To improve the management level of patients' information of schistosomiasis control stations in Nanchang City,the B/S three-layer architecture and ASP+SQL technology were applied to formulate the WEB-based management system of chronic schistosomiasis patients' information,so as to achieve the information sharing of chronic schistosomiasis among schistosomiasis control stations.

Although the key role of External Quality Assessment schemes ( EQAS ) in the standardization/harmonization process has been clear from the start, it has never been totally implemented, mainly due to the lack of commutable materials, the difficulty target values and acceptable range.EQAS may also improve standardization/harmonization by proposing rules for the post-examination phase.Improvements in standardization and harmonization will really be able to work under the joint efforts of stakeholders.

The right internal quality control rules are really important for improving the quality of patient results report in clinical laboratory.In order to look for faster and simpler tools that will help laboratories select the right internal quality con-trol rules for their own applications,recently Westgard introduced a newer tool “Westgard Sigma Rules”which is quicker and easier to use than previous tools.And it is very easy to figure out the right internal quality control rules by using West-gard Sigma Rules.This article introduced the characteristics and usage of original Westgard Rules and sigma metrics graph, and focusing on the application methods and practices of Westgard Sigma Rules which is the combination of original West-gard Rules and sigma metrics graph.Once the sigma quality of the tests and methods in laboratories are calculated,the West-gard Sigma Rules diagram can make it easy to select the right control rules and the right number of control measurements.

Quality indicators (QIs)in laboratory medicine can measure how well a clinical laboratory meets the needs and re-quirements of users and the quality of all operational processes.The identification of reliable QIs is a crucial step in enabling users to quantify the quality of laboratory services.Different QIs and terminologies are currently used and,therefore,there is the need to harmonize proposed QIs.A model of quality indicators has been consensually developed by a group of clinical la-boratories according to a project launched by a working group of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and La-boratory Medicine.The model includes 57 QIs related to key processes (35 pre-,7 intra-and 15 post-examination phases)and 3 to support processes.The developed a model of quality indicators and the data collected provide evidence of the feasibility of the project to harmonize currently available QIs,but further efforts should be done to involve more clinical laboratories and to collect a more consistent amount of data.

Objective To investigate the relation of synovial anti-citrullinated epitope peptide(CCP)expression and peptidyl arginine deiminase 4 (PADI4)gene in the rheumatoid arthritis patient.Methods From February 2013 to 2015 in Dongfeng General Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University,selected 110 patients with rheumatoid arthritis as the observation group, and selected 110 healthy people at the same period in this hospital for medical examination as the control group,both groups were given the synovial CCP expression positive rate and PADI4 gene expression detecting and correlation analysis.Results The synovial anti-CCP expression positive rates in the observation group and the control group were 70.9% and 9.1% re-spectively,and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The PADI4-104 genotype expression frequency compared between the observation group and control group,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).The G/G expression was more in the observation group,while the control group was more wit the C/G expres-sion.Pearson correlation analysis showed that in the observation group,synovial CCP positive expression were significant correlated to the expression of genotype PADI4-104 (r=0.344,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed PADI4-104 genotype frequency were the main factors for the synovial CCP epitope expression (P<0.05).Conclusion The rheumatoid arthritis was more with synovial anti-CCP positive expression.There were also PADI4 polymorphism disorder expression, and clear correlation between the two.Thus impact the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis.

FISH technology has become a routine technique in many clinical laboratories.It can be used for the examination of genetic aberrations that are too small to visualize by conventional cytogenetic assays,but too large to detect by standard DNA sequencing.Today,FISH applications are used not only in medical genetics,but also in many other disciplines including neuroscience,evolutionary biology,microbiology,pathology,toxicology,and reproductive genetics.As FISH technology keep developing,the requirement of the results of FISH is increasingly high.This paper described the quality management for FISH detailedly,aimed at improving the accuracy and reliability of the result of FISH,satisfying the requirements of clini-cians and patients and improving the healthcare quality and outcome of patients,hoping for providing some references for la-boratories who develop FISH technology.

