Objective: To investigate the effects of Migaoxinle Drop Pills (Migao Cinnamon anel Bulbus Allii Macrostemi) (MDP) on cats with experimental myocardial ischemid.Methods: The coronary arteries was ligated to establish myocardial ischemic model and MDP was given through duodenum to observe its effects on myocardial ischemic limit and myocardial infarct area by N BT staining.Results: MDP could reduce the myocardial ischemic limit and myocardial infarct area.Conclusion: MDP could protect myocardia from ischemic damage.

Objective To study the feasible prophylactic proposal for the periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage(PIVH)in preterm infants with the aim to reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis.Methods From January 2004 to June 2005,pregnant women at high risk for preterm delivery and with gestational age of less than 35 weeks and their infants were enrolled and divided into five groups randomly.Pregnant women received antenatal intramuscular or intravenously injection of vitamin K_1 10 mg per day for 2 to 7 days were Group A.Group B received antenatal intramuscular or intravenously injection of dexamethasone 10 mg per day for 1 day.Group C received antenatal intramuscular or intravenously injection of dexamethasone 10 mg per day for 2 days.Group D received dexamethasone 10 mg per day for 1 or 2 days and vitamin K_1 10 mg per day for 2 to 7 days.Infants in the phenobarbital group received intravenous injection of phenobarbital within 3 hours after birth for 3 to 5 days.Infants in the control group received neither phenobarbital after birth nor dexamethasone or vitamin K_1 injection antenatally.Results PIVH was diagnosed in 17 of 40(42.5%)in Group A,34 of 63(54.0%)in Group B,36 of 70(51.4%)in Group C,14 of 44(31.8%)in Group D,they all higher than control group(?2=15.10,P=0.004).More infants in the control group had severe PIVH(Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ)than other groups(?2=9.527,P=0.049).The incidence of PIVH and severe PIVH in Group B and Group C were no significant difference.Furthermore,the incidence of PIVH was no difference in phenobarbital group(60.0%)and control group(65.2%)(?2=0.361,P=0.548).But the incidence of severe PIVH in phenobarbital group(5.0%)was less than control group(18.4%)(?2=4.04,P=0.044).Conclusions The combined antenatal administration of dexamethasone and vitamin K_1 can reduce the incidence of PIVH in preterm infants.Postnatal administration of phenobarbital can not decrease the incidence of PIVH,but decrease the frequency of severe PIVH.

[Objective]To study the effects of different storage method on the viability of cheodroeytes so as to find out the idem method for preservation of articular cartilage.[Method]Under the aseptic condition,acquiring 240 pieces of osteoehondral plugs from both condyles of femur and tibial plateau.The control group was not treatment using any preserved means.The tissue-cultured group was to used F12-DMEM medium long-term preserved osteochondral plugs under the conditions of 37 ℃.At preserve 8 weeks,takes the osteochondral section to carry on examination observation ohondrocytes Viability activeness change separately.[Result]The control group chnadrocyte survival rate was 94.4%.At preserves 8 weeks,the cell survival rate of the tissue-cultured group was 76%,the grading-cooling cryopreservation group was 66%,the constant-cooling cryopreservation group only was 41.80%.[Conclusion]Under the condition of 37 ℃,tissue culture method can long term preservation of vital articular cartilage in vitro.The chondrocyte survival rate of the preservation of vital articular cartilage in vitro.The chondrocyte survival rate of the tissue-cultured method obvious higher than constant-cooling cryopreservation method.

Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of integrin-linked kinase antisense oligonucleotide(ILK-ASODN)on cell proliferation in human ovarian cancer cell line(HO8910).Methods We transfected ILK-ASODN into HO8910 to block ILK gene expression.measured the expression levels of integirn-linked kinase(ILK)mRNA by RT-PCR and ILK protein by western-blotting;the inhibiting effects of the transfection on HO8910 proliferation,the cell cycles,and cell apoptosis were assessed by water soluble tetrazolium-1(WST-1)and flow cytometry(FCM).Results After transfection of ILK-ASODN,the expression levels of ILK mRNA decreased significantly in groups D,E,F being 0.307±0.011,0.198±0.008,0,respectively,when compared with those of the two control groups of A and B(P＜0.05).The expression levels of ILK protein of the groups D,E and F decreased significantly also,being 26.3 ± 0.8,20.6±0.4 and O,respectively.HO8910 cell proliferation was inhibited significantly,and the rates of apoptosis of the groups D,E and F increased significantly,being 7.31%,8.84%and 11.27%respectively.The cell population increased in G0/G1 phase of the groups D,E and F,being 49.25%,56.28%and 67.61%respectively.significantly different in comparison with those of groups of A and B (P＜0.01).Conclusions Transfection of ILK-ASODN into human ovarian cancer line inhibited cancer cell proliferation significantly.

