The study is aimed to provide the theoretical basis for exploiting and utilization of salt-alkaline soil and cultivating Belamcanda chinensis. In this study, we exerted exogenous substances SNP, Spd to relieve the damage of the mixing salt-alkaline stress on B. chinensis seedling which is NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 four kinds of salt molar ratio of 9: 1: 9: 1, salt concentration of 100 mmol x L(-1). The result illustrated that high pH stress is a major factor caused the salt-alkaline stress, the interaction between time and the concentration of each, treatment was observed, what is more, there are synergies between the salt and alkali stress. The content of B. chinensis seedling leaves' membrane peroxidation index (MDA, O2-*) and metabolites (soluble protein, soluble sugars, organic acids) are showing an upward trend in varying degrees under 100 mmol x L(-1) salt-alkaline stress. It is effective to reduce the content of MDA and O2-*. and improve the levels of metabolites, in which the SNP (0.05 mmol x L(-1)) and Spd (0.5 mmol x L(-1)) to alleviate damage effects is the best. Therefore we can hold the conclusion that SNP and Spd can effectively mitigate the damage of B. chinensis seedling on salt-alkaline stress, improve the resistance ability of B. chinensis seedling which can provide the scientific basis for the utilization of salt-alkaline soil, and the cultivation of B. chinensis.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yaotongning Capsule in acute lumbar muscle fiber inflammation (cold damp stagnation syndrome). Methods: A randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled multicenter and clinical trial was performed. The 144 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 72 cases in the treatment group treated with Yaotongning Capsule and 72 cases in the control group treated with placebo, 14 d as a course of treatment. Results: After one course of treatment, there was significant difference in the curative rate between treatment group and control group. According to FAS analysis, the ratio of control/effective cases and total cases (effective rate) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.001). According to PPS analysis, the effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P < 0.001). The pain relief of FAS and PPS in the treatment group also surpasses that in the control group (P < 0.001). And the differences both had statistical significance. Among 144 patients, the adverse events were found in three cases with the incidence of 2.10%. All of the adverse events were found in the control group and there were no remarkable adverse event and side effect in the treatment group. The incidence rate of adverse event in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group (P = 0.245). Conclusion: Yaotongning Capsule for lumbar muscle fiber inflammation has reliable efficacy, safety, and less incident of adverse effects.

Objective To compare the effects of limited fluid resuscitation and aggressive fluid resuscitation in treatment of uncontrolled hemorrhagic traumatic shock,and to improve the cure rate.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with hemorrhagic traumatic shock on the basis of outpatient registration number of single and double were divided into limited fluid resuscitation group(limited group,56 cases) and aggressive fluid resuscitation group (positive group,64 cases),respectively.The preoperative blood lactic acid,base excess,prothrombin time,hemoglobin was compared and the preoperative infusion and the number of patients with death was recorded.Results The preoperative infusion in limited group was significantly less than that in positive group [(1 050 ± 212) ml vs.(2 120 ± 186) ml],the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).The mortality rate in limited group was significantly lower than that in positive group [12.50％(7/56) vs.28.12％(18/64)],the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).The preoperative blood lactic acid,base excess,prothrombin time in limited group were significantly lower than those in positive group [(3.31 ± 0.29) mmol/L vs.(5.78 ± 0.15) mmol/L,(5.42 ± 1.13) mmol/L vs.(9.86 ± 1.21) mmol/L,(11.7 ± 1.9) s vs.(18.1 ± 1.7) s],and the hemoglobin in limited group was significantly higher than that in positive group [(96 ± 18) g/L vs.(83 ± 20) g/L],the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.01).Conclusions If hemorrhage is not controlled,early limited fluid resuscitation can maintain blood perfusion of vital organs,alleviate acidosis,reduce mortality and creat good conditions for advanced treatment.Limited fluid resuscitation is superior to aggressive fluid resuscitation in operative intervention for patients with uncomtrolled hemorrhagic traumatic shock.

