Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(6):865-866,867
Objective To study the antihypertensive effects and treatment compliance of extended release nifedipine tablets and nifedipine controlled release tablets .Methods 120 cases of patients with hypertension from April 2012 to April 2013,with informed consent of patients and in accordance with the medical ethics standard ,were divided into the group I and group II of 60 cases in each group according to the random number table method , the group I was given extended release nifedipine tablets for treatment while the group II was given nifedipine controlled release tablets for therapy ,antihypertensive effect ,treatment compliance and adverse reaction of two groups were com-pared.Results The total efficiency of group II was 93.3%,which was higher than 80.0%of the group I,there was statistically significant differences between the two groups (χ2 =12.019,P=0.019);The adverse reaction rate of group II was 8.3%,which was significantly lower than 18.3%of the group I,there was statistically significant differ-ences between the two groups (χ2 =11.271,P=0.021);The treatment compliance of group II was 96.7%,which of the group I was 95.0%,there was no significant differences between the two groups (χ2 =5.419,P =0.067). Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablets has a better antihypertensive effect ,with less adverse reaction when compared with nifedipine controlled release tablets .
2.Effect of Propofol on Apoptosis in Lung Tissue of Rats with Oleic Acid-induced Acute Lung Injury
China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of propofol on apoptosis in lung tissue of oleic acid-induced acute lung injury(ALI) rats.METHODS: Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,ALI group, low, medium and high-dose(4,8,16 mg?kg-1?h-1) propofol groups.Except for the normal control group, the other 4 groups were infused with oleic acid through jugular vein followed by the infusing of the corresponding drugs for 4 h.Then the rats were sacrificed by exsanguination.Lung tissue was immediately sampled for observation of the pathologic change under light microscope and detection of apoptosis and the expression of Fas/FasL,Bax/Bcl-2 in lung tissue by FCM.RESULTS: In ALI group compared with the normal control group, the apoptosis rates in lung tissue cells was markedly increased(P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
The paper describes the basis, scope, and contents of the index system for assessing maternity and child care institutions in Beijing. The new system, based on the readjustment, recombination and redistribution of the original index system for assessment, has two newly added elements, viz. financial position analysis and leadership style and organization culture. In order to make a distinction between leaders' responsibilities and an institution's orientations and to reduce behavior abnormality and information bias in the process of assessment, the new system has been divided into two major parts: evaluation of the institution's conditions for survival and capabilities for development, which is jointly decided by internal and external factors, and appraisal of the institution's performance, which is decided mainly by internal factors.

A 3-year-old boy presented with a 3-month history of brown-yellow papules scattered on the trunk. The first skin biopsy showed a dermal infiltrate of many mononuclear histiocytes, eosinophilic granulocytes and a small number of lymphocytes.Immunohistochemical examination of the lesions demonstrated positive reactions with anti-CD68,-S100 and-CD1a (partial) antibodies. After the biopsy, the skin lesions gradually turned dark and partially regressed leaving hyperpigmentation, but new lesions continuously appeared.Four months later,a second biopsy was performed, and showed a dermal infiltrate of histiocytes with eosinophilic granulocytes and a few multinucleated giant cells.Immunohistochemistry showed that the histiocytes stained positive for CD68,but negative for S100 and CD1a.Based on the above findings, the patient was diagnosed with juvenile xanthogranuloma.

OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of prostaglandin E1 combined with hydration for the prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN)and provide evidence-based reference for the clinical treatment. METHODS:The PubMed,Medline (Ovid),EMbase (Ovid),Cochrane Library,VIP,CJFD and WanFang database were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trails(RCT)of prostaglandin E1 combined with hydration for the prevention of CIN. After information collec-tion and methodology quality evaluation, the Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. RESULTS:12 RCTs involv-ing 1 732 patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of CIN in test group was significantly low-er than control group[RR=0.40,95%CI(0.30,0.53),P<0.001],the incidence of phlebitis was higher than control group [RR=10.18,95%CI(1.37,75.67),P=0.02] and there was no significant difference in the need rate of renal replacement between test group and control group[RR=0.44,95%CI(0.12,1.61),P=0.21]. CONCLUSIONS:Intravenous prostaglandin E1 combined with hydration can effectively reduce the incidence of CIN. Occurance of phlebitis should be paid attention to. Due to the limited quality and sample of included studies,it remains to be further verified by high-quality and large-sample RCT.

Objective To investigate the value of the combined test of five tumor markers for gastric cancer diagnosis. Methods The electrochemical luminescence analyzer was used to measure the serum concentrations of CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 and AFP in 127 gastric patients and 186 controls, and calculated the sensitivity and specificity. Results The concentrations of CEA (52.9 ±25.5)ng/mL,CA125 (54.2 ±40.6)U /mL,CA199 (42.4 ± 28.8)U /mL,CA724 (9.3 ±6.6)U /mL and AFP (22.6 ±11.4)ng/mL in the gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in the controls, and the differences were statistically significant (t =6.006,7.118,6.033,6.683, 5.362,all P <0.05 ).The sensitivity in gastric cancer diagnosis with the combined test of five tumor markers (88.2%)was higher than the test of CEA (63.8%),CA125 (59.1%),CA199 (41.7%),CA724 (37.0%)and AFP (46.5%)alone,and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =20.733,27.754,60.209,71.046, 50.270,all P <0.05).Moreover,the specificity in gastric cancer diagnosis with the combined test of five tumor markers (90.3%)was higher than the test of CA125 (79.3%),while lower than the test of CA724 (97.3%),and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =9.137,7.832,all P <0.05).Conclusion The combined test of five tumor markers (CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 and AFP)could increase the rate of gastric cancer diagnosis.

OBJECTIVE: To optimize the technology of extracting total flavonoids from Sophora japonica.METHODS: The extracting technology of total flavonoids (from Sophora japonica) was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM) with ethanol concentration,solid-solvent ratio, extracting temperature, extracting time and extracting times as factors and the yield of total flavonoids as index.RESULTS: The optimal parameters were determined as follows: the ethanol concentration was 60%;the solid-solvent ratio was 1∶10;the extracting was conducted for 1 time(90 min) at 90 ℃.CONCLUSION:The optimized extraction technology was simple and stable and which serves as references for industrial large scale production.
