Her-2 targeting therapy is an important part of the treatment for breast cancer with Her -2 overexpression.However,the therapeutic effectiveness is largely influenced by Her -2 resistance.Previous studies have confirmed that PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway is activated during the process of drug resistance to Her-2-targeting therapy.Therefore,investigating the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and drugs -targeted pathway are important for the treatment of breast cancer .

Spine metastasis stereotactic body radiation therapy delivers conformal high radiation dose to the tumor target, and steep falloff dose gradients protect adjacent normal structures, especially spinal cord. Some studies demonstrated stereotactic body radiation therapy for metastatic tumors of the spine is safe and clinically effective. This technique markedly improved local control with an excellent symptomatic response compared with conventional external beam radiation therapy techniques, and is beginning to change the treatment paradigms for metastatic spine disease both as post-operative adjuvant therapy and primary definitive local treatment. Although the technique is being increasingly used in clinical practice, the optimal fractionation schedule remains uncertain. Based on the research of radiobiologic principles, radiological physics and clinical data, multiple session stereotactic body radiation therapy has some advantage in clinic.

Pulmonary asthenia is one of the chronic consumptive lung diseases because of the weakness of pulmonary lobe. It would be the outcome of many chronic lung diseases with poor prognosis. In recent years, preventing and treating pulmonary asthenia by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been one of the research focuses and some fruits have been received. This paper summarized pulmonary asthenia from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, TCM treatment so as to provide theoretical basis and proofs for treatment of pulmonary asthenia by TCM.

At present ,a variety of noninvasive detecting indexes for arteriosclerosis have been widely applied in clin‐ic , possess very meaningful ;each index reflects arterial structure and functional changes from different aspect ,and provides important evidence for early diagnosis and intervention of arteriosclerotic diseases .

The traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapies were adopted to treat 32cases of melanoderm's peripheral facial paralysis at remission stage, the effective rate was 93.8%, indicating that acupuncture and moxibustion therapies are effective for different races.

Objective To compare the difference between the short stature and normal boys testicular vol-ume,and to investigate the relationship between the short stature and testicular development.Methods Testicular testing for 70 cases of short stature by color doppler ultrasound from 4 to 12 years old,calculation of testicular volume average(MVT),references for the boy normal testicular volume provided by Peking union medical college hospital and the Beijing children's hospital,compared the above two groups.The short stature's height,weight,body mass index (BMI)for correlation analysis.Results The MVT of the short stature group were lower than normal,compared with the normal group differences statistically significant(P<0.05);The weight,BMI,MVT of idiopathic short stature had a tendency to decrease compared with complete lack of growth hormone deficiency from 10 to 12 years old;The short stature's height had low relativity with MVT(r=0.393,P=0.01 ),the weight had middle relativity with MVT(r=0.508, P<0.01),and the BMI had low relativity with MVT(r=0.352,P<0.01).Conclusion The testicular development of short stature is relatively slow,which should make early intervention for the gonad development of short stature.

OBJECTIVE: To determine and compare the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A in difference dosage form of Guanxin danshen preparations(tablets,capsules,granules and dripping pills).METHODS: The tanshinone Ⅱ A in different Guanxin danshen preparations was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol as solvent,and the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was determined by HPLC on Agilent Zorbax C8(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(72∶28)under a detection wavelength of 270 nm.RESULTS: The linear ranges for tanshinone Ⅱ A stood at 2.76～138 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recoveries of Guanxin danshen tablets,Guanxin danshen capsules,Guanxin danshen granules and Guanxin danshen dripping pills were 99.29%,100.37%,100.18% and 98.71%,respectively with RSD at 1.78%,2.10%,1.55%,and 1.09%(all n=6),respectively.CONCLUSION:The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in differed greatly in different Guanxin danshen preparations;therefore it is urgent to establish the quality standard for Guanxin danshen preparations as soon as possible.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for food & drug regulatory authorities in China to disclose government information.METHODS:In the light of the development and status quo of the disclosure of information in US FDA,the access,content and procedure for the disclosure of information in FDA were discussed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:There are many similarities between US and China in the disclosure of information.In view of the practical situation of governmental information disclosure in food and drug regulatory authorities in China,Chinese government should be able to find out such key issues as the human and financial support is much needed in FDA information disclosure,the disclosure level should be in line with our national condition,a three-dimensional publicity system of government information at different level should be established and emphasis should be laid to the key disclosed information etc based on the research on the development,access,content and procedure of information disclosure in FDA.

The academic orientation determines the development direction of the subject, and also puts forward the corresponding requirements for the professional teaching. The deep development of anes-thesiology, perfect preoperative evaluation, refined management of clinical anesthesia and ultimately improv-ing the prognosis of patients are the total development directions of anesthesiology. Perioperative patient home (PSH) advocates taking patients as the center, dominated by anesthesia, based on evidence-based medicine in the perioperative period, solidarity and cooperation of multiple disciplines, the integration of a variety of medical resources, and providing continuous and efficient medical services for patients. PSH is required to ensure the safety of clinical anesthesia, reduce the incidence of anesthesia mortality and serious
complications, and improve the long-term survival rate and quality of life by improving the clinical work of the department of anesthesia. Practicing PSH, the anesthetic doctors should have the academic idea of the treatment of anesthesia. The concept requires making comprehensive use of a variety of teaching methods, putting emphasis on the training of basic knowledge, and in the teaching of basic knowledge, infiltrating the overall and local thinking and using lecture method in cooperation with the case teaching. To make solid promotion of PSH concept, we should use CBL teaching, strengthening the management of clinical anesthesia, and striving to promote the clinical practice of PSH.

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism in the pregnant women to improve maternal and infant healthy. Methods 47 cases of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism were divided into the treatment group receiving anti-thyroid drug PTU and the non-treatment group, and 30 cases of normal pregnant women served as control. The levels of serum T 3, T 4, TSH, FT 3 and FT 4 were measured before delivery, and the neonatal thyroid functions were evaluated by detecting the levels of T 3,T 4 and TSH of umbilical blood, as well as peripheral blood at 3th, 5th and 7th days after birth. Results The levels of T 3,T 4, TSH,FT 3 and FT 4 in the non-treatment group were significantly higher than those in the treatment group and control group(P