?AIM:To compare the curative effect of conjoint fascial sheath( CSF) suspension and levator muscle resection for moderate or severe congenital ptosis.?METHODS: Forty - three patients ( 74 eyes ) with moderate or severe ptosis were treated by CSF suspension or levator muscle resection randomly, and followed up for 6mo. The normalization rates of the two operations were then compared by statistical method, and the complications of the two operations were analyzed.?RESULTS: The two operations appeared no significant difference on the normalization rate for moderate congenital ptosis (P>0. 05), while the normalization rate of CSF suspension on severe congenital ptosis was significantly higher than that of levator muscle resection (P<0. 05). Less complication was happened in the CSF suspension group than in the levator muscle resection group.?CONCLUSION:CSF suspension is more effective on the treatment of severe congenital ptosis than levator muscle resection, and has advantages such as less trauma, repeatable, and less complication.

The study on mycoflora in bottled purified d rinking water was carried out.91 Samples of products were colleted from 59 bottl ing factories in Fujian Province and were examined and identified.461 Strains of fungi were isolated from 58(63 74%)different samples.Fungi imperfecti was the e umycetes isolated most frequently.These fungi were not closely related to the ae robic bacterial count and coliform of the studied waters but was clearly associa ted with the packaging of the products.The result confirmed that the cross conta minations on the process of post-purification were the main source of fungi in the final products.

Objective To investigate the impact on ovarian reserve function by different hemostasis methods during laparoscopic surgery in treatment of ovarian endometrioma.Methods From September 2008 to February 2010,162 cases with ovarian endometrioma undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Shandong Provincial Hospital were enrolled in this study.At the 3rd day of the menstrual cycle before surgery and the 1 st,3rd,6th and 12th cycle after surgery,serum FSH and anti-mullerian hormone(AMH) and ultrasound basal antral follicle count (AFC) and peak systolic velocity (PSV) were examined and compared.Based on hemostasis method,those patients were divided into 3 groups,including 54 cases in bipolar hemostasis,54 cases in ultrasonic scalpel hemostasis and suture after excision of endometrioma.Results (1) Before surgery:no significant different factors among three groups before surgery were observed,including age,size of endometrioma,the level of FSH,AMH,AFC,PSV (P ＞ 0.05).(2) Ovarian reserve function after surgery:①FSH:at the 1st,3rd,6th and 12th month follow-up,the FSH in the bipolar group was (11.7 ±4.0),(9.9 ± 4.0),(9.5 ± 4.3),(9.5 ± 3.9) U/L,and the FSH in ultrasonic scalpel group was (11.4 ±4.3),(9.7 ± 4.0),(9.2 ± 3.7),(9.9 ± 4.6) U/L,were significantly higher than (9.3 ± 3.8),(6.7 ±3.0),(6.5 ± 3.2),(6.4 ± 2.2) U/L in suture group respectively (all P ＜ 0.05).()AMH:at the 1 st,3rd,6th and 12th month follow-up,the AMH in the bipolar group was (1.8 ±0.9),(1.8 ± 1.0),(1.9 ±1.0),(2.0 ± 1.0) μg/L,and the AMH in the ultrasonic scalpel group was (1.6 ±± 0.8),(1.8 ± 1.0),(2.0 ± 1.1),(2.1 ± 1.0) μg/L,which were significantly lower than (2.8 ± 1.7),(2.9 ± 1.6),(3.0 ±1.3),(3.2 ± 1.5) μg/L in suture group,respectively (all P ＜ 0.05).③AFC:there was no significant difference of APC among the three groups in the 1st month after surgery.However,at the 3rd,6th and 12th month follow-up,the AFC of 4.8 ± 1.4,5.9 ± 1.5,6.1 ± 1.5 in the suture group was significant higher than 3.7 ± 1.4,4.1 ± 1.4,4.0 ± 1.5 in bipolar group and 3.6 ± 1.3,4.0 ± 1.1,3.9 ± 1.5 in ultrasonic group,respectively (all P ＜ 0.05).④PSV:at the 1 st,3rd,6th and 12th month follow-up,the PSV of the bipolar group(7.9 ±3.5),(8.1 ±3.3),(8.4 ±3.1),(8.6±3.0) cm/s in bipolar group and (8.1 ±3.5),(8.0 ± 3.0),(7.9 ± 3.2),(8.0 ± 2.9) cm/s in ultrasonic group were significant lower than (10.9 ± 3.3),(12.0 ± 3.2),(11.8 ± 3.0),(12.1 ± 4.1) cm/s in suture group,respectively.(allP＜0.05).Conclusions Bipolar or ultrasonic scalpel hemostasis during laparoscopic excision of ovarian endometrioma is associated with a significant reduction in ovarian reserve.Electrocoagulation of the ovarian tissue should be avoided.
