Objective To explore effect of needle pot ombined with acupiont injection on the treatment of stock flank nervi cutanei inflammation. Methods 104 xases of bright stock flank nervi cutanei inflammation wese di-vided into two groups,the treatment group by the needle pot combined with acupoint injection, The control group used the needle pot treatment only. Results After Ridit analysis, the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group ( P<0.05 ), The treatment group self-conscious symptom and the body drafts vanishes the time obviously surpasses the comparison group(P<0.01 ). Along with ouow-up half ayear, recurrent rate is obviously lower than the control group( P<0.01 ). Conclusion The needle pot unifies the acupuncture point injection treatment stock flank nervi cu-tanei inflammation may clearly enhance the curative effect ,reduces the treatment time and recurrenle.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking and bleeding the Jing-well points with three-edge needle in treating acute Bell’s palsy.Method Sixty patients with Bell’s palsy were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 30 in each group. In addition to the regular Chinese and Western medicine treatment for Bell’s palsy, the observation group also received pricking and bleeding treatment with three-edge needle at the Jing-well points. The House-Brackman (H-B) Scale and R wave in blink reflex (BR) were observed.Result The total effective rate was 93.0% in the observation group, significantly higher than 90.0% in the control group (P＜0.05). The H-B score significantly increased in both groups after intervention (P＜0.05). The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in comparing H-B score at the end of first and second treatment course (P＜0.05). The R1 and R2 waves in BR increased markedly after intervention in both groups (P＜0.05); the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in comparing R1 wave (P＜0.05), and R2 wave only at the end of the first course (P＜0.05) but not at the end of the second course (P>0.05).Conclusion Combining pricking and bleeding the Jing-well points with three-edge needle in the treatment of Bell’s palsy can enhance the therapeutic efficacy and promote the recovery of the facial nerve function.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of cinnabar and realgar in Xiao' er Zhibao pills. Methods:Mercury in cinnabar and arsenic in realgar in Xiao'er Zhibao pills were determined respectively by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). Results: A good linear correlation of mercury and arsenic was observed within the range of 5-100 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9) and 2-50 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 2), and the average recovery was 99. 3% with RSD of 3. 0% (n=6) and 104. 5% with RSD of 2. 1% (n=6) by AAS. A good linear correlation of mercury and arsenic was observed within the range of 0.1-20.0 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 97) and 0.1-20.0 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 99),respectively, and the average recovery was 96. 6% with RSD of 1. 4%(n=6) and 104. 1% with RSD of 1. 1% (n=6) by ICP-AES,respectively. Conclusion:The method is accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of Xiao'er Zhibao pills.

ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of Nuezhenide and Apiganin 7-O-neohesperidoside in Shanxiangyuan tablets.Methods The Luna C1s column was used,the mobile phase consisted of HCN-0.5％H3PO4(41 ∶ 59),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃,the UV detector was set at 336nm.Results The linear response range was 0.016～0.32 mg/ml (r=0.9997) and 0.006～0.11 mg/ml respectively.The average recovery rate was 99.0％ and 97.5％ respectively,RSD was 1.83％ and 1.57％ respectively,ConclusionThe method was simple,accurate and repeatable.It can be applied in quantitative determination of Nuezhenide and Apigenin 7-O-neohesperidoside in Shanxiangyuan tablets.

Objective To compare the effects of two different chemotherapies in treatment acute myeloid leukemia(ALM) patients.Methods sVEGF concentration was measured by ELISA in 32 AML patients.Section one,15 patients,combined with Ara-C,daunorubicin,etoposide and intrathecal Ara-C.Section two,17 patients,consisted of a combination of Ara-C,idarubicin,etoposide,mitoxantrone and intrathecal Ara-C.Results sVEGF level was significantly increased in newly diagnosed AML.The level of sVEGF in AML after 2 cycles of standard chemotherapy was significantly lower than newly diagnosed cases,but the effect of section two was much better compared with section one.Compared with the section one,the complete remission rate of section 2 was 82.4％ (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion sVEGF as a proangiogenesis factor was significantly increased in serum with AML.The level of sVEGF in patients with AML obtained thermotherapy was significantly lower than that of pre-treating AML ones.VEGF should play a very important role in the leukemogenic process.The section two therapy should be used clinically.

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC) and peripheral intravenous catheters(PIV) in tumor chemotherapy. Methods A total of 180 patients with intravenous chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. 108 patients in the PICC group, 72 patients in the PIV group. The holding time and complications were observed and compared. Results The rate of complication in the PICC group were much lower than the PIV group, however was much longer than the PIV group in holding time. But there was no statistical difference in the positive culture rate of bacteria of two groups. Conclusions It is very safe to use PICC which can reduce the rate of complication of catheters and venipuncture times and is worthy of spreading in practice.
