Objective To investigate the correlation between moderate hypoxia and tumor invasiveness in colon carcinoma cell line HT‐29 and detect the expression of NF‐κB protein in nucleus and activities of MMP‐2/9 ,so as to explore its latent mecha‐nism of malignant transformation .Methods The moderate hypoxia model was established according to the pressure of O2 of tumor in vivo .After different period in moderate hypoxia ,activities of MMP‐2/9 secreted by HT‐29 cells were measured by gelatin zymog‐raphy ,NF‐κB levels in nucleus were assessed by Western blot after extraction of nucleic protein .Results MMP‐2/9 activities under moderate hypoxia gradually up‐regulated in 12 h and reached the peak at 24 h .The expression of NF‐κB protein in nucleus was simi‐lar to that of MMP‐2/9 .Conclusion Moderate hypoxia could induce malignant phenotype in HT‐29 cells through up‐regulating MMP‐2/9 activities ,in which NF‐κB may involve in this progression .

Objective To screen and identify protein interacted with enterovirus 71 (EV71)3A protein by means of T7-phage display system.Methods The prokaryotic expression vector of 3A protein was constructed for expressing and purifying 3A pro-tein.With 3A protein as the target protein,the T7-phage display system was adopted to screen the human hepatocyte cDNA library. The screened products were performed the DNA sequence analysis and the homologous research.Results 3A protein was expressed and purified,after 4 rounds of biopanning,37 positive clones were selected.The inserted fragments were amplified by PCR using specific T7 primer.The products were sequenced,2 proteins were identified to interact with 3A protein by homologous analysis. Conclusion Trough the T7 phage display system,two proteins interacted with 3A are obtained.The possible function of 3A protein can be speculated by researching the function of these two proteins,which lays the foundation for the further studying the pathogen-ic mechanism of EV71.

Objective To explore the sub-health and TCM physical constitution of stroke patients’families.Method Four hundred and twelve family members of stroke patients hospitalized during September 2001 to May 2013 were involved in the survey by filling out TCM physical constitution scale(TCMPC)and the sub-health self-rating scale(SSS)for the purpose of investigating the sub-health and conditions of TCM physical constitution.Results Of all the patients,189 were in sub-health,accounting for 45.87%. There were 7 main clinical symptoms related to sub-health,including poor sleep,less activeness,proneness to upsets and irritation, memory loss,depression,tension in interpersonal relations and appetite loss,with the incidences ranging from 64.55%to 48.15%. In TCM,51.85%of the family members were balanced in physical constitution,10.58%of them had Yang-deficiency constitution, 14.29%of them had Yin-deficiency,23.28%of them other kind of constitution.Conclusions The family members of stroke patients have a high rate of sub-health.The members in sub-health hold a balanced constitution,Yang-deficiency or Yin deficiency.In order to eliminate their sub-health,improving the quality of care for patients with stroke,we should guide the families of stroke patients to develop good living habits,strengthen the TCM mental nursing,help them to establish a good social support system.

Objective To probe into the nursing experience of reasonable cooperation between op-eration room nurses and anesthesiologists. Methods Strengthening preoperative propaganda and psy-chological education,paying attention to the temperature and humidity in operation room,assisting the anesthesiologists to arrange patients'body position,giving cooperation of infusion and transfusion,actively involving in rescue work.Results Surgery patients got good care,anesthesia and surgery went along smoothly. Conclusions Smooth coordination between operation room nurses and anesthesiologists has great significance on the smooth going and satisfactory results of operation.

In February 2008 the Xiamen Municipal Government reorganized the health service in Xiamen City to create a"Xiamen Model"for community health service.The community health service centers were divided into two parts:the public health service was directly undertaken by the loal government,and the medical service was affiliated to one of the tertiary hospitals.Both were financed by govemment budget,but operated separately.A recent survey showed that the "Xiamen model" promoted the vertical integration of Xiamen medical resources.increased the service efficiency,reduced the medical and drug cost,and improved the satisfaction of local residents.Nevertheless,there were still some problems;the tertiary hospital should change its service pattern and enhance general practice in the community,the finance compensating mechanism need to be improved.

