Selected mainly were acupoints in the adjacent areas and along the meridians, assisted by ashi points. Fengmen (BL 12), Geshu (BL 17) and Xuehai (SP 10) were selected for migratory arthralgia;Shenshu (BL 23) and Guanyuan (CV 4) for cold-aggravated arthralgia; Pishu (BL 20), Zusanli (ST 36)and Yinlingquan (SP 9) for damp arthralgia; Dazhui (GV 14) and Quchi (LI 11) for heat-induced arthralgia. Acupuncture in combination with far infra-red radiation was performed.76 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated and 74 cases with herb therapy as control. The result showed that there was statistically significant difference in curative effect between the 2 groups, χ 2=10.18, P＜ 0.01, indicating that the curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Statistics showed that there was no significant difference in curative effect among the 4 syndromic types, namely migratory arthralgia, cold-aggravated arthralgia, damp-induced arthralgia and heat-induced arthralgia. But there was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the above 4 syndromic types and deficiency-type arthralgia, indicating that the curative effect in deficiency-type arthralgia was worst.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy ofacupuncture plus Tuina therapy in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.Methods:One hundred patients with supraspinatus tendinitis were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 50 cases was treated with acupuncture plus Tuina therapy and the control group of 50 cases,with simple acupuncture.Treatment was given once daily,10 times as a course.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses oftreatment.Results:The total efficacy rate was 96.0%in the treatment group and 74.0%in the control group.x2 test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus Tuina therapy is superior to simple acupuncture in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.

Objective:To investigate the effect of miR-26b on the invasion and migration of lung cancer cell and to explore its mechanism.Methods:qPCR was used to detect the expression of miR-26b in lung cancer.Luciferase reporter gene was used to detect interaction between miR-26b and hENT1.Transwell assay was used to detect invasion ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics.Scratch assay was used to detect migration ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics.The expressions of hENT1,ROCK-I and RhoA were detected by Western blot.The changes of cytoskeleton after miR-26b mimics treatment with phalloidin were observed.The effect of miR-26b mimics on the tumor size and volume of lung cancer was determined by subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice.Results:MiR-26b expression was significantly reduced in lung cancer.With the progress of lung cancer,the expression of miR-26b was reduced.With the progress in differentiation of lung cancer,the expression of miR-26b was decreased.Decrease of miR-26b was associated with lung cancer lymph node metastasis.HENT1 was the direct target of miR-26b;miR-26b regulated the invasion and migration ability of human lung carcinoma A549 cells.MiR-26b regulated the expression of hENT1,ROCK-1 and RhoA.After the treatment with miR-26b mimics,the F-actin staining was significantly reduced,whereas the formation of wrinkles and the formation of pseudopodia were significantly reduced.Subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice showed that miR-26b mimics treatment significantly reduced the tumor size and mass.Conclusion:MiR-26b plays a role in tumor suppression in lung cancer.miR-26b can regulate the invasion and migration ability of lung carcinoma A549 cells by targeting hENT1 depending on the RhoA/ROCK-1 pathway.

