Objective:To analyze the research status and hotspots of patients with heart failure at home and abroad, to provide a reference for the exercise rehabilitation research of heart failure patients in China. Methods:The research references on exercise rehabilitation for heart failure patients were retrieved in Web of Science Core Collection database and CNKI from 2011 to 2020 and were analyzed with the information visual software CiteSpace V 5.6 R5. The analysis included the annual distribution, country or institution distribution, journal distribution, author distribution, institute distribution, high-frequency keywords and forewords.Result:A total of 8 896 articles were included in the analysis, including 1 347 Chinese articles and 7 549 English articles. The number of international publications in exercise rehabilitation for patients with heart failure was much higher than that of domestic publications, and the overall trend was sustained growth. Among them, developed countries led by the United States (accounting for 36.415% of the total number of articles) occupy a leading position in exercise rehabilitation for heart failure patients. Foreign literature research hotspots mainly focus on telerehabilitation. In contrast, domestic literature research hotspots mainly included the effects of exercise rehabilitation on elderly patients with heart failure and the intervention of nursing staff in exercise rehabilitation. At the same time, both domestic and foreign paid attention to the effects of exercise rehabilitation on patients with heart failure such as exercise capacity, cardiac function, quality of life connection with myocardial infarction. Conclusions:The field of exercise rehabilitation for patients with heart failure in China has gradually received attention. However, there is a gap between the research and the international levels, so further research is still needed. Telerehabilitation abroad of patients with heart failure can provide references for the development of domestic research.

Objective:To implement scoping review of the quality evaluation tool for mobile medical applications (mHealth APP) based on the perspective of health promotion, so as to provide reference for the development or introduction of tools suitable for China and provide inspiration for conducting high quality mHealth APP electronic health intervention research. Methods:Following the method of scoping review, mHealth APP quality evaluation tool development and validation articles published from January 2008 to February 2022 were systematically searched in Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) Web of Science, SCOPUS, CINAHL, PsyINFO, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP, WanFang Data and China Biomedical Literature Database. This study extracted the basic information of the tool and used topic analysis to summarize and integrate the content of the tool items. Results:A total of 27 studies were included, involving 14 mHealth APP quality evaluation tools. The theme analysis process of evaluating the content of items generated a total of 300 primary codes, which were classified into four themes, including software attributes, medical science, behavioral science, and user experience. Conclusions:As a cross disciplinary product, the mHealth app faces multiple challenges in terms of quality. At present, the focus of existing quality evaluation tools varies, among which scientific evaluation originates from the special positioning of mHealth APP and needs to be taken seriously. Different evaluation perspectives may be potential factors that affect the quality evaluation results, and as a key link, users' needs need to be further focused and explored.

Objective:To explore the current status of clinical nurses' job well-being in Class Ⅲ Grade A general hospitals in Beijing, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From November 2019 to January 2020, convenience sampling method was used to select 528 clinical nurses from 4 ClassⅢ Grade A general hospitals in Beijing as the research object. The General Information Questionnaire, Perceived Organizational Support Scale, Psychological Capital Questionnaire-Revision (PCQ-R) and Employee Occupational Well-being Scale in Chinese Enterprises were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey to analyze the relationships among clinical nurses' perceived organizational support, psychological capital and job well-being and the influencing factors of well-being at work. A total of 528 questionnaires were collected in this survey, of which 518 were valid questionnaires, with an effective response rate of 98.1%.Results:Among 518 clinical nurses, the average score of job well-being was (5.13±0.96) . Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total scores of perceived organizational support and psychological capital of clinical nurses were positively correlated with the total score of job well-being with statistical differences ( r=0.802, 0.668; P<0.01) . Multiple linear regression analysis showed that monthly income, perceived organizational support and psychological capital were the influencing factors of clinical nurses' job well-being also with a statistical difference ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Clinical nurses in four ClassⅢ Grade A general hospitals in Beijing have a good sense of job well-being. The more monthly income, the stronger the perceived organizational support, and the higher the psychological capital, the higher the job well-being of nurses is.

Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2022;57(2):279-284
Objective :
To investigate the relationship between vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphisms and the clinical prognosis of acute pancreatitis (AP) , and to provide a genetic basis for early identification of critically
ill patients.
Methods :
A total of fourteen single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) on the VDR gene were detected in 508 AP patients by using improved ligase detection reaction (imLDR) technology. Unconditional Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the association of VDR gene polymorphisms with outcome ( sepsis/severe AP/death) of AP patients after adjusting for age , sex , body mass index(BMI) , smoking and drinking status and APACHE II score under different genetic models.
Results :
Rs12721375 GA/AA genotype had a lower risk of sepsis than GG (P = 0. 02) and the A allele had a lower risk of sepsis than G (P = 0. 009) . Rs2853559 GA and GA/AA had higher risks of sepsis than GG (P = 0. 022 and 0. 026 respectively) . Rs11168287 AA had a higher risk of severe AP than GG and GG/GA (P = 0. 030 and 0. 022 respectively) . Rs2853559 AA genotype had a higher risk of severe AP than GG and GG/GA ( P = 0. 022 and 0. 021 respectively) . The risk of death of rs11168283 CT/TT genotype was lower than that of CC (P = 0. 046) .
Conclusion
VDR gene polymorphisms are related to the clinical outcome of AP patients in Chinese Han population. VDR gene is involved in the progression of AP.
