Objective:To examine the status of career decision-making and its influencing factors among nursing postgraduate students. Methods:From October 2018 to December 2019, 249 nursing postgraduate students from universities were selected by convenience sampling method and were investigated using general information questionnaire, Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire, Professional Identity Scale and Proactive Personality Scale. Results:The score of postgraduate nursing students' career decision-making difficulties was (58.10±8.98). Correlation analysis showed that the score of the career decision-making difficulties was positively correlated with professional identity and proactive personality of nursing postgraduate students ( r=0.187, 0.581, P<0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, whether they had received career counseling and proactive personality scores were influencing factors of career decision-making difficulties which explained 38.0% of the total variation. Conclusions:The career decision-making difficulties of nursing postgraduate students is at a medium level. Educators can reduce the career decision-making difficulties of nursing postgraduate students by conducting career counseling, improving professional identity or enhancing career initiative.

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of acute bilirubin encephalopathy (ABE) in neonates with severe hyperbilirubinemia. Methods:A total of 123 cases of severe neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (serum total bilirubin > 342 μmol/L) in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the occurrence of ABE, they were divided into ABE group (28 cases) and non-ABE group (95 cases). The perinatal data and laboratory examination results between two groups were compared. The variables with statistical differences in univariate analysis were included in multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results:Univariate analysis showed that the hemoglobin level and hematocrit of ABE group were higher than those of non-ABE group. The total bilirubin value, length of hospital stay, natural childbirth, mixed feeding, infection with craniocerebral hemorrhage were all higher than those in the non-ABE group, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high hemoglobin level ( OR=1.032, 95% CI 1.007 to 1.057) and long hospital stay ( OR=1.15, 95% CI 1.007 to 1.312) were independent risk factors for ABE patients.Breastfeeding was a protective factor for ABE patients( OR=0.151, 95% CI 0.028 to 0.821). Conclusion:High hemoglobin value and long hospital stay are independent risk factors for ABE patients, and breast feeding is a protective factor for ABE.

AIM:To investigate the RNA oxidative damage in human gastric cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue for exploring the role of RNA oxidation in the occurrence of gastric cancer .METHODS:Immunohistochemical ob-servation and LC-MS/MS analysis were performed in 61 cases of gastric carcinoma .The position and concentration of 8-oxoguanosine ( 8-oxoGsn ) were detected , respectively . RESULTS: The results of immunohistochemical observation showed that 8-oxoGsn was obviously up-regulated in the gastric cancer .The positive staining mainly accumulated in the cy-toplasm of the tumor cells .The results of mass spectrometry showed that the level of 8-oxoGsn in the gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in the para-carcinoma tissues (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:8-oxoGsn is up-regulated in gastric canc-er.RNA oxidative damage may play important roles in the occurrence of gastric cancer .
