Objective To investigate the efficacy of oxaliplatin plus S-1 versus the XELOX(oxaliplatin + capecitabine) program in the adjuvant chemotherapy in the patients with postoperative gastric cancer .Methods A total of 81 cases with postoperative gas-tric cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group .The treatment group (41 cases) received the chemotherapy of oxaliplatin +S-1 ,while control group was given the chemotherapy of XEOLX program .Results The 1-year and 2-year recurrence-free survival (RFS) of the treatment group and the control group were 51 .3% vs .61 .5% ,25 .6% vs .20 .5% ,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P=0 .361 ,P=0 .591) .The 1-year and 2-year overall survival period of the treatment group and the control group were 64 .1% vs .69 .2% ,30 .8% vs .25 .6% ,respectively ,there were also no sta-tistically significant differences between two groups(P=0 .631 ,P=0 .615) .The mainly adverse reactions of the two groups were myelosuppression ,gastrointestinal reactions ,hand-foot syndrome ,mucositis ,peripheral nerve toxicity ,hepatic and renal function damage .The occurrence rate of hand-foot syndrome in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group (P=0 .001) ,the adverse reactions were improved after symptomatic treatment .Conclusion Oxaliplatin plus S-1 and oxaliplatin plus capecitabine are therapeutic equivalence and well tolerated in the patients with postoperative gastric cancer .

With the further researches on the immune mechanisms in tumor, more and more scholars notice the phenomenon that radiation activates the immunity, and find that radiotherapy causes immunity suppression is one-sided.Although body's anti-tumor immunity can be enhanced by radiotherapy,in clinical,we observe that patients who receive radiotherapy cannot avoid tumor recurrence and metastasis.Researches show that tumor microenvironment makes the immune checkpoint pathway abnormally activated. Therefore, the combination of radiotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor can change the tumor microenvironment, and can improve the therapeutic effect.

In the East, Probably one of the most commonly performed esthetic operation is the piercing of the earlobes for earring. the complication of this procedure includes infection, the formation of the hypertrophic scar or keloid, and tearing. Keloid formation is one of the disaterous common complications of the ear piercing. the patients regard the keloid as a cosmetic blemish and they complain that they cannot wear earrings. We have experienced 5 patients of earlobe keloid complicated from piercing of the earlobes. We used intralestional steroid njection, in conjunction with surgical excision and pressure therapy for treatment of the keloid. Among various techniques for reconstructing a piercing, we chose modified Pardue's method for artificial earlobe cleft after wide excision of the keloid. the result was good and satisfactory without any complication after 4 to 24 months of follow-up. the purpose of this paper is to present a simple method of treatment of the earlobe keloid with preservation of the perforation for an earring.

The trichofolliculoma is a rare tumor of the hair follicle occuring most often on the head and neck. We have experienced a case of 24-year-old female who had a small, dome-shaped, tan brown firm nodule on the nose. Under the clinical impression of a granuloma, an excisional biopsy of the nodule was done. Microscopically the lesion was composed of a large central cystic hair follicle with many srhall but well differenciated secondary hair follicles branching from the wall. Well developed secondary hair follicles were often grouped and were surrounded by a prominent stroma.

This article was aimed to carry a comparative study on the quality of 16 populations of wild herbs of rare and endangered plant ofPsammosilene tunicoidesin order to provide a basis for its domestication, GAP and selective breeding. Methods for determination of moisture content, total ash and extract content were taken in this comparative study. The results showed that different populations had different moisture content, total ash and extract content. The moisture content and the total ash ofXiang-Shan population were the lowest; and the extract content was the highest. The total ash ofLiu-De population was the highest; and the extract content was the lowest. The moisture content ofShun-Zhou population was the highest. It was concluded that different populations had different quality among 16 populations of wild herbs. Therefore, there was a probability to choose the best population.

Objective To investigate the correlation between apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)value of MR diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)and Ki-67 expression in rectal cancer. Methods The data of 47 patients with rectal cancer confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Pelvic MRI,rectum DWI and enhanced examination were performed preoperatively.According to the Ki-67 index, the patients were divided into A-D four Groups:Group A with Ki-67 <10% (-),Group B with Ki-67 10%-25%(+),Group C with Ki-67 26%-50%(++);and Group D Ki-67 > 50%(+++).ADC values were calculated in each group to analyze the correlation with the Ki-67 expression levels. Results The mean ADC value were (1.280 ± 0.200 )× 10 -3 mm2/s in Group A (13 cases),(1.044±0.046)×10 -3 mm2/s in Group B (14 cases),(0.987 ±0.256)×10 -3 mm2/s in Group C (9 cases), and (0.85 1±0.099)×10 -3 mm2/s in Group D (1 1 cases). The mean ADC values were significantly different in the different groups with different levels of Ki-67 expression (P =0.001).ADC value and Ki-67 expression were moderate negatively correlated (r = -0.577, P=0.000).Conclusion DWI and ADC measurement can evaluate indirectly the cell proliferation and prognosis of rectal tumor to some extent.