Objective:To understand the present situation of the grassroots medical personnel satisfaction during the implementation of new health care reform , and compared with the survey of 2011 , to further analysis the main factors of affecting the job satisfaction .Methods:Conducted a questionnaire survey to 326 employees of basic medi-cal institutions of Weifang city , Dongying city and Yantai city in Shandong Province , and study with the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis .Results:The number of satisfied with the current basic medical work only is 5.2%, and the overall satisfaction rate is 38.04%.The overall satisfaction to compensation rate is 31.3%. The overall satisfaction to the relationship between doctors and patients is 36 .19%.The overall satisfaction to the hospital management system and performance appraisal is respectively 44 .17%and 40 .79%.Conclusions:Com-pared with the investigation results in 2011 , the overall satisfaction of the grassroots medical personnel has im-proved, but the overall satisfaction is not high .It puts forward constructive countermeasures: strengthen grass -roots hospital ability and talent building;strengthen the policy stability;improve the grassroots personnel′s reasona-ble salary;improve the occupation environment;protect the doctors′interests.

There is endothelial hyperpermeability in sepsis,trauma,ischaemia-reperfusion injury,acute respiratory distress syndrome and thrombosis,while an important mechanism underlying this process is increased paracellular leakage of plasma fluid and protein because of cytoskeleton contration under the role of histamine, thrombin,vascular endothelial growth factor and activated neutrophil. Structural changes initiate with agonist-re-ceptor binding,followed by activation of intracellular signalling molecules,then phosphorylate alter the hyperme-ability of cell-cell adhesion. Targeting key signalling molecules that mediate endothelial-junction-cytoskeleton dissociation demonstrates a therapeutic potential to improve vascular barrier function during inflammatory injury.

Objective:To understand the present situation of the grass-roots hospital patient satisfaction and influence factors after the implementation of new health care reform, and to put forward the rationalization proposals of improving degree of satisfaction. Methods:Conducted a questionnaire survey to 310 Grassroots hospital patients in Shandong province, and make data statistics and analysis. Results:After the implementation of new health care reform, satisfaction degree of medical services is relatively high in the mass, but there are also some problems. Through the investigation and analysis, the factors influencing patients satisfaction mainly include medical treatment cost, The doctor's technical level, the doctor's service attitude, diagnosis and treatment effect, The cost perform-ance of paying the medical costs and getting medical service price, The situation of meeting the work -up with medical equipment. Conclusion:From the perspective of new health care reform, the ascension of hospital patient satisfaction need to improve the level of basic hospital's medical technology, improve the medical service attitude, strengthen the management and control of medical expenses, and strengthen the government's financial investment.

Aim To study the effect of Curcumin on the apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells (HSC), and the correlation between the effect and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor ?(PPAR?) signal.Methods The HSC was isolated from normal SD rats through in situ perfusion of liver with protease E and density-gradient centrifugation with Nycodenz.The subcultured cells were treated with corresponding compounds. Cell apoptosis was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining. PPAR? subcellular distribution was detected by immunofluorescent staining. Total RNA, total protein and nuclear protein were extracted respectively, target gene and protein levels were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR or Western blot.Results There was nearly no apoptosis in activated HSC. Curcumin treatment induced the apoptosis of HSC, enhancing PPAR? nuclear translocation/redistribution.At the transcription and translation level,curcumin upregulated nuclear PPAR? expression, inhibited anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 expression, and promoted pro-apoptotic Bax expression; but all these effects could be reversed by PPAR? antagonist GW9662.Conclusions Curcumin induces HSC apoptosis by enhancing PPAR? expression and nuclear translocation/redistribution.

Objective To study the relation between the effect of Curcumin on the proliferation and activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSC)and the expression of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor?(PPAR?).Methods The rat HSC was isolated from SD rats through in situ perfusion of liver with Pronase E and density-gradient centrifugation with Nycodenz.The subcultured cells were treated with corresponding compound.The inhibition effect on HSC proliferation was determined by MTT colorimetry.The total RNA was extracted by TRizol reagent,and the gene expression level of PPAR? and smooth muscle actin (?-SMA)were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The total cellular proteins were extracted and separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,and the protein level of ?-SMA was determined by Western blotting.Results The MTT analysis results showed that Curcumin inhibited HSC proliferation between 10 and 50 ?mol/L in a dose-dependent manner.In the Day 1,4,7 of primary HSC and passaged HSC,the expression of PPAR? mRNA decreased with HSC activation extent;Curcumin could up-regulate the expression level of PPAR?.Curcumin suppressed the expression of ?-SMA not only at the gene level but also at the translation level.But all these effects of Curcumin on HSC could be blocked by the PPAR? specific antagonist GW9662.Conclusion The effect of Curcumin on HSC cell proliferation and activation is through the up-regulation of PPAR? signal.
