Objective To observe the role of cannabinoid receptor-2 (CB2) in acute experimental colitis in mice, and to explore its effect on the endoplasmic reticulum stress ( ERS ) in the intestinal mucosa . Methods 32 SPF mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,CB2 agonist group and CB2 antagonist group. Disease activity index( DAI) and colon histopathological score( HS) were evaluatd. The levels of TNF-α and IL-10 in colon tissue were detected by ELISA. The expression of CB2 and ERS markers GRP78, CHOP in colon tissues were de-tected by immunohistochemical. The mRNA levels of GRP78 and CHOP were detected by RT-PCR. Results Com-pared with the normal group,the level of TNF-αwas significantly higher and the level of IL-10 was significantly low-er(P<0. 05) in the model group,the expressions of GRP78, CHOP and its mRNA were significantly higher(P<0. 05). Compared with the model group,the expression of CB2 in the CB2 agonist group was significantly higher(P<0. 05),the level of TNF-α dropped and the level of IL-10 increased(P<0. 05),and the expressions of GRP78, CHOP and its mRNA were significantly reduced(P<0. 05). The level of IL-10,TNF-α and ERS markers had no significant difference bewteen CB2 antagonist group and the model group ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Severe endo-plasmic reticulum stress exists in intestinal mucosa of experimental colitis mice. The CB2 agonist activates CB2 ex-pression,reducing colitis in mice. Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting ERS in intestinal mucosa.

The temperature of people would drop instantly to frozen stiff. So it has great signification to rescue the people dropped into the cold water at once. This paper will introduce how to rescue, examine, stabilize, insulate, finally transport the patient to the hospital, and some things that should be paid attention to during the whole process.

It has long been one significant focus in the field of surgery to reduce postoperative incisional complications.Recently,incisional negative pressure wound therapy (iNPWT),which was designed to reduce the incidence of incisional complications,has gradually been applied for primary incision closure.This article reviews the relevant basic and clinical studies to elucidate the mechanism of iNPWT and its clinical safety and efficacy,and answers some fundamental questions regarding clinical application of iNPWT.

Objective To develop a kind of tissue microarray (TMA) for the teaching of pathological experiment. Methods A series of human normal tissues from heart, lung, liver, stomach, intestine, etc as well as their matched disease tissues were collected and made into TMA parraffin blocks by tissue chip instrument. After section, the slides were stained by hematoxylin-eosin staining and covered by the coverslips which were marked with serial columns and rows. Results All the specimens were arranged in good order on TMA paraffin block and the slides were stained clearly. And the location of each specimen was marked distinctively on TMA slides. Conclusions Compared with classical tissue slides, the TMA slides for the teaching of pathological experiment have many advantages such as good compare, easy memorizing, low expend and simple making. Take together, the TMA for teaching might have a good perspective for application in the future.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprint for Blumea balsamifera and its fake B. riparia. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Uitimate-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min,detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,and injection volume was 7 μL. Using quercetin as a reference,Similarity Evaluation Software for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2004 A edition)was used for the common peaks identification and similarity analysis of 16 batches of B. balsamifera and 5 batches of B. ri-paria. RESULTS:There were 61 common peaks in the 16 batches of B. balsamifera,similarity degree was 0.931-0.995,which was higher than the similarity degree of 5 batches of B. riparia. CONCLUSIONS:The established fingerprint can provide reference for the identification and quality evaluation of B. balsamifera.

AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of small incision manual nuncleofragmentation technology in hard-nucleus cataract.METHODS: Fifty-four patients (54 eyes) were performed with small incision manual nucleofragmentation and intraocular lens implantation.Uncorrected-visual acuity,corrected-visual acuity and astigmatism were measured before and after surgery.Anterior segment of eye,retina,surgical complications were observed.RESULTS: Preoperative uncorrected vision(LogMAR) was 1.095±0.171,corrected vision (LogMAR) was 0.994±0.158.Postoperative uncorrected vision(LogMAR) was 0.321±0.214 and corrected vision(LogMAR) was 0.276±0.179 at 1wk after operation.Both had statistical significance compared with uncorrected vision(LogMAR) (t=27.052,P<0.01) and corrected vision (LogMAR)(t=29.211,P<0.01) after cataract operation.Average preoprative corneal astigmatism was 0.93±0.34D,average postoprative astigmatism was 0.95±0.29D at 3mo,there was no statistical significance of astigmatism before and after surgery(t=1.048,P>0.05).No severe complications occurred in all cases.CONCLUSION: The technology of small incision manual nuncleofragmentation in hard-nucleus cataract is proved to be safe and effective.

