1.Management of anastomotic leakage after sphincter preserving surgery for rectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 2004;0(06):-
Objective:To explore the risk factors, diagnosis, treatment and management of anastomotic leakage after radical resection for rectal cancer and preservation of anal sphincter. Methods:The clinical data of 220 rectal cancer patients, undergone sphincter preserving surgery from 2003 to 2008,was analyzed retrospectively. Results:The incidence of anastomotic leakage among the 220 rectal cancer patients was 7.3%(16 patients).14 cases of anastomotic leakage were healed by conservative therapy. The treatment included nutritional support, catheter drainage of abscesses and the use of antibiotics. The other 2 patients were healed by secondary operation. Conclusions:Age,general condition, anastomotic location, operative technique and bowel preparation are the risk factors for the development of anastomotic leakage.Early diagnosis and effective treatment are the crucial to heal anastomotic leakage.

3.Relationship between rhinovirus and pediatric respiratory infection
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(3):158-160
In recent years, the incidence and mortality rate of pediatric respiratory infection have been increasing globally, with rhinovirus being of particular correlation to pediatric respiratory infection. In addition to upper respiratory tract infection, rhinovirus RNA is also found in the lower respiratory tract during the infection period. The epithelial cells of the upper respiratory tract are the target cells of rhinovirus. In recent years, studies done on the relationship between rhinovirus infection and upper respiratory tract infection have provided evidence for clinical treatment.Further investigation is needed on the pathological mechanisms of rhinovirus-induced respiratory infections.
4.ANTIPLATELET DRUGS INTERVENTION ON POSTOPERATIVE INCIDENCE OF NO -RE-FLOW IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE
Modern Hospital 2015;(10):14-15
Objective To investigate the influence of antiplatelet drugs in patients with coronary heart dis-ease after intervention incidence of no -reflow.Methods 180 cases of coronary artery interventional treatment of coronary heart disease and patients with no -reflow phenomenon as research subjects were randomly divided into ob-servation group and the control group of 90 cases.Observation group after intervention produce given tirofiban hydro-chloride treatment of no -reflow or slow reflow, and the control group received verapamil therapy .Results The final group was injected with drugs Coronary angiography showed TIMI 3 cases number than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( p<0.05);After treatment of coronary angiography for the first time , the last observation group was significantly higher level TMPG3, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Compared with verapamil hydrochloride tirofiban in patients with coronary heart disease , intervention can effectively reduce postoperative incidence of no -reflow, which should be spreaded in clinical practice .
5.Considerations on the Allocation and Configuration of Type Two Large-scale Medical Equipments
Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(4):62-66
Optimizing the allocation and configuration of type two large-scale medical equipment, promoting the using efficiency of large-scale medical equipment and the level of medical services, which had important significance on protecting the health of residents. It analyzed and summarized the guiding ideology, main principles, allocation standard, basic and specific requirements, and the total number of the allocated type two large-scale medical equipments in Nanchang during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, which had certain significance of references on the configuration and planning of type two large-scale medical equipments.
6.Dental microscope aided treatment of dens invaginatus
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2016;32(4):589-592
Dens invaginatus is an unusual malformation. The difficulty in recognizing a tooth with dens invaginatus frequently results in the delayed diagnosis followed by unpromising treatment outcome because the abnormality cannot be seen until the tooth is involved with pulp necrosis even apical periodontitis. The application of CBCT scanning and dental microscope is playing a significantly important role in both diagnosis and treatment of dens invaginatus. This paper presents 2 cases with dens invaginatus which were well diagnosed and properly trea-ted,reviews the pathology and intends to get the principle ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of dens invaginatus.
7.Risk Factor Analysis of Hospital Infection in Neurosurgery Department
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE To analyze the morbidity, pathogens, risk factors and prevention management measures.METHODS The data of the infected patients, reasons, bacteria isolates and antibiotic susceptibity tests were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS A total of 277 patients(11.32%) among the 2248 patients during 3 years were infected in the hospital. The frequency of hospital infecton was 13.44%.Respiratary tract infection(57.14%) was the most common part,31.00% in upper respiratory tract infection and 26.14% in lower respiratory tract.G-bacilli(78.56%) were the predominant bacteria.G+ cocci(47.06%) were the predominant bacteria isolated from meningitis patients.CONCLUSIONS The hospital infection rate in neurosurgery department is higher than other departments. The risk factors of hospital infection are invasive procedure, antibiotic usage and hypoimmunity.
8.Design and Application of the Closed-loop Management System for Laboratory Specimens
Journal of Medical Informatics 2017;38(7):30-32
Based on the problems existing in the original specimen management process of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong College of Pharmacy, the paper proposes achieving the closed-loop management process of laboratory specimens through wireless network technology,PDA,laboratory specimen bar code,QR codes of patients and interaction of multiple systems, and describes the functional design and application effect of the system. The application of the closed-loop management process for laboratory specimens can better standardize and normalize the management of specimens.
9.2D and 3D culture of human dental pulp stem cells
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(09):-
Objective To isolate human dental pulp stem cells and cultivate them in 2D and 3D.Methods Dental pulps were separated from the second premolars and digested by collagenase type Ⅰ and dispase.Dental pulp stem cells were obtained and identified. The proliferation of dental pulp stem cells cultivated in 2D and 3D was compared. Results There were clonogenic cells in human dental pulp. Some dental pulp stem cells could be differentiated into myocytes and odontoblasts. The cell density was increased to 4.12 times of the primary density in 2D culture and 11.06 times in 3D culture. After 3D culture, the biological properties of dental pulp stem cells remained. Conclusion Human dental pulp stem cells were successfully isolated and cultivated from the second premolars.3D culture is a suitable way to expand dental pulp stem cells.
10.Correlation between the life quality and social supports in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(3):44-47
Objective To investigate the correlation between the life quality and social supports in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD).Methods The Social Support Scale(SSRS)and the Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-100)were used for the investigation among 30 HLD patients as HLD group and 30 healthy people as the control group so as to study the correlation between the quality of life of HLD patients and the social supports. Results The total score on the quality of life in HLD group was significantly lower than that of the control group(273.60±15.24 vs.345.53±2.70,P<0.01),so it was with all the items of the quality of life scale. The total score on the social supports of the HLD group was significantly lower than the control group(35.73±1.72 vs.45.50±1.68,P<0.01),so it was with all the items of the social supports(all P<0.01).The total score on the quality of life together with the items was positively correlated with that of the total score on the social support(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of life and social support for the HLD patients is significantly lower than those for healthy people.Their quality of life is positively related with the social supports, which means the more social support they get,the better their quality of life is.