Objective To investigate the effects of somatostatin(SST)or vasoaetive intestinal peptide (VIP)on the expression of MAdCAM-1 in the intestinal muecosa of rats with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS)and its significance of prevention and treatment of MODS.Method Thirty six Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(6 rats in each group),including control group,VIP group 1 and SST group1 (rats treated with VIP and SST respectively),MODS group(rats with MODS),VIP group 2 and SST group 2(NODS rats treated with VIP and SST respectively).The rat model of MODS(system inflammatory response syndrome,＞2 or-gans dysfunction)was established by occlusion of superior mesenteric arteries.0.2 ρmol·g-1 h -11 VIP or SST by intravenous injection combined with 0.25 ρmol/g VIP or SST by intraperitoneal injection were injected into rats.In each group,intestinal lymphocytes from rats labeled with 51 Cr were infused into rat veins and were quantified with γcounter in GALT.The expression of MAdCAM-1 in the intestinal mucosa was measured by western blot.Inflam-mation in the intestinal mucosa was evaluated with histological sections.Student's t test was used to assess differ-ence between the experiment group and the control group.Results In VIP group l and SST group 1,the peak values of MAdCAM-1 expression in diffusive lymphatic tissue of small intestinal were 157.67±2.52 and 154.33±3.22.and those in Peyer patches were 136.00±1.00 and 137.00±1.00.There were no significant difference when compared with control group(165.33±1.53,152.67±2.31,P＞0.05).The percentage of 51 Cr-lympho-cytes in diffusive lymphatic tissue of small intestine(1.04%±0.59%,1.01%±0.83%)showed no significant difference from control group(1.07%±0.61%,P＞0.05),and those in Peyer patches(1.83%±0.90%,1.56%±0.64%)were significantly less than control group(3.85%±2.02%,P＜0.05).In VIP group 2 and SST group 2,the peak values of MAdCAM-1 expression in diffusive lymphatic tissue of small intestinal(158.00±2.65,154.33±1.53)and Peyer patches(156.33±1.53.151.33±2.31)were significantly less than MODS group(175.33±2.52,173.00±2.65,P＜0.05).The percentage of 51 Cr-lymphocytes in diffusive lymphafic tissue of small intestine(1.58%±0.42%,1.45%±0.26%)and Peyer patches(2.14%±1.49%,0.81%±0.35%)were significantly less than MODS group(3.23%±1.69%,5.04%±1.23%,P＜0.05)and the se-vere histopathological danlage in intestine was relieved.Conclusions VIP or SST reduced intestinal lymphoeytes homing to GALT in rats with MODS through suppressing the expression of MAdCAM-1,and attenuated the inflam-matory injure in the intestinal mucosa.

As the techruque of molecular biology developed, the research of aplastic anemia turns to the cytogenetical level. Scientists focused on irwestigating the relationship between the mutation of gene or chromosome and the curative effect of aplastic anemia.The results show that abnormality of particular chrromosome or gene will cause different outcome . On the other hand, the first line therapy of aplastic anemia is still IST or HSCT according to the different situation.The antibody special for T cell is still in studying, and the effect shows well .Through the typing diagnosis consummated, the treating method developed, the survival rate of the patient with apLastic anemia will be advanced.

Objective:To analyze Bufei Huo Xue Tang combined with Western medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) and its effect on airway inflammation reduction and lung function improvement. Methods: 100 patients with stable COPD in our department from February 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into combination group and control group. The control group received conventional oxygen,salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation powder(1 absorption /times,2 times /day) and expectorant treatment. Combination group were based on the addition of lungs Bufei Huo Xue Tang with a course of 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and α1-AT and IL-8 levels in two groups of patients were compared. Results:The cough,sputum,difficulty breathing, wheezing,wheezing symptom score in the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . FVC,FEV1 and FEV1 /FVC in the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0. 05).α1-AT and NO in the combination group was significantly higher after treatment. IL-8 and TNF-α was significantly lower than the control group(P<0. 05). BODE scores in the combined group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Bufei Huoxue soup combined with Western medicine for COPD can inhibit inflammation,improve clinical symptoms,lung function and quality of life.

BACKGROUND:An electronic moxibustion apparatus that simulates the mechanism of traditional moxibustion therapy is designed and developed to overcome shortcomings of traditional moxibustion therapy, such as non-standardized treatment, limited body position, and production ofsmokeandashduring the treatment.
OBJECTIVE:To develop a kind of electronic moxibustion apparatus which simulates the traditional moxibustion therapy and has obtained the patent so as to industrialize and modernize moxibustion therapy.
METHODS:Bio-waves launched from far infrared materials are beneficial to the human body. An electronic moxibustion apparatus including time temperature control er and moxibustion head was developed, and the closed loop control technique was used to precisely control the temperature and time. Thermal radiation infrared spectrum that moxibustion head generated could simulate the emission spectrum of moxibustion in combination with wormwood oil coating or drug interval, thereby achieving the therapeutic effect similar to traditional moxibustion.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The prototype of DZWJY-1 electronic moxibustion instrument has been developed and its safety and electromagnetic compatibility have been detected in Shanghai Testing&Inspection Institute for Medical Devices, China. Relevant clinical trials are ongoing to verify the efficacy. Preliminary clinical evidence shows that the electronic moxibustion apparatus has the same therapeutic effect to the traditional moxibustion therapy, which realizes the safety and environmental protection of moxibustion therapy and provides objective, standardized and modernized evidence for moxibustion therapy
