2.A prevalence survey and analysis of attitude on science researchers in a university
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(10):-
Objective:We had analyzed the attitude of science researchers in a university to promote the development of science cause in the university. Method:We had made a prevalence survey through a questionnaire. Results:Some researchers join in science cause to acquire some profits, they often change their research orientation and they aren’t willing to cooperate with each other. Conclusion:We must initiate a kind of spirit of which advantageous to collaborate, insisting, struggling and seeking the truth of science.
3.How to Increase the Clinical Education Quality of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
For the particularity of obstetrics and gynecology disease and conventional idea of the people, clinical education of obstetrics and gynecology is very difficult. How to increase the clinical education quality of obstetrics and gynecology and how to increase the clinical'ability of medical students have become an important problem in teaching obstetrics and gynecology. In this article,we have discussed the problems and countermeasures in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
5.Lysyal oxidase propeptide and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(9):646-648
Lysyal oxidase (LOX),a cooper dependent monoamine oxidase, can stabilize the extracellular matrix and is closely related to the tumor cell differentiation, vicious transformation and invasiveness.LOX is secreted into extracellular, and it is resolved into a small fragment by sol protease, which is lysyal oxidase propeptide (LOX-PP).According to research,LOX-PP has its own structure and physiological functions, which can inhibit the growth of tumor cells.LOX-PP also plays a significant role in the generation and progression of tumor, which is likely to be a new therapeutic target.
6.Application of double-lableling technique between in situ hybridization with cRNA probe and immunohistochemistry
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(11):1447-1448
Objective To explore the double-labeling method of in 9itu hybridization(ISH) with cRNA probe and immunohistochemistry in the paraffin sections of the skin. Methods The double-standard coexistence signals by situ hybridization and immunohis- tochemistry in 15 cases with acne and folliculitis were observed. Results The blue-violet positive signals of ISH could be observed in the hair follicle epithelium, sebaceous glands and ducts of paraffin section of skin.Meanwhile, the brown dendritic positive signal also could be seen in the sebaceous glands. Conclusions The use of in situ hybridization with digoxin-labeled cRNA probe combined with immunohistochemistry could locate microbial component and epidermal cells on skin paraffin section exactly.
7.The research progress of the relationship between fetuin-A and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(1):156-158
Fetuin A is a kind of glycoprotein that is synthesized and secreted by the liver. It is a natural inhibitor of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase, which is involved in the formation of insulin resistance. It is closely related to the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. This paper reviews the related research on effect of fetuin A in the occurrence and development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
8.Clinical Observation of Rebamipide Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer with Bleeding
China Pharmacy 2017;28(6):766-769
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of rebamipide triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer with bleeding. METHODS:130 patients with gastric ulcer with bleeding were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and obser-vation group(65 cases). Control group received Omeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg,orally, twice a day+Aluminum magne-sium carbonate tablet 500 mg,orally, once a day;observation group was additionally received Rebamipide tablet 0.1 g,orally,3 times a day. They were treated for 12 weeks. Clinical efficacy, remission time of belching, abdominal pain,bloating,hematemesis/hematochezia,clinical symptom score before and after treatment, rebleeding and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group, remission time of symptoms and signs were significantly shorter than control group, the incidence of rebleeding was significantly lower than con-trol group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the clinical symptom score (P>0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Rebamipide triple therapy shows obvious short-term efficacy in the treat-ment of gastric ulcer with bleeding, which can effectively improve patients'gastrointestinal symptoms, reduce rebleeding risk, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
9.Effects of Kinesio Taping on Spasticity of Upper Limbs after Stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(9):1045-1048
Objective To observe the effects of Kinesio taping on upper limb spasticity after stroke. Methods From March to Novem-ber, 2015, 39 stroke patients were divided into Kinesio taping group (Kinesio taping and rehabilitation, n=13), white taping group (white tap-ing and rehabilitation, n=13) and blank group (rehabilitation, n=13) randomly. They were evaluated with modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) of upper limbs and the modified Barthel Index (MBI) before treatment, four and eight weeks after treat-ment. Results There was no significant difference among the three groups in the scores of FMA and MBI (P>0.05) four weeks after treat-ment, but the score of MAS improved more in the Kinesio taping group than in the other two groups (P<0.05). The scores of MAS, FMA and MBI all improved more in the Kinesio taping group than in the other two groups (P<0.05) eight weeks after treatment. Conclusion The application of Kinesio taping can relieve upper limb spasticity, and improve motor function and activities of daily living for patients with stroke.
10.Exploration of functional experiment evaluation system to cultivate practical medical talents
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(1):5-8
Functional experiment plays an important role in basic theory and clinical practice. For training high-quality medical talents in medical colleges, many improvements have been made in the functional experiment teaching and certain effects have been obtained. But a comprehensive evalu-ation system was still needed. Clinical medical students of 2010 grade were taken as the appraisal objects. Assessment content, methods and standards were designed according to the basic requirements of functional experiment. Students were evaluated by ordinary performance, test papers and experiment competition. Practice showed that the system was of significant importance in improving the experi-mental teaching quality and developing students' practical ability and comprehensive quality.
