Objective To probe the diagnostic value of MRI in wounded feet which were negative on X-ray film. Methods 77 cases with wounded feet displayed normally on X-ray film underwent MRI,using SE/T1WI,TSE/SPIR/T2WI and 3D-water sel.-FFE.Results The abnormalities on MRI were found in 54 cases,of them,47 cases were within 30 days including bone contusion in 20 cases, muscle injury in 12 cases, bone contusion and muscle injury in 6 cases, bone contusion and soft tissue space injury in 2 cases, simple soft tissue space injury in 3 cases, tiny bone fracture in 3 cases and bone fracture in combination with contusion 1 case.7 cases were 30 days after trauma including cancellous bone sclerosis and little ossature deformity. Conclusion MRI is of important value in the wounded feet which are negative on X-ray film and have obvious symptom.

Objective To investigate the early impact of incremental peritoneal dialysis. Methods 109 new peritoneal dialysis patients treated with incremental peritoneal dialysis were included in the present study.Clinical data, dialysis adequacy and nutritional status were evaluated at the initiation of dialysis and at 3 months after PD.Results The peritoneal dialysis patients achieved good results in the dialysis adequacy and nutrition at the end of the 3rd month. The patients' comorbidities reduced.BP and blood work improved significantly during the first 3 months. Conclusion Our results suggest that incremental PD improve patients clinical status even at the early stage of dialysis.

Objective:To discussed the regulation role of calcium/calmodulin dependent protein kinase(CaMK4)on γδT cells in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis. Methods:The proportion of γδT cells in peripheral blood of LN patients and healthy con-trols were compared by flow cytometry.Magnetic bead was used to separation LN patients and healthy controls of gamma delta T cells in peripheral blood.RNA-SEQ analysis were performed in γδT cells of peripheral blood from LN patients and healthy controls.Real-time PCR and western blot were used to verify the expression level of differential gene CaMK4.The expression levels of CD80,CD86 and CD40L on γδT cells treated with CaMK4 inhibitor were detected by flow cytometry.ELISA was used to measure the level of IL-17 secreted by γδT cells after CaMK4 inhibitor treatment. Results:The proportion of γδT cells in the peripheral blood of LN patients was lower than that of healthy control group.A total of 28 differential genes related to LN were screened by RNA-SEQ sequencing, among which CaMK4 had significant by differences at molecular level and protein level. After γδT cells from LN patients were treated with CaMK4 inhibitor,KN-93,the expressions of surface costimulatory molecules CD80,CD86 and CD40L was decreased, and the level of IL-17 also was decreased.Conclusion:CaMK4 regulates γδT cells to participate in the pathogenesis of LN by IL-17 secretion and the expression of costimulatory molecules.Inhibition of CaMK4 may become a new target for the treatment of LN.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2023;28(10):1184-1194
Progressive myoclonic epilepsy (PME) is a rare epileptic syndrome closely associated with genetic factors. The disease is primarily inherited in an autosomal recessive manner, although there are rare cases that demonstrate autosomal dominant or mitochondrial inheritance. Common clinical features include myoclonus, multiple seizure types, and progressive decline in neurological and cognitive function. PME typically manifests in late childhood or adolescence but can occur at any age. It accounts for approximately 1% of epileptic syndromes among children and adolescents worldwide. In recent years, in addition to antiseizure medications, numerous non-pharmacological treatments have emerged, including dietary therapy, neuromodulatory therapy, immunomodulatory therapy, enzyme replacement therapy, gene therapy, etc. This article aims to review the research progress in the treatment of PME.

Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2017;25(8):606-611
Objective:
To explore the expression level of peripheral blood Th1/Th2 type cytokines of chronic hepatitis b (CHB) patients in the entecavir (ETV) antiviral treatment, analyze the relationship between various cytokines, and the correlation among of cytokines and HBV DNA loads.
Methods:
Luminex Liquid Chip Technology was applied to detect the peripheral blood Th1/Th2 type cytokines expression level of CHB patients; At the same time, liver function was detected by Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer; HBV DNA loads were detected by PCR Method; Hepatitis b virology markers were detected by Chemiluminescence Method. F-test and Pearson correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis.
Results:
Before ETV antiviral treatment, peripheral blood Th1 cytokines IFN gamma expression level in patients with CHB increased significantly (

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2022;38(2):565-577
Food wastes are rich in nutrients and can be used for producing useful chemicals through biotransformation. Some oleaginous microorganisms can use food wastes to produce lipids and high value-added metabolites such as polyunsaturated fatty acids, squalene, and carotenoids. This not only reduces the production cost, but also improves the economic value of the products, thus has large potential for commercial production. This review summarized the advances in food waste treatment, with a focus on the lipid production by oleaginous microorganisms using food wastes. Moreover, challenges and future directions were prospected with the aim to provide a useful reference for related researchers.
