Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different methods of dressing on the wound after local debridement of dia-betic foot. Methods A total of 53 patients which underwent local debridement of diabetic foot were divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were dressed on traditional measurement, while patients in the treatment group were dressed on the external medicinal wine for the diabetic foot basic on the traditional treatment. The local transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure, ulcer healing rate,av-erage healing time and the amputation rate were observed. Results The healing rate and percutaneous oxygen partial pressure of the treat-ment group were significantly increased than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The average healing time and amputation rate of the treat-ment group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Dressing on external medicinal wine after local debridement of diabetic foot can improve the wound healing in the diabetic foot.

Objective:
To explore the latent categories and general demographic characteristics of short form video addiction among college students, so as to provide empirical reference for prevention and intervention of short form video addiction among college students.
Methods:
Convenience sampling method was used to select 1 386 college students from a certain university in Anhui Province in June 2023. A questionnaire survey was conducted among college students by using the Short Video Addiction Scale. The latent profile analysis method of "individual center" was used to explore the categories of college students short form video addiction, and multiple Logistic regression was used to explore the influence of demographic variables on the latent classification of short form video addiction.
Results:
College students with short form video addiction were divided into three latent categories:non addiction group (22.15%, n =307), low addiction group (63.28%, n =877) and high addiction group (14.57%, n =202). The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, major type and family location were related with short form video addiction among college students:male students (low addiction group: OR =0.47; high addiction group: OR =0.41), cultural and historical majors (low addiction group: OR =0.66), and students from cities (high addiction group: OR =0.51) were less likely to be involved in short form video addiction ( P <0.05).
Conclusions
There is significant group heterogeneity in short form video addiction among college students. Families, schools and society should attach importance and pay attention to the phenomenon of short form video addiction among college students, actively take targeted intervention measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of short form video addiction symptoms among college students.

ObjectiveOvarian cancer is the third most common gynecologic cancer worldwide, with the second highest mortality rate among gynecologic cancers, and age-standardized rates are gradually increasing in many low- and middle-income countries. At present, its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear. There are no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and when the symptoms become obvious, it often indicates the advanced stage. The 5-year survival rate of the advanced stage is only 17%, which poses a great threat to women's health. Therefore, an in-depth study of the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is very important to the exploration of prevention and treatment methods for ovarian cancer. Based on the clinical characteristics of ovarian cancer in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and combined with the existing evaluation methods of animal models, this study evaluated the animal model of ovarian cancer, and provided analysis and suggestions. MethodThis study searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang data, VIP information database, and PubMed database using the keywords "ovarian cancer" and "animal model", excluded the articles that did not meet the criteria, and then classified the remaining studies. Combined with the clinical diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, the related indicators of ovarian cancer animal models were assigned and the degree of agreement was evaluated. ResultThe use of the transplanted animal model exhibited the highest frequency, followed by that of the induced model. The degree of agreement of traditional Chinese medicine for each model was lower than that of Western medicine. The induced ovarian cancer model had a high degree of clinical agreement and was similar to human ovarian cancer in terms of tumor growth pattern, disease progression and complications, which is an ideal animal model of ovarian cancer. Although this animal model can simulate the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer to a certain extent and reflect some indicators of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, it lacks differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes. ConclusionOn the basis of the original model, the animal model of ovarian cancer was added with Qi deficiency syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome, Qi stagnation syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, heat-toxin syndrome, and Yang deficiency syndrome to establish an animal model combining traditional Chinese medicine disease and syndrome of ovarian cancer, which could better simulate the clinical actual situation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and lay a solid foundation for the study of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of ovarian cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To optim ize the ultrafiltration technology of enzymatic hydrolysate from Eucommia ulmoides peel. METHODS:The single factor test was adopted to investigate the effects of molecular weight of ultrafiltration membrane ,liquid temperature, operating pressure ,operating frequency ,membrane filtration time ,liquid concentration and pH on transfer rates of aucubin, geniposide and chlorogenic acid as well as solid removal rate in enzymatic hydrolysate from E. ulmoides peel. Setting the molecular cut off of fixed ultrafiltration membrane of 100 000,liquid concentration of 7 g/L,and pH value of 7,the ultrafiltration technology was optimized by Box-Behnken design response-surface methodology and validated with liquid temperature ,operating pressure, operating frequency and membrane passing time as factors ,using comprehensive scores calculated from transfer rates of aucubin, geniposide and chlorogenic acid as well as solid removal rate as indexes. RESULTS :The optimal ultrafiltration technology of enzymatic hydrolysate from E. ulmoides peel was as follows as liquid temperature of 35 ℃,operating pressure of 0.5 MPa,operating frequency of 35 Hz and membrane passing time of 42 min. Results of validation tests showed that the comprehensive scores of the transfer rates of aucubin ,geniposide and chlorogenic acid as well as solid removal rate in enzymatic hydrolysate from E. ulmoides peel was 78.06%(RSD=1.43%,n=3),and its relative error with the predicted value (77.18%) was 1.14%. CONCLUSIONS :The optimized ultrafiltration technology is stable and reliable ,and can be used for the ultrafiltration purification of enzymatic hydrolysate from E. ulmoides peel.
