% (810/8 156) in patients with HER2 IHC 2+ . Conclusions HER2 expression is associated with clinicopathologic characteristics. HER2 re-assessment of tumor tissue and use of in situ hybridization techniques increase HER2 positivity. The current retrospective study should reflect the HER2 status in gastric adenocarcinoma of Chinese patients.

OBJECTIVE To provide reference for improving the working efficiency of prescription review for pharmacists and ensuring the safe use of parenteral nutrition solution in patients.　METHODS The review module of parenteral nutrition prescription was developed with the pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS） MATE system. According to the instructions and relevant information of parenteral nutrition solution， the parameters to the review module for parenteral nutrition solution prescriptions were assigned， thresholds and calculation formulas were set， and the prescription was automatically determined by the system. The type and quantity of the inappropriate prescriptions of parenteral nutrition solution in our hospital from January to August 2020 and from January to August 2022 were counted， and the review efficiency of inappropriate prescriptions was compared before and after the application of the review module of parenteral nutrition solution prescription.　RESULTS The module realized the informatized review of basic attribute parameters and custom parameters of parenteral nutrition solution prescription， such as ion concentration， ratio of heat to nitrogen， ratio of sugar to lipid， glucose concentration， ratio of sugar to insulin， maximum dosage of compound preparation， necessary drug collocation， incompatibility， repeated drug use， age limit， etc. The module also shortened the review time greatly. It took about 33 minutes for two pharmacists to review 100 prescriptions， and only took 6 seconds after the module went online. Compared with January to August in 2020， the average approval rate of inappropriate prescriptions for parenteral nutrition solution increased from 0.582% to 1.416% during the corresponding period in 2022 （P＜0.05）.　CONCLUSIONS The review module of parenteral nutrition solution prescription established by parameter assignment method in our hospital can greatly reduce the phenomenon of missed and wrong review by pharmacists， reduce the risk of parenteral nutrition solution dispensing， reduces the work pressure of pharmacists reviewing prescriptions， and ensures the drug safety of patients.
