OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the improvement and rectification effects about prescription checking and intervention skills of pharmacists. METHODS:By retrospective investigation,2417 outpatient prescriptions and 1698 outpatient prescriptions were respectively selected from some one hospital during Oct.-Dec. 2015 (before improvement and rectification) and Jan.-Mar. 2016 (after improvement and rectification). According to standards, guidelines and references as Prescription Administrative Poli-cy,Prescription Review Management Standard(trial)and drug instructions, irrational drug use and prescription checking and inter-vention skills of pharmacists were compared before and after the implementation of rectification measures as optimizing hospital in-formation system, improving comprehensive skills of pharmacists, strengthening pharmacists'concept, establishing feedback mech-anism. RESULTS:After the implementation of rectification measures, unsuitable indications, clinical diagnosis inconsistent with medication, antibiotics use without indications, unsuitable usage and dosage, unsuitable drug combination and irrational drug use were all decreased, but repeated drug use was increased, without statistical significance (P>0.05). The number of non-standard prescriptions and unsuitable prescriptions checked by pharmacists were decreased, without statistical significance(P>0.05). The in-cidence of checking missing, excessive checking and checking error were all increased from 2.40%,0.99%,3.39% before im-provement and rectification to 0.47%,0.29%,0.77%,with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The improvement and rectification measures of the hospital can improve comprehensive prescription checking and intervention skills of pharmacists. Ir-rational drug use should be further standardized.

Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is one of the most commom cause of liver fibrosis. Accurate assessment of liver fibrosis is essential for the strategy of treatment and judgement of prognosis . Liver biopsy is the gold standard for staging fibrosis, but it is invasive with high cost, low reproducibility and poor acceptance by patients. Therefore,it is urgent to explore a noninvasive modality for the assessment of liver fibrosis. Recent evidence highlights that elastographic techniques, biochemical markers and the diagnostic model consisted of several serum markers have the potential for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. This article reviewed the progress in noninvasive assessment of liver fibrosis in patients with CHB.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2020;29(4):289-293
Objective:To evaluate the effect of long-chain non-coding RNA (LncRNA) UCA1 on the proliferation, apoptosis and radiosensitivity of lung cancer cell and to explore the underlying mechanism.Methods:qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of UCA1 and miR-513a-5p in lung cancer cell A549, H1299 and normal human lung cell HBE. The si-con group (transfected si-con), si-UCA1 group (transfected si-UCA1), miR-513a-5p group (transfected miR-513a-5p mimics), miR-NC group (transfected miR-NC), IR+ si-con group (transfected si-con, and irradiated), IR+ si-UCA1 group (transfected miR-NC and irradiated), IR+ miR-513a-5p group (transfected miR-513a-5p mimics and irradiated), IR+ miR-NC group (transfected miR-NC and irradiated), IR+ si-UCA1+ anti-miR-513a-5p group (co-transfected si-UCA1, anti-miR-513a-5p and irradiated) were transfected into the A549 and H1299 cells by liposome method, and then the cells in certain groups were subject to 4Gy irradiation. The cell proliferation of each group was detected by MTT assay. The sensitivity enhancement ratio was assessed by clone formation assay. The cell apoptosis of each group was detected by flow cytometry. The fluorescence activity of each group was detected by dual-fluorescein gene detection assay. Results:Compared with human normal lung cell HBE, the expression levels of UCA1 were significantly up-regulated in the lung cancer cell A549 and H1299(both P<0.05), whereas those of miR-513a-5p were significantly down-regulated (both P<0.05). Inhibition of UCA1 and overexpression of miR-513a-5p significantly inhibited cell proliferation, promoted cell apoptosis and increased the sensitivity of radiation exposure of A549 and H1299(sensitivity enhancement ratio=1.897, 2.146 and 1.615, 1.872). miR-513a-5p could suppress the fluorescence activity of wild-type UCA1 cells, and UCA1 could negatively regulate the expression of miR-513a-5p. Inhibition of miR-513a-5p could reverse the enhancement effect of inhibiting UCA1 upon the radiosensitivity of lung cancer cells. Conclusions:Inhibition of LncRNA UCA1 can enhance the sensitivity of radiation exposure to lung cancer cells. The mechanism may be related to the targeted inhibition of miR-513a-5p.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2020;28(8):605-612
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of endovascular embolization in the treatment of traumatic carotid cavernous fistula (TCCF) and the influencing factors of outcomes. Methods:Patients with Barrow A type TCCF underwent intravascular embolization in the Department of Neurosurgery, General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2009 to November 2019 were enrolled. They were treated with detachable balloons or Onyx-18 combined with coils via transarterial approach, and clinical and imaging follow-up were performed after operation. Recurrence was defined as a lesion that was completely embolized immediately, but the original fistula was redeveloped during imaging follow-up. The clinical recovery was defined as the disappearance of intracranial vascular murmur, pulsatile exophthalmos, conjunctival hyperemia and edema, the movement of eyeball without disorder and the restoration of vision loss. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent risk factors for affecting imaging recurrence and clinical recovery. Results:A total of 54 patients with Barrow A type TCCF were enrolled. Their age was 42.5±10.6 years (range, 28-70 years); 36 were male (66.7%). Clinical manifestations: 40 patients (74.1%) had ocular symptoms (exophthalmos, conjunctival congestion, etc.), 35 (64.8%) had intracranial vascular murmur, 36 (66.7%) had visual impairment (decreased vision, visual field defect), 32 (59.3%) had headache, 15 (28.3%) had abducens nerve palsy, and 4 (9.1%) had epistaxis. Fourty-seven patients (87.0%) had superior ophthalmic vein drainage, 19 (35.2%) had superior and inferior petrosal sinus drainage, and 9 (16.7%) had cortical vein drainage. Twenty-eight patients (51.9%) were treated with Onyx-18 combined with coils, and 26 (48.1%) were treated with detachable balloons. After operation, 47 patients (87.0%) were immediately totally embobilized, 4 of them were totally embolized with Onyx-18 and coils after the failure of balloon embolization; 7 patients (13.0%) achieved subtotal embolization. Forty-seven patients (87.0%) recovered after surgery, and the symptoms of 4 patients were better than before admission but the vision did not fully recover (among them, 3 had the symptoms of abducens nerve palsy), 2 had mild hemiplegia, and no patients died after surgery. At postoperative follow-up, 5 (9.3%) recurred, and then they achieved total embolization with Onyx-18 combined with coils. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that subtotal embolization was an independent risk factor for postoperative imaging recurrence (odds ratio 16.63, 95% confidence interval 1.74-159.33; P=0.015), and the presence of cortical venous drainage was an independent risk factor for affecting postoperative clinical recovery (odds ratio 19.08, 95% confidence interval 1.61-226.58; P=0.020). Conclusion:Both of Onyx-18 combined with coils and detachable balloons are safe and effective for the treatment of TCCF. Subtotal embolization is associated with imaging recurrence, and the presence of cortical venous drainage is an independent influencing factor of clinical recovery.
