Objective To increase the knowledge of traumatic abdominal symptom. Methods The clinical datas of 3 cases undergoing traumatic abdominal hernia were retrospectirely reviewed including.Male 2 cases and female 1 case. The average age was 34 years old.3 cases were impacted by carpentry car or with a intumescent tumor painly. Results The 3 patients were operated with return intestingal canal hernioplasty, the splanchnic organ in abdomiral cavity weren't injured. Conclusion The illness is caused by great straight passiration injmy and caused abdominal inferior mriscles contract and dilacerate.Because this illness usually has the atrium injured, active opertion not only can avoid the abdominal lesion, but also can do the return intestinal canal herniolasty.

Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is the most frequent cause of glomerular disease in children,it can deve-lop many complications, including infection, thrombosis and acute kidney injury, while acute adrenocortical suppression is a complication of some drugs administration. This review focuses on the pathophysiology and management of common complications in patients with NS.

Objective Mongolian gerbil can make themself urine concentration for saving water and adapt to the harsh desert environment, due to their very unique moisture control system in the body. Methods Mongolian gerbil is resistant to drought on account of their special kidney. Histology of the kidney, ureter and bladder in Meriones Unguiculataus were observed by light microscopy using HE staining. Results The results showed that compared with rats and mice, the Mongolian gerbils have more developed distal tubules, and well developed inner renal medulla. Conclusions We hope that the findings of this study enrich our understanding of the histology of urinary system in Mongolian gerbils and provide support for the laboratory animalization of this animal.

The informatization of traditional Chinese medicine resources is the basis of modern medicine. With a spatial attribute traditional Chinese medicine resources could be carried out for in-depth spatial analysis, data mining and traditional Chinese medicine resources regional industrial layout. In this paper, we took the data of Glycyrrhiza uralensis in the third national Chinese medicine resources survey as the experimental data, described the principles and structure of traditional Chinese medicine resources spatial information database. We also described the establishment of analysis model with the help of this spatial database.

Objective To investigate the application of respiratory navigator echo triggered black blood contrast FSE in cardiac MRI. Methods The respiratory navigator echo trigger technique combining with black blood FSE (NAV-FSE) was tested on 11 volunteers and 5 patients in free breathing, using breath-hold FSE (BH-FSE) with the same imaging protocals as control. The imaging efficiency and the image sharpness were compared between NAV-FSE and BH-FSE and t-test was used for the statistics. Results All NAV-FSE acquisitions were completed in sixteen subjects while 4 BH-FSE acquisitions failed because of poor breath holding. The efficiencies of NAV-FSE were (42. 95±11.50)%, (56. 14±11.40)% and (55.25± 14. 70)% when echo train length (ETL) were 24, 16 and 8, respectively. When ETL were 16 and 24, the sharpness of NAV-FSE ( 0. 43±0. 02 vs 0. 36±0. 02 ) and BH-FSE ( 0. 36±0. 03 vs 0. 35±0. 02 ) were statistically different (t =4. 26, 5. 53 ,respectively; P <0. 05). NAV-FSE could have a shorter ETL setting without consideration of breath holding. Conclusion The navigator echo trigger technique could be compatible with black blood contrast FSE to image the heart without the restriction of breath holding and it allows to optimize the parameters to improve the image quality.

Objective To study the effect of Busui Jiannao Prescription on ethology, GSH content and GSH-PX activity in brain of PD model rats. Methods Forty-five the aging pure C57BL rats were divided into a negative injury group, a model group, and a Chinese medicine group. PD animal model were established by injection with MPTP and were treated with Busui Jiannao Prescription by intragastric administration. Score changes of PD model rats in the test of pole-climbing and suspending were observed. GSH content and GSH-PX activity were further measured. Results After treating with Busui Jiannao Prescription, the test scores in pole-climbing and suspending were improved, GSH content and GSH-PX activity in substantia nigra were increased. Conclusion Busui Jiannao Prescription can regulate the behavior coordination and repair the damage of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of PD model rats.

Objective To investigate the effect of heat treatment on the proliferation of, melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity in cultured normal human melanocytes. Methods Normal human foreskin tissue was obtained by sterile circumcision and melanocytes were harvested by using methods for epidermal cell culture. Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) was utilized as the primary mitogen to establish the culture system of normal human epidermal melanocytes. Masson-Fontana staining was proformed to identify melanocytes.Third-passage melanocytes were treated with hyperthermia at various temperatures (39 ℃, 41 ℃, 42 ℃, 43 ℃ and 45℃) for 1 hour a day for consecutive 3 days followed by the measurement of cell viability with MTT assay. The hyperthermia at optimized temperature was used to treat fourth-passage melanocytes for 1 hour a day for consecutive 3 days; subsequently, the tyrosinase activity were detected with L-Dopa as the substrate, and melanin content was determined in heat-treated and untreated (control) melanocytes. Results The hyperthermia at 42 ℃ exhibited the strongest promotive effect on the proliferation of melanocytes among these 5 hyperthermia conditions. After treatment with hyperthermia at 42 ℃ for 1 hour a day for consecutive 3 days, melanocytes showed an increment in tyrosinase activity by 36.4% and melanin synthesis by 78% compared with the untreated melanocytes (both P<0.05). Conclusions Heat treatment can enhance the proliferation of cultured human melanocytes, promote their melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity.
