Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To find out how to choose the doses of hepatic artery chemotherapy(HAC)in hepatic cell carcinoma(HCC) cases with abnormal liver function. Methods There were 80 HCC patients with one or more liver function index(ALT,AST,TB,DB)above at least 2 times normal, who underwent 105 times HAC or hepatic artery chemoembolization(HACE) with routine chemotherapy doses, and their pre-and postoperative liver and kidney functions had been observing by the end of three weeks after HAC or HACE.Results 1.Postoperative ALT and AST took a favorable turn in preoperative ALT ≥80 U/L group(44 cases)(?
2.Analysis of the Utilization of Antineoplastic Agents in 34 Hospitals in Chongqing Area from 2011 to 2013
China Pharmacy 2015;(29):4048-4050,4051
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of antineoplastic agents. METHODS:The utilization of antineo-plastic agents in 34 hospitals from Chongqing area during 2011-2013 was analyzed retrospectively in terms of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC,etc. RESULTS:The consumption sum of antineoplastic agents increased by 23.74%in 2012 compared with 2011, and increased by 36.89% in 2013 compared with 2012. DDDs of antineoplastic agents increased year by year except that of botanic antineoplastic agents decreased slightly in 3 years. The DDDs of Chinese patent medicines remained at the first place over the three years;the consumption sum of it took up the first place over the three years too. CONCLUSIONS:The consumption of antineoplas-tic agents in Chongqing is in line with the general tendency of drug consumption in China. Chinese patent medicines which have lit-tle side effect and low price occupy an important place among all antineoplastic agents in Chongqing area.
3.Safety analysis of total thyroidectomy in 39 patients with thyroid cancer
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2014;(9):1350-1352
39 cases underwent total thyroidectomy in our department since January 2009 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 9 males and 30 females who were in their age ranged from 19 years old to 68 years old with a middle age of 46 years old. There were 34 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma, 3 follicular adeno-carcinoma, 1 anaplastic carcinoma and 1 squamous cell carcinoma. Among the 37 cases who were initial surgical management patients, there were 11 T1,14 T2,6 T3,6 T4;and there were 19 N0,12 N1a,6 N1b,1 M1. There was no permanent hypocalcaemia. Temporary hypocalcaemia occurred in 11 cases, 2 cases had recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, 1 case with lung infection.
4.The Value of Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Differentiating Acute Dyspnea from Aged Patients with Heart Failure
Journal of Medical Research 2009;38(8):57-59
Objective To investigate the value of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in differentiating acute dyspnea from aged pa-tients with heart failure. Methods The concentration of plasma BNP was measured with immunofluorescence assay in 145 aged patients with dyspnea who admitted to hospital by emergency or were out - patients. Results The BNP level in patients with dyspnea caused by heart failure was significantly higher than that of lung disease patients. BNP for the diagnosis of left heart failure had a very strong predic-tive value, while the early diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease and right heart failure has yet to be explored. BNP values > 100ng / L for differentiating of heart failure was the following: the sensitivity of diagnosis was 94.1%, accuracy 93. I%, specificity 79.5%, positive predictive value was 91.3%, and negative predictive value was 85.4%. Conclusion BNP assay was a convenient, rapid and sensitive method for differentiating diagnosis in aged patients with heart failure, especially with left heart failure. It can be used as an important dif-ferential method in elderly patients with acute dyspnea.

Objective:To observe the effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) on the expression of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappaB ligand (RANKL) in osteoblast cells through an in vitro breast cancer cell and osteoblast cell co-culture system. Methods:The metastatic breast cancer MDA-MB-231 or MDA-MB-435 cells were co-cultured with osteoblast MG63 cells to establish an in vitro microenvironment of bone metastasis of breast cancer. After treated with CGRP(1?108 mol/L),OPG and RANKL mRNA and protein expressions in osteoblast MG63 cells were examined by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results:Expression of RANKL in osteoblast MG63 cells was up-regulated at both mRNA and protein levels when osteoblast MG63 cells were co-cultured with breast cancer MDA-MB-231 or MDA-MB-435 cells, while those of OPG in osteoblast MG63 cells were both down-regulated (P

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
Objective The purpose of this paper is to study PGM1 genotyping by PCR RFLP.Method 300 unrelated individuals of Han were genotyped using PCR RFLP. The target amplificaton products of extron 4 and 8 of PGM1 gene were digested by Bgl II and Nla III respectively. The digested DNA fragments were typed by PAGE.Result This PGM1 RFLP system can discriminate 9 genotypes with Dp of 0 7450 in Han population.Compared with conventional PAGIEF, 1+2- and 1-2+ cant be differentiated and the rare genotypes also cant be detected by this method. The advantage of this method was PGM1 genotyping successfully in bloodstains stored for 25 years and with 0 1ng genomic DNA.PGM1 RFLP method is useful for forensic identification.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with edaravone in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction and its impact on neurological deficits and hemorheology .Methods 78 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table ,39 cases in each group .The two groups were given conventional treatment ,the control group was given edaravone on the basis of the conventional treatment ,while the observation group was given butylphthalide soft capsules and edaravone .All of the patients were given continuous medication for 12d.The degree of neurological deficit score, clinical assessment efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group(χ2 =11.672,P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS scores were decreased significantly (t=11.04,12.88,all P<0.05),that in the observation group was declined more significantly ,compared with the control group ,the differ-ence was statistically significant (t=10.93,P<0.05).After treatment, the fibrin level, blood viscosity and platelet aggregation of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t=6.69,6.22,7.30,all P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with edaravone in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patients'neurological symptoms ,reduce fibrin level ,blood viscosity and platelet aggrega-tion,and its security is good ,which is worth to be applied in clinical .
