Objective To explore the personality traits and professional profile of pharmacists, and compare the personality with other majors. Methods This study used 15FQ + personality factor questionnaire for comparing 92 pharmacists,who had been working more than 5 years in pharmacy department of general hospital,with 1064 other different professional staffs,who also had been working more than 5 years. Results The results showed that fA (17.61 ±3.58),fG (16.05 ±5.00),fI (15.82 ±4.26) ,tN (16.74 ±3.78) and fQ3 (18.04 ±3.28)scores of pharmacists were significant higher (P ＜ 0. 05 ), while fC ( 10.61 ± 4.16 ), fE ( 10.84 ± 4.14 ), fL ( 6.33± 4.15 ) and fQ2 ( 8.37 ± 3.94) scores were significant lower (P ＜ 0.05 ). Comparing pharmacists with dentists,fL was significant higher (P＜ 0. 05 ). Comparing with clinical and medical imaging profession, there were significant difference on fA,fI,fL, fM, fQ2 (P ＜ 0.05 ). Comparing with liberal arts and engineering, there were significant difference on fB, fC, fE, fI, fL, fQ1, fQ2 (P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Comparing with other different professional staffs ,pharmacists have their own personality traits, which are positive, perseverance, sensitive serious, self-discipline and so on. It provides a scientific basis for pharmacists selection and training.

BACKGROUND:The nervous reconstruction and repair after spinal cord injury have become a research hotspot.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the change rule of neurogliocyte reactive hyperplasia after spinal cord injury.
METHODS:Forty-two adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected and equivalently randomized into seven groups:normal control group (no intervention), sham operation group (lamina decompression) and operation groups (postoperative 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days). After the establishment of spinal cord injury models, the rats were sacrificed at each corresponding time point. The functional recovery of the rat hind limbs was evaluated by Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan scores, and complete spinal cord tissue was removed to undergo hematoxylin-eosin staining, immunohistochemistry staining and immunofluorescence staining.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan scores showed that rats in the normal control and sham operation groups had normal neurologic function. Rats at 1 day after spinal cord injury paralyzed completely, the neurologic function of hind limbs began to recover gradual y at the 7th day, and the recovery became most obvious at the 14th day, which had no significant differences compared with the 21st and 28th days. (2) Hematoxylin-eosin staining found that the diffuse hemorrhage and neuronal necrosis were observed in the injured area at 1 day after operation;inflammatory cel infiltration and some vacuoles appeared at the 7th day, and the hemorrhage was absorbed gradual y;the hemorrhage disappeared completely and capsule cavity formed at the 14th day;up to the 28th day, spinal cord structure was completely destroyed and that was replaced by cicatricial tissue accompanying with a large cavity. (3) Immunohistochemistry staining showed that the astrocyte in damaged area proliferated with the cel synapse increasing, which was most overt at the14th day;the axon clearance widened and the structure was in disorder at the 7th day, and the myelin sheath in the damaged area was destroyed at the 21st day. (4) Immunofluorescence staining showed that there were numerous visible glial fibril ary acidic protein+/nestin+cel s in the injured area at 14 days after operation. (5) These results suggest that glial cel hyperplasia and hypertrophy, the up-regulated expressions of glial fibril ary acidic protein and nest protein are advantageous to the early repair of spinal cord injury.

Objective To study the image quality control system to ensure that equipment meet clinical needs.Methods It was scanning the Catphan504 phantom with models of high quality head,standard dose head and pelvis,we could get the results of CT numbers linearity,uniformity,spatial resolution,contrast resolution.Using T test to compare different scanning technique results.Results The standard dose head scanning technique was better than the pelvis scanning technique in CT numbers linearity test,and gets the best result in uniformity test.The result of CT numbers uniformity was higher in the standard dose head scanning than the high quality head and the pelvis scanning (9.7 ±3.9 vs.17.9 ±5.3,P =0.00 and 9.5 ± 4.0 vs.31.1 ± 5.7,P =0.00).The result of contrast resolution was higher in the pelvis scanning than the high quality head and the pelvis scanning (5.6 ± 0.1 vs.1.3 ± 0.5,P =0.00 and 6.0 ± 1.0 vs.1.3 ± 0.5,P =0.00).The result of spatial linear distance was very accurate,the range was 4.98 -5.06 cm.Conclusions The results of spatial linearity test are stable and accuracy,but CT numbers linearity and uniformity test are affected by the scanning technique significantly for device.To spatial resolution test and contrast resolution test,we need to set the standard and tolerance according to each linear accelerator specialty.