Objective To evaluate early changes of femoral artery elasticity in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) combined with microalbuminuria (MA) patients using ultrasound radio-frequency technology,and to study the clinical significance.Methods 51 T2DM without MA patients were enrolled in Group A,and 53 T2DM with MA patients were enrolled in Group B.In order to observe the early elastic changes in the subjects,two-dimensional ultrasound was used to eliminate patients whose intima-media thickness (IMT) was ＞1 mm.The femoral arteries were imaged by two-dimensional ultrasonography,and then the IMT,femoral artery inner diameter (D),distensibility coefficient (DC),compliance coefficient (CC),elasticity coefficient (α and β),and pulse wave velocity (PWV) were real-time tested using quality intima-media thickness (QIMT) and quality arterial stiffness (QAS) analyzing systems.Besides,the differences and correlation analyses of these parameters between the two groups were conducted.In addition,some other parameters of sujects in both group A and B were also determined and analysed,including total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),creatinine (CREA),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting blood glucose (FPG),2h postprandial plasma glucose (2hPG) and body mass index (BMI).Results There were no significant differences in the elastic parameters of femoral arteries between the male and female subjects (P＞0.05),and between left and right sides (P＞0.05) within a same group.Compared with group A,group B had lower CC and DC (P＜0.05) and higher α,β and PWV (P＜0.05).Pearsons correlation analysis indicateal that,CC was negatively correlated with α,β and PWV (P＜0.05),and DC was also negatively correlated with α,β and PWV (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the inner diameters of femoral arteries between the two groups (P＞0.05).The levels of TG,HbA1c,FPG and 2hPG in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,CREA and BMI between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusions The decrease of arterial elastic function is earlier than morphological changes,that is,it may have occurred before MA in T2DM patients.The application of ultrasound radio-frequency analyzing technology has certain significance in the clinical early diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety of patients with gynecological carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with gynecological carcinoma in our hospital who were to receive operations were randomly distributed into the control group and the intervention group with 30 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group received nursing intervention based upon routine nursing.Indexes such as preoperative anxiety,sleeping quality and satisfaction degree to nursing care were evaluated within them.Results Through targeted nursing intervention preoperative anxiety of patients in the intervention group alleviated,their confidence enhanced and satisfaction degree to nursing care improved compared to those of the control group.Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention can reduce preoperative anxiety of patients with gynecological carcinoma and increase satisfaction degree to nursing care.

Objective To screen gastric infiltrating carcinoma from gastric high grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HGIEN) checked again by regular gastroscopy and confocal laser endomicroscopy(CLE).Methods From January 2005 to December 2010,82 patients with endoscopic biopsy and the tissue pathological diagnosed HGIEN were collected at Department of Gastroenterology,Ruijin Hospital,Jiaotong University.61 male patients and 21 female patients were collected,of which 38 patients underwent common gastroendoscopy and the other 44 patients were underwent CLE besides common gastroendoscopy.The pathological diagnosis of endoscopic biopsy tissues were compared,and patients with indications were referred to surgery and pathological examination again.Results A total of 82 patients were confirmed by repeated examination,and there were 8 cases of inflammation or benign ulcers (24.4％),12 cases of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia (14.6％),10 cases of HGIEN (12.2％),52 cases of infiltrating carcinoma (63.4％).36 cases of differentiated carcinoma and 16 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma.Of the 21 infiltrating carcinoma cases diagnosed by CLE,17 cases (81.0％) were consistent with the pathological diagnosis.The consistent parameter value of κ between CLE diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 0.7250.Conclusion It is necessary to make differential diagnosis of infiltrating cancer in patients with endoscopic biopsy and the tissue pathological diagnosed HGIEN.

Objective To study the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the persistent sciatic artery.Methods The ultrasonographic images of eleven patients with persistent sciatic artery diagnosed by CT angiography or digital subtraction angiography were retrospective analyzed,the ultrasonographic features were summarized.Results The sciatic artery showed the enlarged internal iliac artery,which continued into the thigh in a posterior location,the sciatic artery described a tortuous course toward the knee,slowly filling normal-appearing popliteal artery in 8 cases,there were no connection with popliteal artery in 1 cases.The common femoral artery and superficial femoral artery was dysplasia in 7 patients,which was thinner than the popliteal artery.Conclusions The ultrasonography is the effective imaging method for diagnosis of the persistent sciatic artery.

Objective To investigate the value of prospectively electrocardiogram (ECG)-triggered high-pitch coronary computed tomography angiography at 70 kV and 30 mL contrast medium with Stellar detector dual-source CT.Methods 60 patients with the BMI<24.9 kg/m2 were randomized into two groups:Group A (30 cases)with the tube voltage of 70 kV and 30 mL contrast medi-um.Group B (30 cases)with the tube voltage of 100 kV and 50 mL contrast medium.All the patients were performed with a Stellar detector dual-source CT using a prospectively ECG triggered high-pitch spiral technique.The images of Group A were reconstructed with SAFIRE technique,while Group B were with FBP technique.The objective image quality includes CT attenuation,SNR, CNR.And radiation dose was also calculated.The subjective was evaluated by 4-scale point.Independent sample t test was used.Re-sults There was no difference for subjective image quality between the groups,A:(3.38±0.942),B:(3.50±0.682),(t=-0.562, P >0.05).The CT attenuation of the 70 kV group were higher than that of the 100 kV group for all the segments(P <0.01).The SNR and the CNR have no statistically significant difference between the groups (P >0.05).Compared with the 100 kV group,the radiation dose of the 70 kV group was reduced by 76.5% (A:0.19±0.023 mSv,B:0.81±0.101 mSv,P <0.01).Conclusion Using 70 kV with 30 mL contrast medium in Stellar detector dual-source CT coronary angiography for the patients with a normal BMI could obtain qualified diagnostic image with low radiation dose and contrast medium.
