1.Effect of the destructive balance between regulatory T cells and Th17 cells relating to the pathogenesis of hematopathy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(4):402-405
Scholars at home and abroad have proved that the unbalance between CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 +regulatory T cells (Treg cells) and Th17 cells relates to the pathogenesis of hematopathy.Patients with tumor blood diseases, such as leukemia and lymphoma, generally show raised levels of Treg cells and decreased levels of Th17 cells. The pathogenesis of disease may involve in Treg cells inducing enhanced immune suppression and Th17 cells mediating immune deficiency. On the contrary, cases with non-neoplastic blood diseases, such as AA,HSP,ITP and so on,trend to have lower Treg cells and higher Th17 cells. The pathogenesis of non-neoplastic blood disease may be connected with serious immune injury mediated by Th17 cells and weak suppression of immunity induced by Treg cells.Accordingly, the increasing ratio of Treg cells/Th17 cells may cause tumor blood diseases, but a decreasing one can promote non-neoplastic blood disease.
2.Influence of differential distribution of platelet glycoprotein antibodies on clinical efficacy of primary immune thrombocytopenia in children
China Modern Doctor 2024;62(28):47-51
Objective To investigate the effect of the differential distribution of three platelet glycoprotein(GP)specific antibodies(anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸ,GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa and GPⅠa/Ⅱa antibodies)on the efficacy of first-line treatment in children with primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 54 children with ITP who were hospitalized in Mianyang Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2023.According to the antibody test results, they were divided into:group A1(anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸ antibody positive,18 cases)and group A2(anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸ antibody negative,36 cases),group B1(anti-GP Ⅱb/Ⅲ a antibody positive,30 cases)and group B2(anti-GP Ⅱb/Ⅲ a antibody negative,24 cases),group C1(anti-GPⅠa/Ⅱa antibody positive,16 cases)and group C2(anti-GPⅠa/Ⅱa antibody negative,38 cases). All patients were given standard first-line treatment. The relationship between the distribution of antibodies and the trend of counting of platelet(PLT)after treatment was analyzed. Results After treatment,PLT counts in all groups increased significantly over time(P<0.05).The PLT count in group Al was significantly lower than that in group A2 at 24h,72h and 7days after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PLT count between group B1 and group B2 at different time points(P>0.05).At 7 days after treatment, the PLT count in group C1 was significantly lower than that in group C2(P<0.05).At one month after treatment, the efficacy of children in group A1 and group C1 were significantly lower than those in group A2 and group C2,respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the efficacy between group B1 and group B2(P=0.081).Conclusion There are differences in the efficacy of ITP children with different distribution of antibodies after first-line treatment, the efficacy of children with positive anti-GPⅠb/Ⅸ antibody and anti-GPⅠa/Ⅱ a antibody are worse, and the efficacy of children with positive and negative anti-GP Ⅱb/Ⅲ a antibody is not different.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a domestic arterial thrombus aspiration catheter in treating acute arterial ischemic events in the experimental dogs, and to compare this catheter with Penumbra suction catheter. Methods Acute ischemic embolism model was established in the external carotid and renal arteries of experimental dogs, and the experimental dogs were randomly assigned to the study group and control group. The embolized blood vessels were treated with thrombectomy. Results A total of 12 experimental dogs were enrolled in this study, with 6 dogs in each group. All of the 12 experimental dogs were successfully modeled. In the study group and the control group, the cumulative success rates of thrombectomy were 92.9%and 66.7%respectively(P>0.05),the incidences of intraoperative vascular dissection were 0%and 8.3%respectively(P>0.05),and the incidences of vasospasm were 35.7%and 0.75%respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion In treating thrombus-embolized blood vessels with mechanical thrombectomy in experimental dogs,no statistically significant differences in the efficacy and safety exist between using domestic arterial thrombus aspiration catheter and using Penumbra suction catheter.(J Intervent Radiol,2023,32:1207-1210)