To develop a safe and broad-spectrum effective hepatitis C virus (HCV) T cell vaccine,we constructed the recombinant adenovirus-based vaccine that carried the hepatitis C virus truncated NS3 and core fusion proteins. The expression of the fusion antigen was confirmed by in vitro immunofluorescence and western blotting assays. Our results indicated that this vaccine not only stimulated antigen-specific antibody responses,but also activated strong NS3-specific T cell immune responses. NS3-specific IFN-γ+ and TNF-α+ CD4+ T cell subsets were also detected by a intracellular cytokine secretion assay. In a surrogate challenge assay based on a recombinant heterologous HCV (JFH1,2a) vaccinia virus,the recombinant adenovirus-based vaccine was capable of eliciting effective levels of cross-protection. These findings have im- portant implications for the study of HCV immune protection and the future development of a novel vaccine.

ObjectiveTo investigate the anatomical changes and dose variation of rectum during radiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods Ten patients with cervical cancer underwent intensity-modulated radiotherapy using online cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) before each fraction.Rectum was contoured on each CBCT and projected onto the planning CT to analyze the changes of the rectal volume and position.The rectal volume receiving ≥ 45 Gy ( V45 ) was evaluated accordingly.Results227 CBCT images in 10 patients were collected.The rectal volume changed from ( 35.0 ± 7.3)cm3 to (97.7±14.7) cm3.The shift of rectal center was (0.14 ±0.06) cm in left and right direction,(0.24±0.10) cm in anterior and posterior direction,and (0.55±0.28) cm in superior and inferior direction.The V45 of rectum varied from (9.19±2.46)％ to (60.54 ±11.67)％.In7 of the 10 patients,rectal volume and V45 of the rectum had significant positive correlation (r =0.582 - 0.743,all P ＜ 0.01 ).Among the 227 images,the V45 of rectum was ≤50％ in 68 images (30.0％ ).ConclusionsSignificant changes in rectal volume and position occurred during fractionated radiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer,which resuhs in variations in the dose rectum received.For most patients,rectal volume and the V45of rectum had significant positive correlation.

Objective To investigate bladder anatomical changes and dose variation in patients with cervical cancer.Methods We analyzed 20 patients,undergoing external beam radiotherapy scanning cone beam CT(CBCT)before each fraction.Bladder was contoured on each CBCT,was projected onto the planning CT and assesses anatomical changes and dose variation.Results A total 451 CBCT images,for 20 patients were collected for analysis,show more change in bladder volume and position.In 15 cases bladder volume and V45 had no significant correlation(r=0.225 -0.473,all P>0.05),4 cases shows negative correlation(r=-0.564,P<0.05;r=-0.597,P<0.01;r=-0.942,P<0.01;r=-0.816,P<0.01),1 case shows positive correlation(r=0.662,P<0.01).Have more than the criteria(V45≤50%)number is 64/451(14.2%)in whole treatment.Conclusions For most patients by filling adequacy bladder,bladder dose variation is acceptable:CTV lager for individual patients should be closely observed its regression,implementation of the offline or online calibration.

Objective To investigate the effect of methylguanidine and 1-methylhydantoin on cells cytotoxicity, apoptosis in human renal tubular epithelial cell line (HK-2). Methods Human PTEC cell line HK-2 was used in this study. HK-2 was cultured and divided into 3 groups: Norma1 control group (A), methylguanidine group(B) and 1-methylhydantoin group (C). The cell inhibitory rate of HK-2 was detected by MTT method. The cytotoxicity of methylguanidine to HK-2 was determined by NAG release test. Cell apoptosis was evaluated by using Hoechst stain and FACS with Annexin-V/PI. Results The OD value and NAG concentration of creatinine, methylguanidine and 1-methylhydantoin group were compared with normal control group. OD value decreased and NAG concentration significantly increased(0.188±0.011, 0.176±0.010 vs 0.545±0.021, F＝1557.74, P＜0.01; 20.488±0.473, 22.225±0.565 vs 5.125±0.198, F＝3848.22, P＜0.01). By Hoechst stain, pycnosis and apoptotic body could be found when HK-2 was cultivated in methylguanidine 1-methylhydantoin group. In methylguanidine, 1-methylhydantoin group apoptotic HK-2 apparently increased, compared with that in control group (18.23±1.1581, 20.22±1.1433 vs 2.473±0.321, F＝526.06, P＜0.01). Compared with group B, the OD value in group C decreased significantly (0.176±0.010 vs 0.188±0.011,t＝2.26, P＜0.05), NAG concentration increased significantly (22.225±0.565 vs 20.488±0.473,t＝-6.67, P＜0.01), and apoptotic rate in-creased significantly (20.22±1.1433 vs 18.23±1.1581,t＝-2.762, P＜0.05). Conclusions 1-methylhydantoin has more powerful cytotoxic effect to renal tubular epithelial cells than that of Methylguanidine.

