ObjectiveTo clone the full-length cDNA of Microsporum canis membrane protein PQ-loop repeat protein(PQ-LRP) gene,so as to investigate the roles of PQ-LRP in the pathogenesis of tinea capitis.MethodsA Microsporum canis strain(A518) from a patient with tinea capitis served as the experimental strain.Rapid cDNA end amplification(RACE) was performed to clone the full length cDNA sequence of PQLRP gene.Bioinformatics methods were used to make a preliminary functional analysis of the gene. Results The cDNA of PQ-LRP gene was obtained with a full length of 1522 bp,including the 5' untranslated region (49 bp),coding region(1080 bp) and 3' untranslated region(393 bp).The coding region encoded a protein precursor including 359 amino acid residues. The cloned cDNA of PQ-LRP gene shared an 81% nucleotide identity with that of Trichophyton tonsurans and a 79% nucleotide identity with that of Trichophyton rubrum. Conclusions The full-lengthcDNA of Microsporumcanis membraneproteinPQ-LRP gene hasbeen successfully cloned, which will provide an important basis for further researches into the roles of PQ-LRP in Microsporum canis-associated diseases.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(15):2315-2319
BACKGROUND:Both microfracture and osteochondral transplantation are effective tools in the clinical treatment of articular cartilage defects.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the implementation results of microfracture and osteochondral transplantation in the treatment of articular cartilage defects.
METHODS:The clinical data of 50 cases (50 knees) of articular cartilage defects were retrospectively analyzed. There were two groups according to surgical repair methods: autogenous osteochondral transplantation+ microfracture in observation group (n=25), and microfracture in control group (n=25). Patients in the two groups were folowed up for over 24 hours to compare the Hospital for Special Surgery scores, clinical efficacy, adverse effects and complications.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The number of patients whose Hospital for Special Surgery score was > 85 points and 60 to 85 points in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group (P< 0.05), and the total treatment effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (92%vs. 60%,P < 0.05). No complications occurred in both two groups. These findings indicate that osteochondral transplantation has better implementation results in the treatment of articular cartilage defects than microfracture.

OBJECTIVE:To Provide reference for improving teaching levels of New Drug Clinical Research and training for pharmaceutical research talents. METHODS:The experiment teaching in 2013 graduate student of the Fourth Military Medical Uni-versity was taken as a pilot, different teaching methods were introduced in various chapters of New Drug Clinical Research, and ap-praisal system was perfected. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Some appropriate methods are established, for example, conductive teaching,problem-based learning,spot-teaching and bilingual-teaching. The appraisal system including usual performance and re-search proposal is established,it has improved enthusiasm and initiative of students, promoted teaching quality, obtained certain achievements, which provides reference for the training methods on the cultivation of innovative and professional pharmaceutical tal-ents.

OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic effect, adversere reactions and cost-effectiveness between granisetron and ondansetron in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy.METHODS:Using pharmacoeconomic co_st-effectiveness analysis, the relevant therapeutic indices were evaluated.RESULTS:The effective rates of granisetron in preventing nausea and vomiting were 83.6% and 86.8% with an average cost of 210.48 yuans in a therapeutic couse, the cost-ef_fective ratio being 251.77 and 242.37,and those of ondansetron were 72.9% and 83.7% with an average cost of 381.35 yuans, the cost-effective ratio being 523.11 and 456.62.CONCLUSION:Granisetron can effectively prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy, and its cost-effective ratio is superior to that of ondansetron.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(3):385-388
Objective To discuss specific CT signs of primary trachea, bronchus mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Methods A retro-spective analysis was made on CT features, clinical manifestations and relevant pathology materials of 10 cases of trachea, bronchus mucoepidermoid carcinoma that had been proved by pathological examinations. Results (1)Sites:1 case was in the trachea,1 case in the bronchus,3 cases in lobar bronchus,5 cases in segmental bronchus and they were all central types.(2)Form and size:2 cases were lobular,7 cases were oval or round,1 case was irregular. The maximum diameters of the tumor were 10-39 mm (averagely 25 mm).(3)Edge:8 cases had smooth edge,2 cases had rough edge with infiltration of adjacent pulmonary parenchyma.(4)Densi-ty:6 cases with uneven density,3 cases with even density. The density of 4 cases were higher than that of chest wall muscle,4 cases were similar to chest wall muscle and 1 case lower than chest wall muscle.Calcification can be seen in 4 tumors.(5 )Enhancement features:9 cases underwent CT enhancement scanning,8 cases had mild enhancement and 1 case with light enhancement.(6)Pe-ripheral conditions:all cases showed trachea or bronchus stenosis and blocking,5 cases with obstructive pneumonia,2 cases with obstructive atelectasis,3 cases with far-end bronchus obstructive mucous embolism,1 case with obstructive emphysema, there was no evident swelling in mediastinum or hilar lymph nodes,1 case with multiple pulmonary bulla and pneumothorax in the left lung. Conclusion Primary mucoepidermoid carcinoma of trachea and bronchus is mostly central type, low potential malignancy.CT mani-festations are as follows, occurred in the trachea or bronchus, oval or lobulated masses with smooth edge, slight enhancement,gen-erally with calcification, but few showed invasive growth .

OBJECTIVE To explore the effective methods for medical personnel preventing and controlling the infection of HIV after occupational exposure. METHODS The 7 cases contacted the AIDS patients had been analyzed and a set of institutions and monitoring methods were established. RESULTS Because of the emergency measures, the 7 medical personnels hadn′t infected HIV for the 2 follow-up years. CONCLUSIONS To think highly of the safety education of occupational exposure and enhance the monitoring and management of HIV infection can decrease the occupational exposure rate and ensure the occupational safety of medical personnels.
