1.Study on Clinical Influencing Factors of Serum Concentration of Digoxin
China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE:To analyze clinical influencing factors and monitoring results of serum concentration of digoxin (SDC) to provide reference for rational use of drug. METHODS: 137 medical records were collected and analyzed statistically with multiple regression analysis in order to study the relationship of SDC with influencing factors. RESULTS: SDC was significantly affected by dosage, height, body weight, free fat body weight, body surface area, creatinining clearance rate, serum creatinine (P
2.CT findings of desmoplastic small round cell tumor occurred in abdomen and pelvis
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the CT features of desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT)occurred in abdomen and pelvis. Methods The CT images of 4 patients with pathologically proven DSRCT occurred in abdomen and pelvis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The CT features common to the 4 DSRCT in abdomen and pelvis were as follows:the lobulated soft-tissue masses were very large;the masses often involved omental and serosal surfaces of abdomen and pelvis organ and had close relationship to the surrounding organs;the originating site of the tumors were not apparent;intratumoral hemorrhage or necrosis were often present;and contrast-enhanced CT scan showed mild to medium heterogeneous enhancement. Conclusion The CT features of DSRCT in abdomen and pelvis are rather specific and can provide helpful information to the clinical diagnosis.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(11):1488-1490
Objective To compare the differences of salivary alpha(α) amylase (sAA) activity and its activity ratio from the sali‐va before and after citric acid stimulation and approach the correlations among sAA activity determined by the methods of iodine‐starch ,Bernfeld and EPS‐G7 velocity respectively .Methods Ten saliva samples were collected from five healthy volunteers before and after citric acid stimulation .Their activities were determined three times by the three methods ,and the variation coefficient (CV) of sAA activity and activity ratio were calculated .Moreover ,correlation among sAA activities determined by the three meth‐ods were analyzed .Results The significant differences (P< 0 .05) were found in sAA activity and total CV from three determined methods ,and sAA activity and total CV by the method of EPS‐G7 velocity were minimum .There were no significant differences (P> 0 .05) in sAA activities ratio and its CV ;Significant correlation was found between sAA activity determined by random two of three methods(P < 0 .05) ,and their correlation coefficients were above 0 .96 .Conclusion The sAA activity data determined by three methods could be transformed each other by regression equation ,and determined precision by the method of EPS‐G7 velocity is highest ,and data processing method of sAA activity ratio could decrease differences among CV from three methods .
4.Retrospective Study on Clinical and Imaging Features of Foot-Yangming Meridian-muscle Syndrome of Knee Osteoarthritis
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;33(5):658-661
Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging features of Foot-Yangming meridian-muscle syndrome of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) so as to promote the normalization and standardization of the meridian-muscle therapies. Methods A total of 31 KOA cases (involving 31 knees) of Foot-Yangming meridian-muscle syndrome were included into the study group , and 31 healthy volunteers (involving 31 knees) served as the control group. A retrospective research of patellofemoral relationship was carried out based on the clinical and imaging features. Results The differences of Insall index and patella index between the study group and control group were insignificant(P> 0 . 05), but the differences of patellofemoral index , patellofemoral congruence angle, and external patellar angle between the study group and control group were significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The patellofemoral relationship disorder is one of main lesions in Foot-Yangming meridian-muscle syndrome of KOA.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2014;32(6):584-587
OBJECTIVEThis study aims to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the chronic oral mucosal disease questionnaire (COMDQ).
METHODSUsing translation, back-translation, quality evaluation, cross-cultural adaptation, and pre-assessment, a Chinese version of the COMDQ was drafted. A 26-item instrument which comprised of four domains: pain and functional limitation, medications and side effects, social and emotional aspects, and patient support was designed and tested. This questionnaire was given to patients who visited our clinic. After the patients accomplished the questionnaires, we analyzed the collected data to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.
RESULTSA total of 130 patients were enrolled in our study. All the COMDQ questionnaires were completely filled out. The Chinese version of the COMDQ showed the following psychometric properties: Cronbach's alpha of 0.914, split-half reliability of 0.809, and correlation of 0.697. Factor analysis of construct validity demonstrated that the 26 items were classified into four domains, and the cumulative proportion was 67.62%. Thus, the scale had certain logical relation between the items in the same domains.
CONCLUSIONThe Chinese version of the COMDQ demonstrate good reliability and validity by rigorous psychometric properties. It can be widely used to test the oral health-related quality of life of patients with oral mucosal diseases.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To know the pollution situation by microcystin MC in Tai Lake in Wuxi. Methods The MC content in 12 water samples and 28 fish samples in the Tai Lake were determined by ELISA. Results The positive rates of MC in water samples and fish samples were 100%. The mean content of MC in water samples was higher in July 9 874.8 pg/ml than in November 142.8 pg/ml. The mean content of MC in the livers was 27.84 ng/g, in the muscle it was 3.97 ng/g. Conclusion The Tai Lake has been contaminated by microcystin and it can be detected in the fish living in the lake.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objectives To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment uterine leiomyoma using radiofrequency ablation. Methods From September 2004 to March 2005, 30 patients of uterine leiomyoma were treated using radiofrequency ablation under B ultrasonic scouting; the diameter of uterine leiomyoma was 1.5~4.8cm. Results The 30 patients were callback after the operation 3~6 months; the curative effect rate was 100%, including cure rate 50%, obvious effect rate 33.3%, and efficient effect rate 16.7%. Conclusion The radiofrequency ablation is a simple, safe, effective and economic technique with tiny hurt and remains the functions of uterine on the therapy of uterine leiomyoma.

9.The effect of bamboo shoots extract compound on the treatment of hemorrhagic anemia
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2008;0(10):-
Objective To observe of therapeutic effect of bamboo shoots extract compound on the treatment of hemorrhagic anemia.Method The glucose, total protein, amino acids, trace and macro elements in bamboo shoots extract were determined.Through the performance of angular vein bloodletting,a hemorrhagic anemia rat model was set up.Two therapy groups received the intragastric administration of compound Ⅰ(0.15% iron porphyrin and 10% honey) and compound Ⅱ(70% bamboo shoots extract,0.15% iron porphyrin and 10% honey),respectively. And the control group only received the de-ionized water of the same dose. The blood samples, collected via tail vein in 0,18,42,67 and 90h after the administration, were detected for hemoglobin, red blood cell and hematocrit. And the acute toxicity test was also conducted.Result Compound Ⅱ,which contained the Bamboo shoots extract that was rich in glucose, amino acids, amino, and trace and macro elements, had a better efficacy in treating hemorrhagic anemia of rats than the Compound Ⅰ.And the result of acute toxicity was normal. Conclusion Bamboo shoots extract compound could promote the recovery of hemorrhagic anemia.
