1.Foot Overpronation: Influence on Body Alignment and Managements (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(1):72-74
The foot overpronation is termed as pronation persisting more than 25%of stance phase in a walking cycle, which may re-sult from some antenatal or postnatal conditions. Overpronation would lead to abnormal alignment of ankle, knee, pelvis and spine, and re-sult in a set of syndromes of chronic pain. The Navicular Drop Test and the Foot Posture Index are often used as the assessment tools, how-ever, there are several empirical ways for clinic. Foot orthoses, special shoes, taping and training of muscle strength are effective on overpro-nation as well as chronic pain.
2.Correlation between left ventricular filling type and geometry modality and functional change of left ventricle in patients with hypertension
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2004;0(08):-
AIM: To investigate the correlation between the left ventricular filling type and geometry modality and functional change of the left ventricle in patients with hypertension. METHODS: Systolic function indexes (FS and EF) and diastolic function indexes (E, A, EAT, EDT, E/A,IVRT) in 120 patients with hypertension were measured by two dimensional ultrasonography (2-DUS) and M-mode and Doppler ultrasound. RESULTS: A rate of 83.5% in patients with hypertension appeared assured plump and configuration changes of left ventricle, and a rate of 84% in patients with hypertension appeared abnormal left ventricular filling function. The morphologic indexes were significantly different clearly in different left ventricular filling types, and the filling indexes were also significantly different in diferent left ventricular shapes. CONCLUSION: IVRT is a more important index than other factors to decide the left ventricular filling function. LVMI plays more important role than other factors in the left ventricular filling function.

OBJECTIVE To find the distribution of pathogens and their antibiotics sensitivity in patients with bile duct diseases in order to guide clinical uses of antibiotics. METHODS Totally 128 bile samples were collected for bacterial cultures and sensitivity tests. RESULTS Pathogens were found in 68 samples(53.0%).The common pathogens were Escherichia coli(22.9%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(15.7%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(11.4%) and Enterococcus faecalis(10.0%).Most bacteria were sensitive to imipenem,vancomycin,imipenem/cilastatin(Tienam),third and fourth generation cephalosporins;but resistant to penicillins,second-generation cephalosporins, macrolides and quinolones. CONCLUSIONS The most pathogenic bacteria in biles are E.coli,K.pneumoniae and Ent.faecalis and the antibiotic sensitivity tests can help clinical application of antibiotics.

AIM: To investigate the time window of bone marrow stem cell homing to the inchemia myocardium. METHODS: 110 SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups: GM-CSF-treated group (n=40) and sham-treated group (n=15) were given GM-CSF (50 ?g/kg/d) for 5days. The control group (n=40) and its sham-treated group (n=15) was injected equal volume of saline, acute myocardiar infarction were induced by LAD ligation in each group. At 1, 3, 5, 10 days in each group, the homed bone marrow stem cells were detected by expression of c-kit with immunohistochemical methods. Cardiac performance and pathological changes were examined at 28 days. RESULTS: At 28 days, both systolic function and diastolic function in GM-CSF-treated group were significantly higher than those in control group (P

AIM: To provide a HPLC fingerprint of Fructus aurantii micropowder in order to create a basis for(identification.) METHODS: With the help of computer similarity evaluation,Seventeen kinds of Fructus aruantii sample were pulverized and micronized separately, then were extracted by methanol and compared correlation between both extracts. RESULTS: In methanol extraction, contents of aurantiamarin, hesperidin and neohesperidin in micropowder were more than that in pulverized powders, correlation of both HPLC fingerprint was 0.9~1.0. CONCLUSION: The method established can be used for identifying and evaluating crud drug of Fructus aurantii, and further prove that micronization is beneficial to increasing flavonoid dissolution.

AIM: To provide application and identification basis for methanol-extratis of Fructus aurantii by constructing the HPLC-FP. METHODS: The C_(18) column was used with a mobile phase of(A)(0.095%) phosphoric acid acetonitrile-(B)(0.095%) phosphoric acid gradient elution. The flow rate was(1.0) mL/min.The wavelength of detecter was set at 330 nm.Naringin was reference standard. RESULTS: By cluster analysis, the eighteen kinds of Fructus aurantii samples were classified as four clusters: the superior in producing area, the ordinary in producing area, the ordinary and the inferior.By similarity calculation, the similarity of the superior in producing area and the ordinary in producing area were(0.9)~(1.0),and the ordinary and the inferior were less than(0.9). CONCLUSION: The HPLC-FP of Fructus aurantii has been established. The method can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Fructus aurantii.

AIM: To investigate the influence of microwave-assisted extraction on flavone contents of Pollen Tyhae micropowder. METHODS: Ultraviolet spectrophotometer and HPLC were applied to analyze Pollen Tyhae micropowder, total flavon and isorhamnetin-3-O-neohespridoside were adopted as the marker, respectively. RESULTS: Appropriate conditions of microwave-assisted extraction included: extraction time of 8min, ethanol concentration of 70%, Solid/liquid ratio of 1∶18 (g?mL -1) and the power of microwave oven of 540w. CONCLUSION: Compared with normal reflux method, microwave-assisted extraction of Pollen Typhae micropowder is more useful and can improve the extraction rate the reduce the extracting time.

The study is aimed to provide the theoretical basis for exploiting and utilization of salt-alkaline soil and cultivating Belamcanda chinensis. In this study, we exerted exogenous substances SNP, Spd to relieve the damage of the mixing salt-alkaline stress on B. chinensis seedling which is NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 four kinds of salt molar ratio of 9: 1: 9: 1, salt concentration of 100 mmol x L(-1). The result illustrated that high pH stress is a major factor caused the salt-alkaline stress, the interaction between time and the concentration of each, treatment was observed, what is more, there are synergies between the salt and alkali stress. The content of B. chinensis seedling leaves' membrane peroxidation index (MDA, O2-*) and metabolites (soluble protein, soluble sugars, organic acids) are showing an upward trend in varying degrees under 100 mmol x L(-1) salt-alkaline stress. It is effective to reduce the content of MDA and O2-*. and improve the levels of metabolites, in which the SNP (0.05 mmol x L(-1)) and Spd (0.5 mmol x L(-1)) to alleviate damage effects is the best. Therefore we can hold the conclusion that SNP and Spd can effectively mitigate the damage of B. chinensis seedling on salt-alkaline stress, improve the resistance ability of B. chinensis seedling which can provide the scientific basis for the utilization of salt-alkaline soil, and the cultivation of B. chinensis.
