With an improved method, this paper first describes the polytene chromosomes from the salivary gland of Anopheles liangshanensis. The schematic diagram of the polytene chromosomes was mapped. The salivary gland chromosomes, which were examined by over 600 sample slides, consist of six arms and the sex chromosome has a short arm.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Recipe (WHLR) containing serum on the expression of cathepsin L (CatL) in puromycin aminonucleoside-induced injury of mouse glomerular podocytes.
METHODSMouse podocyte cells (MPCs) in vitro cultured were divided into the normal control group, the model group, the dexamethasone (DEX) group, 10% WHLR containing serum group, 20% WHLR containing serum group, the vehicle serum control group. MPCs in the normal control group were cultured at 37 degrees C culture solution for 24 h. 45 mg/L puromycin was acted on MPCs in the model group for 24 h. On the basis of puromycin intervention, 1 limol/L DEX was co-incubated in MPCs of the DEX group for 24 h; 10% or 20% WHLR containing serum was co-incubated in MPCs of the 10% WHLR containing serum group and 20% WHLR containing serum group for 24 h. The vehicle serum control group was also set up by incubating with WHLR containing serum alone for 24 h. The expression of CatL and its substrate Synaptopodin in podocytes were detected by cell immunofluorescence staining. FITC-conjugated phalloidin was used to stain F-actin. A cortical F-actin score index (CFS index) was designed to quantify the degree of cytoskeletal reorganization in cultured podocytes.
RESULTSCompared with the normal control group, the expression of synaptopodin significantly decreased and the expression of CatL significantly-increased in the model group. F-actin arranged in disorder, gradually forming pericellular F-actin ring. CFS index was obviously elevated (P < 0.01). Compared with the model group, the epression of synaptopodin increased, the expression of CatL decreased, and CFS index also decreased in the DEX group, 10% WHLR containing serum group, and 20% WHLR containing serum group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Compared with the DEX group, the expression of synaptopodin decreased in 10% WHLR containing serum group, CFS index also decreased in 20% WHLR containing serum group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSWHLR could up-regulate the expression of synaptopodin, down-regulate the expression of CatL, and alleviate cytoskeletal reorganization of F-actin. It was helpful to stabilize the cytoskeleton of F-actin and improve the merging of podocytes.

3.Effect of combination Oxymatrine with 5-FU inhibited proliferation in SGC-7901 human gastric cancer cells and its mechanism
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(12):1781-1784,1789
Objective:To study the synergy inhibition effects of Oxymatrine combine with 5-FU on proliferation and apoptosis of SGC7901 human gastric cancer cells and its mechanism. Methods:SGC7901 cells were treated by different concentrations of Oxymatrine with or without 10. 0 mg/L 5-FU for 24,48 and 72 h. The cells proliferative vitality was detected by MTT assay, and the ap-optosis of SGC7901 cells was detected by HOECHST stain. Immunohistochemistry was applied to examine the protein expression of VEGF. The transcriptions of VEGF mRNA were distinguished by RT-PCR technique. Results:Compared with control group, middle dose and high dose concentration of Oxymatrine groups, and groups of its combined with 5-FU can inhibit the proliferation and induced the apoptosis of SGC7901 cancer cells. Compared with 5-FU group, the inhibition rate and apoptosis rate were significantly increased in groups of Oxymatrine combined with 5-FU. The mRNA and protein expression of VEGF were significantly decreased in groups of Oxymatrine and it combined with 5-FU. Conclusion:Synergy inhibition effects of Oxymatrine combine with 5-FU on proliferation and apoptosis of SGC7901 human gastric cancer cells were found, which may be related to strengthen the effects of Oxymatrine of inhibiting angiogenesis relate with down-regulating the expression of VEGF.

Chinese Health Economics 2014;(2):56-59
In next several decades, medical costs are going to increase significantly with the obvious increase of ageing population. The development trend of medical cost was predicted on the basis of over-cost growth model. The over-cost growth and the influencing factors of population and economics were first used to construct the time series model, then Monte Carlo approach was used in random simulation and finally the prediction result of medical cost in China was received.

Hepatic cavernous hemangioma is the most common benign tumor of liver.Hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy is one of the commonly used treatment methods, but more and more related complications and sequelae have been reported recently, including obstructive jaundice caused by damaged biliary tract.Because the symptoms are not typical, obstructive jaundice might be misdiagnosed as malignant biliary tumor, which brought troubles to subsequent treatment. In this article, the clinical data of 2 patients with obstructive jaundice following transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization for hepatic cavernous hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed, and the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease was summarized.

The growing trend of childhood obesity has attracted much attention globally.Overweight and obesity are not only popular in developed countries, but have spread to developing countries.China has entered an overall epidemic stage of childhood obesity.Studies have shown that obesity does not only impairs children's health, but also leads to health hazards in adult stage.Diabetes, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases may take place sooner or the incidence may become higher. The causes of obesity include genetic, early life events, physical activity patterns, diet and social psychological factors. This article reviews the current epi-demic status and the influencing factors of childhood obesity worldwide.