AIM: To observe the anti-apoptosis effect of liraglutide on the islet through microRNA-375 (miR-375) for providing additional pharmacodynamic evidence for its clinical application.METHODS: For in vivo study, C57BL/KsJ-db/m mice aged 8 weeks served as normal control group.A total of 40 male genetically diabetic C57BL/KsJ-db/db mice at the same age were randomly divided into diabetic control group (the db/db mice were injected subcutaneous-ly with equivalent amount of saline) and liraglutide group (the db/db mice were injected subcutaneously with liraglutide at dose of 300 μg? kg-1? d-1 ).After 8 weeks of administration, body weight (BW) was measured and blood was collected for detection of fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting blood insulin (FINS), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C).Before sacrifice, intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) and insulin tolerance test (ITT) were conducted.The histopathological features in the islet tissue were examined with HE staining.The apoptosis in the islet tissue was detected by TUNEL staining.The protein levels of caspase-3, Bcl-2 and Bax were deter-mined by Western blot.The level of miR-375 in the islet tissue was detected by qPCR.For in vitro study, the MIN-6 cells were cultured and divided into control group (incubated with equivalent amount of solvent), miR-375 mimic group and miR-375 mimic +liraglutide group.The cell viability was examined by MTT assay.The protein levels of caspase-3, Bcl-2
and Bax were detected by Western blot.RESULTS: In the in vivo study, compared with control group, the levels of BW, FBG, FINS, TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased significantly in liraglutide group.The islet apoptosis was reduced by the administration of liraglutide.The expression of Bcl-2 was up-regulated significantly, while the protein levels of caspase-3 and Bax were down-regulated significantly in liraglutide group.The level of miR-375 was decreased significantly.In the in vitro study, the cell viability was decreased in miR-375 mimic group and increased in miR-375 mimic +liraglutide group. Moreover, the expression of Bcl-2 was decreased and the protein levels of caspase-3 and Bax were increased with the incu-bation of miR-375 mimic, while the expression of Bcl-2 was increased and the protein levels of caspase-3 and Bax were de-creased with the co-incubation of miR-375 mimic and liraglutide.CONCLUSION: Liraglutide attenuates islet apotosis, and the mechanism may be associated with its effects of reducing the elevated level of miR-375 in islet tissues.

OBJECTIVE: To prevent false declaration and to improve the efficiency of drug registration.METHODS: Static game model for connecting enterprise with government was established to analyze influence factors of approving false declaration.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The accountability system for enterprise and government is helpful to improve efficiency of drug registration.The accountability system,drug injury compensation system,ADR monitoring and reporting system should be set up.

Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BMSCs) are ideal seed cells for cell therapy,which have been through many long-term studies of in vitro and animal disease model treatment and have been widely used in preventing and treating a variety of clinical diseases caused by aging and other damage,including bone injury and regeneration,neural degenerative and injury,myocardial injury,liver cirrhosis,diabetes,lung disease and so on.BMSCs application in the treatment of orthopaedic disease is the most common and effective.By retrospective literature review,we summarize the BMSCs transplantation application in Orthopaedic disease treatment.As an ideal cell source,BMSCs was first applied in bone tissue engineering,mainly used in the treatment of long bone defect and bone nonunion;Recently,the research trends of clinical BMSCs application turned to treat degenerative diseases and genetic disorders because of its great potential,including osteoarthrits,femoral head necrosis,disc degeneration,spinal cord injury,knee varus,osteogenesis hypoplasia,hypophosphatasia and so on.The safety and efficacy of BMSCs treatment are the key issues in clinical cell therapy.There is no side effects and complications after BMSCs treatment,prove its clinical application is safe.But due to type and degree of disease and individual differences,therapeutic methods including injection method,effective concentrations,treatment window selection,cycle and therapeatic effects have a bigger difference.There is still no uniform of recognized operation standards for the treatment of the same type of disease.So BMSCs transplantation requires effective control during whole medical process and its application in orthopedic diseases is still lack of large-scale multicenter clinical study.Therefore,this review focuses on induction,summary and analysis in the research status of BMSCs in bone disease treatment,and provide new ideas and methods for BMSCs transplantation in orthopaedic disease prevention and treatment.

MicroRNAs are the endogenous non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression by mediating gene post-transcriptional silence.Among them,miR-21,miR-17-92,miR-214,miR-26a,miR-221,miR-222and so on mainly suppress the expression of PTEN phosphohydrolase through targeting PTEN mRNA 3'-UTR.PTEN plays an important role in cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration and invasion,and its low expression will induce tumorigenesis.

The minimally invasive approach is the direction of cardiac surgery.With the development of telemanipulation and computer technology,the minimally robotic surgery has become reality.As the one of the most minimally invasive cardiac surgery,the robotic surgical system provides cardiac surgeons with less invasive manner and dexterity manipulation.Robotic cardiac surgery is an evolutionary process and has resulted in a substantial increased attention to surgeons and patients.This review is to introduce the recent clinical application of robotic technology in cardiac surgery.
