Objective:To investigate the risk factors of preterm premature ruPture of membrane(PPROM) and their pregnancy outcomes.Methods:The clinical data of 95 cases of patients with PPROM admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2013 to July 2016 were collected,which were divided into two groups,observation group(gestational week 28-33 +6 weeks) and control group(gestational week 34-36 +6 weeks).The risk factors of PPROM,delivery method and pregnancy outcomes were analyzed.Results:Genital tract infection was the main risk factor of PPROM(33.68％).of the incidences of cesarean delivery,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal infections and neonatal death in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).The intrauterine infection and puerperal infection rates of observation group of were higher than those of control group,but differences were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions:Reproductive tract infections is the most important risk factor of PPROM.The purpose of active treatment including tocolytic therapy and prevention of infection for the patients with PPROM less than 34 weeks is to prolong the gestational weeks,to reduce the rate of neonatal complication,and to improve the pregnancy outcome.

The paper introduces using MedlineR to carry out data mining from Medline, for observing the gene relation, and using Pajek to realize the visualization of the results. Practice proofs that MedlineR could help researchers come up with assumptions in the field that they are interested in, and get a visual fingerprint. These results are the bases to go to more complex literature data mining and an important supplementary to experimental methods.

In this paper, barcode technique is combined with laboratory information system to improve the degree of automation in laboratory. Barcode stuck to specimen collected, such routine laboratory operations are finished according to barcode as specimen sorting, data transmission, two-way communication of analyzing machine, results verifying, reports inquiring, specimen keeping et al. As the only specimen identification, barcode is used to realize two-way communication between analyzing machine and it, thus laboratory workflow is simplified. The application of barcode technique to clinical laboratory improves work efficiency, result reliability and degree of automation greatly. It is the development direction in laboratory in the future.

In order to understand the vibration regularity and morphologic alteration of vocal folds objectively and directly without invading and disturbing the normal pronunciation, the voice acoustic multilateral analysis was conducted and electroglottograph was defecated for 59 cases of normal voice and 102 cases (136 times) of pathological voice by Dr. Speech software through computer' s multimedia technique. The results showed that except F0 there was no sexual difference in the parameters such as jitter, shimmer, NNE and SDF0; there was obvious difference in the parameters between normal and pathological voice. There was a falling tendency for the parameters between preoperation and postoperation. The Egg curve's variation can well reflect the morphologic alteration of vocal folds in voice diseases, and the abnormal ratio is 83.7 % and obvious lower in postoperation reexamined cases.
