Objective]To explore the clinical value of the theories in the seven papers of Yunqi.[Method] Analysing the usage of the correlation theories of Yunqi in Cases of Well-known Physicians and its sequel, consulting the commentaries and application of many well-known physicians, this paper summarizes some theories which are applicable to clinic.[Result]In the seven papers of Yunqi, the theory of avoidance of harm by restraining excess and the theory about the inconformity of pulse and disease can exclude false symptoms and infer real pathogenesis.19 questions about pathogenesis can be a reference of clinical diagnosis. The theory of South-North can be used to exclude the impact of climate on the pulse and assist diagnosis. Rationally using the theory of Suiyun contributes to infer etiology and establish therapy.[Conclusion]Cases of Well-known Physicians and its sequel reflect the application and exertion of the theories of Yunqi by ancient physicians. They help to understand the theoretical system and instruct clinical application. In addition to the theory of Suiyun, the seven papers of Yunqi also include a lot of theories which are applicable to clinic.

Objective To define whether correlation exists between the enlargement of lateral ventricles and motor development delay. Methods Motor development was assessed with Peabody Developmental Motor Scale (PDMS) in 28 children with cerebral palsy. Correlation between computerized tomography (CT) findings of enlargement of lateral ventricles (ventricle index, body index, width index and frontal horn index) and motor quotients of PDMS(GMQ,FMQ and TMQ) was analyzed. Results Width index was correlated with all three motor quotients (GMQ,FMQ and TMQ)( P

Based on the demand of nasal drug delivery high drug loadings, using the unique phase transfer of solute, integrating the phospholipid complex preparation and submicron emulsion molding process of Scutellariae Radix extract, the study obtained the preparation of the high drug loadings submicron emulsion of Scutellariae Radix extract. In the study of drug solution dispersion method, the uniformity of drug dispersed as the evaluation index, the traditional mixing method, grinding, homogenate and solute phase transfer technology were investigated, and the solute phase transfer technology was adopted in the last. With the adoption of new technology, the drug loading capacity reached 1.33% (phospholipid complex was 4%). The drug loading capacity was improved significantly. The transfer of solute method and timing were studied as follows, join the oil phase when the volume of phospholipid complex anhydrous ethanol solution remaining 30%, the solute phase transfer was completed with the continued recycling of anhydrous ethanol. After drug dissolved away to oil phase, the preparation technology of colostrum was determined with the evaluation index of emulsion droplet form. The particle size of submicron emulsion, PDI and stability parameters were used as evaluation index, orthogonal methodology were adopted to optimize the submicron emulsion ingredient and main influential factors of high pressure homogenization technology. The optimized preparation technology of Scutellariae Radix extract nasal submicron emulsion is practical and stable.

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of acupuncture point injection for fine motor functions in children with cerebral palsy.Methods57 children with cerebral palsy were treated by acupuncture point injection combined with occupational therapy. The efficacy was evaluated by the Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor (PDMS-FM).ResultsThe fine motor quotient (FMQ) of 34 children (59.7%) elevated. The raw scores of grasping subtest (Gr) elevated in 45 children (78.9%) and the raw scores of visual-motor integration (VI) elevated in 53 children (93.0%).ConclusionThe efficacy of acupuncture point injection combined with occupational therapy is significant in children with cerebral palsy.

Objective To develop the ribavirin purity certified reference material( CRM ) which has measurement traceability and high accuracy, and establish an effective method of evaluation. Methods The homogeneity and the stability were checked by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and DSC methods were used for purity determination of ribavirin. Results Ribavirin showed satisfactory homogeneity and stability. The certified value of ribavirin was 99. 5%with an uncertainty of 0. 4%(k=2,P=0. 95). Conclusion Ribavirin purity CRM obtained in this paper has been proven to be a national primary CRM with high accuracy and traceability, which can be used to validate analytical methods, improve the accuracy of measurement data, establish meteorological traceability of analytical results as well as control the quality of ribavirin in the pharmaceutical industry.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(53):8585-8590
BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that tibial plateau posterolateral fractures can be treated by posterolateral knee approach, however, there is no clear anatomical research to deeply evaluate and analyze this approach. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of posterolateral knee inverted“L”shaped pathway in invloving tibial plateau posterolateral fractures. METHODS:Eight fresh frozen adult corpses, 16 knees side, were al dissected using posterolateral inverted“L”shaped pathway. During the dissection, the exposure range was observed and important parameters of anatomical structure were measured. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The pathway may be ful y exposed to the posterolateral aspect of tibial plateau and posterior cruciate ligament tibial insertions. The operations completed by out team did not create any obvious interference to superior tibiofibular joint, fibular head and posterolateral corner structure. The exposed mean length of common peroneal nerve in incision was 56.48 mm, with a mean angle of 14.7° tilt towards the axis of the fibula. The mean distance between the neck of the fibular and fibular head tip was 31.26 mm, an average of 42.18 mm to the joint line. The mean distance between the opening of the interosseous membrane and the articular surface was 48.78 mm. The divergence of the fibular artery from the posterior tibial artery was an average of 76.46 mm from articular surface. These results confirm that posterolateral inverted“L”shaped pathway met the requirements of anatomical reduction and buttress fixation for posterolateral tibial plateau fracture. Exposure of the common peroneal nerve can be minimized or even avoided by modifying the skin incision. Because the popliteal artery branches anterior tibial artery passed through interosseous membrane hole and peroneal artery and then separated from the posterior tibial artery, pathways dissection to distal deep area should be carried out careful y. Placement of a posterior buttressing plate carries a high vascular risk if the plate is implanted beneath these vessels.

BACKGROUND:There are many researches on the finite element analysis of total hip arthroplasty, but the biomechanical distribution after hip surface replacement is little reported.OBJECTIVE: To analyze the biomechanical characteristics after hip surface replacement based on three- dimensional finite element analysis.METHODS: The three-dimensional finite element model after metal-to-metal hip surface replacement was established. The load of 350 N paralleling to the gravity line was loaded on the acetabulum. The stress distribution of the prosthesis and femur and the stress of the different regions of the femoral head were observed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The stress value of the acetabular cup was significantly higher than that of the acetabular body ((0.63± 0.34) vs. (1.89±0.67) MPa, P < 0.05). (2) The stress was concentrated on the femoral neck. The femoral head and femoral neck junction appeared with stress occlusion. The stress around the femoral prosthesis stem was (158.24±28.79) MPa, and the stress value of the femoral prosthesis stem was (186.46±22.37) MPa, showing no significant difference (P > 0.05). (3) The stress value showed significant difference among femoral head regions (P <0.05), and the stress of the regions 6 and 8 was significantly higher than that of the other regions (P < 0.05). (4) These results show that after metal-to-metal hip surface replacement, femoral neck stress is concentrated, the stress of the femoral prosthesis is occluded, and the stress at the medial femoral neck as well as the junction of femoral neck prosthesis and bone is larger.
