1.Discussion on Management Approach of Medical Equipment
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
The content, range, mode and method of medical equipment management were explained by associating hospi- tal actuality. The value of scientific management can be directed and improved economic benefit and social effect too, which are an important construction of hospital efficiency.
2.Effect of WeChat on compliance of COPD patients after discharge
Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(5):51-53
Objective To investigate the influence of WeChat on compliance of chronic obstructive drsease(COPD)patients after discharge. Methods Eighty COPD patients were divided into observation group and control group in equal number. The former received health education by WeChat, while the control group regular revisits. The two groups were compared in terms of the compliance in mediation and dieting as well as readmission.Result The rate of compliance in mediation and dieting in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control and the rate of readmission significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education by way of WeChat for COPD patients can enhance their compliance in medication and consolidate the curative effect.
3.Gut-origin sepsis
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2017;24(4):241-244
Gut-origin sepsis is paid more attention recently.Gut has become an important origin of sepsis for its full of bacteria and toxin and the role in immune regulation, which is hidden in infants and young children. We rarely diagnose gut-origin sepsis deliberately in clinic, but just as a source of infection. In this article,we discussed the pathogenesis including some debated problems and progress of treatment by literature review, hope to help clinicians improve the ability to diagnose and treat gut-origin sepsis.
5.Expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1αand transforming growth factor-β1 in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significances
Clinical Medicine of China 2016;32(9):830-833
Objective To examine the expressions of hypoxia inducible factor?1α( HIF?1α) and trans?forming growth factor?β1 ( TGFβ1) in patients with endometrial carcinoma,to investigate their clinical signifi?cances. Methods Fifty?four patients with endometrial carcinoma and 20 patients with normal endometrium were selected in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from2012 to 2015. Expression of HIF?1αand TGF?β1 were detected by immunohistochemical method respectively, the correlations between HIF?1α,TGF?β1 and clinic pathologic characteristics and prognostic significance were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of HIF?1αand TGF?β1 were 59. 26%( 32/54) and 64. 81%( 35/54) in endometrial carcinoma respectively, signifi?cantly higher than of expression of patients with normal endometrium ( 5. 00%( 1/20 ) , 0 ( 0 );χ2 =17. 390, 24. 596;P<0. 01). The expressions of HIF?1α were correlated with FIGO stage(χ2=6. 712,P=0. 010),tumor thrombus in pulse tube(χ2=4. 804,P=0. 036),deep myometrial invasion(χ2=6. 484,P=0. 011),and lymph node metastasis(χ2 = 5. 732, P= 0. 017 ) . The expression of TGF?β1 were correlated with FIGO stage (χ2=4. 878,P=0. 027) ,deep myometrial invasion(χ2=4. 060,P=0. 044) and lymph node metastasis(χ2=5. 211, P=0. 022). Expression of HIF?1αwas positively correlated with expression of TGF?β1(r=0. 705,P=0. 000) . Conclusion Increased expressions of HIF?1αand TGF?β1 are all involved in carcinogenesis, progression and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma, which may be considered as a target in endometrial carcinoma therapy.
6.Advances in diagnosis and mechanisms of septic cardiac dysfunction in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(3):164-167
Septic cardiac dysfunction is very common in children with sever sepsis and septic shock, and the diagnosis mainly depends on echocardiography. In this article, we reviewed the diagnosis of septic cardiac dysfunction and its relation with prognosis.Meanwhile,we showed the hot spot and controversy on potential mechanisms of septic cardiomyopathy.