To evaluate the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division technique combined with intraocular lens implantation in cataract operation of large quantities.
●METHODS: Totally 105 patients (105 eyes) underwent small incision cataract extraction surgery. Visual acuity was observed, eye condition, fundus and intraocular pressure were examined by slit lamp at postoperative 1wk; 1mo.
●RESULTS: The visual acuity improved significantly at postoperative 1mo, 89 cases (89 eyes) with better than 0. 3( 85%), 101 cases ( 101 eyes) with 0. 1 and above (96%). lt had short operation time, fewer complications and good anesthetic effect.
● CONCLUSlON: This operation is suitable for primary hospitals, which visual acuity improved obviously, without serious complications, and economic and feasible.

Objective:To systematically review the effects of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs)on two common respiratory system adverse events (RSAE:nasopharyngitis and upper re-spiratory tract infection)among type 2 diabetes (T2DM).Methods:Medline,Embase,Clinical trials and Cochrane library were searched from inception through May 201 5 to identify randomized clinical trials (RCTs)assessed safety of GLP-1 RAs versus placebo or other anti-diabetic drugs in T2DM.Network meta-analysis within a Bayesian framework was performed to calculate odds ratios for the incidence of RSAE.Results:In the study,50 RCTs were included,including 1 3 treatments:7 GLP-1 RAs (exenati-de,exenatide-long-release-agent,liraglutide,lixisenatide,taspoglutide,albiglutide and dulaglutide), placebo and 5 traditional anti-diabetic drugs(insulin,metformin,sulfonylureas,sitagliptin and thiazo-lidinediones ketones).Compared with insulin,taspoglutide significantly decreased the incidence of naso-pharyngitis (OR =0.67,95%CI:0.46 -0.96).Significant lowering effects on upper respiratory tract infection were found when taspoglutide versus placebo (OR =0.57,95%CI:0.34 -0.99)and insulin (OR =0.39,95%CI:0.23 -0.73).The result from the network meta-analysis based on Bayesian theo-ry could be used to rank all the treatments included,which showed that taspoglutide ranked last with mi-nimum risk on nasopharyngitis and upper respiratory tract infection.Conclusion:Taspoglutide was associ-ated with significantly lowering effect on RSAE.

Objective To understand the situation of procrastination and its influencing factors in medical students.Methods The general procrastination scale (GPS),general self-efficacy scale (GSES),achievement motivation scale(AMS),self-esteem scale (SES),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were applied to 531 medical students,and the influence factors were analyzed with correlation analyses,hierarchical regression and path analysis of SPSS 16.0 and Amos 5.0.Results (1) The scale score of procrastination was between 31-93 and the average score was 55.54±9.68.96.1％ students showed different degree procrastination,with the moderate-severe degree ones accounted for 45.3％.(2)Procrastination was positively correlated to anxiety(r=0.331) and depression(r=0.415),but negatively correlated with self-efficacy(r=-0.247) and selfesteem(r=-0.328).(3)The hierarchical regression revealed that self-efficacy,self-esteem,and depression could significantly predict procrastination,which increased the explained variance 6.1％,6.1％ and 6.3％ respectively.(4) Path analysis showed that the self-esteem had direct effect on procrastination (path coefficient 0.12);self-efficacy had indirect effect on procrastination through self-esteem (path coefficient 0.21).Depression had direct effect on procrastination (path coefficient 0.34) and indirect effect to the procrastination through the self-esteem (path coefficient 0.50).All the fitting indices reached statistical standards.Conclusion Procrastination was common in medical students and self-efficacy,self-esteem,depression had direct or indirect effect on it.
