Objective To discuss the indication and safety of vaginal birth after cesarean .Methods Prospective analysis was clone the 63 cases of successful vaginal delivery from scarred uterus during Jan 2009 to Dec 2012 in this hospital .Results Intensive observation revealed 21 successful cases of vaginal delivery without occurrence of uterus rupture or neonatal suffocation .Postpartum hemorrhage occurred only once .Conclusion Vaginal birth after cesarean is safe as long as its indication is strictly controlled .

Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) has been proved to be an effective psychological treatment method for depression,especially for mild-to-moderate depression,however,due to the influence of various factors,its application in patients with depression is limited.Studies abroad have confirmed self-help intervention based on CBT has good effects on patients with depression.By reviewing efficacy of self-help interventions based on CBT on depression,it can be known that most of the literatures support that self-help interventions based on CBT has good effects on depression.Related researches abroad have been more mature,but few similar studies have been conducted in our country.So self-help CBT for depression has broad prospects in our country,which can play an important role in the prevention and therapy of depression,alleviating the shortage of medical resources,and reducing the patients' medical expenses,etc.Based on bibliotherapy (a major form of self-help interventions based on CBT),future studies need to learn from foreign practice to expand the audience to the clinic,community and non-clinical patients,in order to provide advice for interventions for depression in China.

Objective To investigate the correlation between hemorrhage in transurethral resection of prostate ( TURP) and cystospasm and psychonosema of the patients with hyperplasia of prostate. Methods All clinic data of 322 patients with hyperplasia of prostate who have had TURP from 2009 to 2013 were reviewed. These patients were divided into four groups according to the volume of hemorrhage( H):H<400 mL, 400≤H<600 mL, 600≤H<800 mL, H≥800 mL. The quantity of cystospasm and psychonosema was measured by three catego-ries:no symptom, light symptom without treatment, severe symptom with treatment. The differences of the four groups were compared through statistical methods. Results The incidence rates of cystopasm and severity degree of psychonosema were increased with the raise of hemorrhage . Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the incidence rates of cystopasm and psychonosema and the volume of hem-orrhage in the patients with hyperplasia of prostate who have had TURP.

Objective To study arterial distribution of rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap and to evaluate whether it can be divided into several units for reconstruction. Methods The arteries of the rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap were studied on 60 sides of cadavers by dissection and angiography. Results The superior epigastric artery (SEA) and the inferior epigastric artery (IEA) continued in a longitudinal direction. Most of their branches took on a typical spiral configuration and communicated with each other within muscle above the level of umbilicus. Many perforating arteries penetrated through the anterior rectus sheath to get to the overlying skin, but the highest concentration of major perforators were in the paraumbilical area. The inferior epigastric artery was more significant than superior epigastric artery in supplying the skin of the musculocutaneous flap. Based on thefstudies of the vascular anatomy of muscles, we could classify arterial distribution into 3 types: type Ⅰ (SEA 26.5 %, IEA 34.6%) revealed a single main intramuscular artery: type Ⅱ (SEA 64.7 %, IEA 48.1%) had two major intramuscular branches; type Ⅲ (SEA 8.8%, IEA 17.3 %) revealed three intramuscular branches. Our anatomic studies showed that the superior and inferior epigastric artery bifurcated or divided into more than two main branches in the majority of cases (SEA 73.5%, IEA 65.4%). Conclusion The rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap could often be divided into several regions for breast construction which is based on the distribution of each branch of the artery.

Methods Multiple linear regression was used to study peak gradient, balloon-anulus ratio (BAR), pulmonary orifice area and time of inflation before and after PBPV. One hundred and thirty-eight patients (age between 6 months and 28 years old, mean 8.34?0.81). T test was used to study the diameter and thickness of the right ventricle (RV), and Rv 1 of ECG before and during the follow-up. Objective To provide the scientific foundation for the rational antibiotic therapy.Methods The wild type (10 strains)and hyper-inducible type(5 strains)of trial strains,which were chosen in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from June 2003 to June 2004,were screened by ceftazidime,and then AmpC ?-lactamase activity was detected.Three dimensional test was used to detect phenotype mutation ,and the mutation rate was calculated.Results None of AmpC ?-lactamase activity was detected in the wild type of Serratia marcescans、Cloaca Enterobacter and hyper-inducible type Serratia marcescans.For the hyper-inducible type Cloaca Enterobacter,there was marked difference compared with the AmpC ?-lactamase activity induced by the 2 MIC ceftazidime for that of MIC and 1/2 MIC(P

AIM: To established a method for determinating emodin and berberine hydrochloride in Wangshi baochi (Pills Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Coptidis,etc.) by HPLC. METHODS : The separation was performed on Lichrospher C_ 18 column,using methanol-0.1% H_3PO_4(90∶10) and acetonitrile-0.05mol?L -1 KH_2PO_4 (35∶65) as mobile phase,respectively. The detection wavelength was at 290nm and 345nm,respectively. The flow rate was at 1.0mL?min -1 ,the column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS : The linear range of emodin was in the range of 0.1966～0.9830 ?g,r =0.9997, the average recovery was 98.81% and RSD was 1.41%,respectively. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.1644～0.8220 ?g,r =0.9996,the average recovery was 98.47% and RSD was 2.08%. CONCLUSION : This method is rapid,sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Wangshi baochi Pills.

Objective To investigate the effect of multiple treatments on cystospasm after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP). Methods From 2006 to 2013, 663 patients who had received TURP for BPH were civided into 6 groups:2 were treated by kieselgel or lac-toprene urethral catheter,defined as catheter observe group. 2 were treated by warmed or ordinary temperature douche,defined as temperature observe group. 2 were treated by dicaine mixed or normal douche,defined as mixed douche observe group. The incidence rates and duration of cystospasm and visual analogue scores of pain were observed and the diversities were measured by statistics within each pair groups. Results The incidence rates and duration of cystospasm and visual analogue scores of pain of groups treated by kieselgel urethral catheter,warmed douche and dicaine mixed douche were obviously lower than the groups treated by lactoprene urethral catheter,ordinary temperature douche and normal douche. The kieselgel urethral catheter and warmed douche decreasing the irritation on mucous membrane of bladder,the dicaine decreasing the sensibility of bladder nerves may be the mechanism. Conclusion The incidence rates and duration of cystospasm and visual analogue scores of pain can be obviously decreased by treatments of kieselgel urethral catheter,warmed douche and dicaine mixed douche.

Objective To investigate the effect of indwelling double-J ureteral stents before flexible ureteroscope lithotrity in terms of operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and operation effect. Methods All clinical data of flexible ureteroscope lithotrity from 2009 to 2013 were reviewed. Operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and recurrence rate of calculus of patients who received operation directly and patients who received indwelling of double-J ureteral stents 2 weeks before operation were observed and compared. Results Op-eration time, postoperative hospitalization time, and recurrence rate of calculus of patients who received indwelling of double-J ureteral stents 2 weeks before receiving operation were obviously lower than patients who received operation directly. Conclusion Operation time, postoper-ative hospitalization time and recurrence rate of calculus can be decreased by indwelling double-J ureteral stents 2 weeks before operation.