Objective:With proteomic approach,to find the differentially expressed proteins spots in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of healthy people and intracerebral hemorrhage patients with liver yang forming wind syndrome(LYFWS) treated by Zhenganxifeng decoction(ZGXFD) to investigate the possible proteins of LYFWS and the cure mechanism of ZGXFD.Methods: 10 intracerebral hemorrhage patients with LYFWS were treated by ZGXFD for 7-10 days.10 healthy people were selected taken as healthy controls.10ml venous blood was drawed from every subjects and PBMCs were isolated from blood by using lymphocytes separation medium.The total proteins was extracted from PBMCs.The total proteins from either intracerebral hemorrhage patients or healthy controls were prepared by means of immobilized pH gradient based on two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.After Coomassie brilliant blue G250 staining,gel-image analysis was performed by PDQuest.The differentially expressed proteins spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALD I-TOF-MS).Results: Gel-image analysis revealed that there were 22 proteins spots expressed differentially.20 proteins spots were expressed differentially in the intracerebral hemorrhage patients with LYFWS as compared with healthy control,of which 8 proteins were down-regulated,7 proteins were up-regulated and 5 proteins were lost.After treated by ZGXFD,4 proteins were down-regulated,5 proteins were up-regulated and 2 proteins were lost,9 proteins weren’t expressed di erentially as compared with healthy control.8 of 20 di erentially expressed proteins spots in the intracerebral hemorrhage patients with LYFWS identi ed by MALDI-TOF-MS as compared with healthy control.These proteins are related to cell metabolism,signal transduction and so forth,of which 6 proteins were down-regulated,1 proteins were up-regulated and 1 proteins were lost.After treated by ZGXFD,2 proteins were down-regulated,1 proteins were lost,5 proteins weren’t expressed di erentially as compared with healthy control.Conclusion: 2-DE pro les of intracerebral hemorrhage patients with LYFWS in PBMCs had been established.The proteins of intracerebral hemorrhage patients with LYFWS had been identi ed,which were related to cell metabolism,signal transduction and so forth.This research presented that ZGXFD could adjust multiple di erentially expressed proteins of intracerebral hemorrhage patients with LYFWS.It was also indicated that the cure mechanism of ZGXFD was to regulate multitarget proteins.

Objective To explore the variance of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) concentrations in the aged patients after noncardiac surgery and its significance. Methods 101 patients undergoing elective noncardiac surgery were divided into two groups based on the BNP concentrations before surgery: group A: BNP≤100 ng/L，n=61; group B: BNP>100 ng/L，n=40. The BNP concentrations before and after noncardiac surgery and the incidence of cardiac events in both groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference （P>0.05） of BNP concentrations before and after noncardiac surgery in group A, which were (58.2±28.7) ng/L and (53.7±25.9) ng/L respectively, but was significant difference （P<0.05） in group B, which were (147.3±72.1) ng/L and (341.5±92.4) ng/L respectively. There was significant difference （P<0.05） between group A, in which no patient happened cardiac event, and group B, in which 14 patients happened. Conclusion The plasma BNP concentration would be increased significantly in the aged patients with a BNP concentration>100 ng/L before surgery, which may cause more cardiac events.

Objective:To investigate the expression of TIP30 and its relationship with clinico-pathological characteristics in patients with extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ECC).Methods:The expression of TIP30 in 78 cases of ECC tissues and 78 cases of para-cancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive expression rate of TIP30 was 43.59％ and 75.64％ in ECC tissues and para-cancerous tissues,respectively.Differences were statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).The expression levels of TIP30 were not correlated with age,gender,degree of differentiation and tumor size(P＞0.05),but correlated with lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM staging(P＜ 0.05).The median overall survival of 78 ECC cases was 14.8 months,and it of TIP30 positive expression cases was 20.3 months,statistically higher than 11.5 months in TIP30 negative expression cases(P＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The downregulation of TIP30 is closely correlated with the development,metastasis and prognosis of ECC.TIP30 may be used as a molecular marker to identify and predict the progression,metastasis and prognosis of ECC.
