Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(7):1009-1011
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nasal irrigation for pediatric chronic sinusitis. Methods 92 children with chronic sinusitis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases) and control group(44 cases) .The two groups were treated with routine clinical basic drugs, and the treatment group took nasal irrigation in addition. The efficacy after 1 month was compared, and then the patients were followed up for 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7% after 1 month, which of the control group was 72.7%.After 3 months, the total effective rate in treatment group was 95.9%,which of the control group was 86.4%.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in treatment outcomes( P=0.024, 0.011) .Conclusion The therapeutic effect of nasal irrigation for pediatric chronic sinusitis is obvious, safe and reliable.
2.HLA-DR and DP antigens expression on human aortic smooth muscle cells in vitro
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
To observe whether human aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC) may expressHLA-DR and DP antigens, we used ?-IFN and lymphocytes conditioned media (LCM) to induce SMC in vitro. The results showed that ?-IFN increased HLA-DR and HLA-DP expression on SMC by 80% and 73%, and LCM did so by 74% and 70% respec-tively. HLA-DR and DP (11% and 7%) in both groups were significantly higher thanthat of the control group. These results suggested that activated T lymphocytes may in-crease HLA-DR and HLA-DP antigens expression on human SMC by secreating ?-IFN (orwith other cytokines), which may play certain important roles in atherogenesis.

Analysising the Internet talents recruitment information of medical logistics professional undergraduates with content analysis,we have got to know that talent post group of medical logistics professional undergraduate mainly consists of production logistics manager, warehouse manager, transportation and delivery manager, customer service manager, purchasing manager, and logistics information center administrator.Besides, the ability requirements of medical logistics professional undergraduates are orderly work experience, communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, written expression ability and innovation ability. So some suggestions have been put forward that personnel training target should be proactive, curriculum system should highlight the professional characteristic, diversified teaching methods should be emphasized, and evaluation system should focus on process control.

Objective To observe the differences in the therapeutic efficacies of macrolides, minocycline, and tosufloxacin against macrolide-resistant Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MRMP).Methods A total of 188 children with M.pneumoniae pneumonia confirmed by culture and PCR were analyzed.Of these,150 patients had a strain with an MR gene and 134 had one with an A-to-G mutation at position 2063 of M.pneumoniae 23S rRNA domain V.Azithromycin(n=27),clarithromycin(n=23),tosufloxacin(n=62),or minocycline(n=38)was used for definitive treatment of patients with MR M.pneumoniae.Among the 188 patients, the other 38 patients with macrolide-sensitive Mycoplasma pneumonia (MSMP)were grouped into azithromycin(n =16)and clarithromycin groups(n =22)for observing whether there is differences with respect to efficacy under parallel treatment between patients with MRMP and MSMP. Results Defervescence within 48 h after the initiation of antibiotic therapy was observed in 41%of the patients in the azithromycin group,48% of those in the clarithromycin group,69% of those in the tosufloxacin group, and 87% of those in the minocycline group. The average number of days of fever after the administration of antibiotic treatment was lower in the minocycline and tosufloxacin groups than in the macrolide groups(azithromycin and clarithromycin groups). The decrease in the M.pneumoniae burden,as estimated by the number of DNA copies, after 48 to 96 h of treatment was more rapid in patients receiving minocycline(P=0.016)than in those receiving tosufloxacin(P=0.049),azithromycin(P=0.273),or clarithromycin(P=0.107).Conclusion We found that the clinical and bacteriological efficacies of macrolides against MR M.pneumoniae pneumonia was low.Our results indicated that minocycline rather than tosufloxacin can be considered the first-choice drug for the treatment of M.pneumoniae pneumonia in children aged >8 years.

Objective To establish a method for detecting Aspergillus spp.by Loop-mediated isothermal amplification. Methods Aspergillus spp.specific primers were designed from the relative conservation region of the published sequence of 28S rRNA genes of A.fumigatus (GenBank accession number AY660917),A.terreus (GenBank accession number AF454183),A.flavus (GenBank accession number AF454158),and A.niger (GenBank accession number AF454169).Genomic DNA were extracted from Aspergillus standard strains, clinical control strains and clinical samples, and amplified by LAMP.The amplified results could be read with the naked eye by the coloring effect of fluorescent nucleotide dye without the DNA electrophoresis.Approximately 103 each Aspergillus conidia suspension was added to the serum from healthy volunteers, and detected these simulative clinical samples bv LAMP assay. Results The LAMP and PCR assays obtained positive results for all four Aspergillus species and 8 simulative clinical samples (double samples for each Aspergillus species) including 103 conidia, but negative in the remaining 15 non-Aspergillus species, human total blood genomic DNA,30 clinical serum samples infected with non-Aspergillus and 10 healthy volunteers. The LAMP assay had a minimum detection of 0.05-0.5pg,by means of detect different levels of 500,50,5,0.5,0.05 pg template in each reaction tube. Conclusion The results confirm that LAMP is a simple, rapid, sensitive and specific method, and can be used for detection of Aspergillus strains in clinical and environmental specimens.

OBJECTIVE:To select the optimum conditions for germination test of Sophora alopecuroides seed, and to provide reference for formulating seed test rule and standardization of S. alopecuroides. METHODS:S. alopecuroides seeds were soaked in 98% H2SO4 for 30 min and 35 ℃ warm water for 29 h,and then treated under different temperature conditions (15 ℃,20 ℃, 25℃and 30℃),different germination beds(on paper, between paper,on sand,in sand)and different light conditions(2 000 lx lighting 16 h,dark). Optimal germination condition was screened by using germination rate, germinative potential and germinative index as indicators. S. alopecuroides seeds were cultured under this condition for 7 days, and then germination rate was determined. RESULTS:Different temperatures had no significant effect on germination rate, but influenced germinative potential and germina-tive index;those indicators reached maximal value at 20 ℃. Different germination beds affected each indicator, and under condi-tion of on sand, those indicators were the highest. Light treatment had no significant effect on germination indicators. Under suit-able condition, the seed sprouted since first day of germination bed treatment;germination rate was more than 90% on second day,and reached maximal value on fifth day and didn’t increase any longer. CONCLUSIONS:The suitable condition of seed ger-mination was soaking in 98% H2SO4 30 min+35 ℃ warm water for 29 h,on sand under light at 20 ℃. Initial count on second day of germination bed treatment and final count on forth day were analyzed statistically as well as germination rate. This method can be used as standard quality test of the seed of S. alopecuroides.
