2.The effect of perioperative surgical home on anesthesiology teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(9):914-917
The academic orientation determines the development direction of the subject, and also puts forward the corresponding requirements for the professional teaching. The deep development of anes-thesiology, perfect preoperative evaluation, refined management of clinical anesthesia and ultimately improv-ing the prognosis of patients are the total development directions of anesthesiology. Perioperative patient home (PSH) advocates taking patients as the center, dominated by anesthesia, based on evidence-based medicine in the perioperative period, solidarity and cooperation of multiple disciplines, the integration of a variety of medical resources, and providing continuous and efficient medical services for patients. PSH is required to ensure the safety of clinical anesthesia, reduce the incidence of anesthesia mortality and serious
complications, and improve the long-term survival rate and quality of life by improving the clinical work of the department of anesthesia. Practicing PSH, the anesthetic doctors should have the academic idea of the treatment of anesthesia. The concept requires making comprehensive use of a variety of teaching methods, putting emphasis on the training of basic knowledge, and in the teaching of basic knowledge, infiltrating the overall and local thinking and using lecture method in cooperation with the case teaching. To make solid promotion of PSH concept, we should use CBL teaching, strengthening the management of clinical anesthesia, and striving to promote the clinical practice of PSH.

4.Role and perspective of multiple session stereotactic body radiotherapy in the treatment for spine metastatic tumor
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(5):151-155
Spine metastasis stereotactic body radiation therapy delivers conformal high radiation dose to the tumor target, and steep falloff dose gradients protect adjacent normal structures, especially spinal cord. Some studies demonstrated stereotactic body radiation therapy for metastatic tumors of the spine is safe and clinically effective. This technique markedly improved local control with an excellent symptomatic response compared with conventional external beam radiation therapy techniques, and is beginning to change the treatment paradigms for metastatic spine disease both as post-operative adjuvant therapy and primary definitive local treatment. Although the technique is being increasingly used in clinical practice, the optimal fractionation schedule remains uncertain. Based on the research of radiobiologic principles, radiological physics and clinical data, multiple session stereotactic body radiation therapy has some advantage in clinic.

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism in the pregnant women to improve maternal and infant healthy. Methods 47 cases of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism were divided into the treatment group receiving anti-thyroid drug PTU and the non-treatment group, and 30 cases of normal pregnant women served as control. The levels of serum T 3, T 4, TSH, FT 3 and FT 4 were measured before delivery, and the neonatal thyroid functions were evaluated by detecting the levels of T 3,T 4 and TSH of umbilical blood, as well as peripheral blood at 3th, 5th and 7th days after birth. Results The levels of T 3,T 4, TSH,FT 3 and FT 4 in the non-treatment group were significantly higher than those in the treatment group and control group(P
6.The Origin Analysis and Countermeasure Study on Non - profit Organizations Failures
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Just as "the market failures" in business or "the government failures" in government department, the non - profit organizations failures is displaying on kinds of forms. The reason that the non - profit organizations failed includ: seeking profit, the serious insufficiency of the organization funds, the morals out of control, the unscientific achievements evaluation system. The countermeasure settle of non - profit organizations failures include: to establish the information publishing system and the corresponding punishing system, perfecting the organization management system, forming the multiplicated financeing mechanism leading by government, perfecting the moral restraint mechanism which the autonomy and the heteronomy unifies.
7.Effect of Astragalus Membranaceus and Angelica Sinensis on plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 in cultured endothelial cells
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the effect of Astragalus Membranaceus( Ast) and Angelica Sinensis( Ang) on antithrombosis and explore the molecular mechanism. Methods Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 ( PAI-1) expression and activity were selected to observe the antithrombosis effect of Ast and Ang ( 3 and 6 mg/ml) on 0. 5 ng/ml TGF-?1 treated endothelial cells. PAI-1mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR,PAI-1 antigen assay was detected by specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays( ELISA) ,and PAI-1 activity was measured by amidolytical assay. Results Ast and Ang significantly inhibited PAI-1 mRNA expreesion, antigen and activity in endothelial cells. The more powerful effects could be observed when treated by Ast and Ang together. Conclusion The PAI-1 mRNA expression, antigen and activity is inhibited effectively by Ast and Ang,which may be the mechanism of their treatment for antithrombosis.
8.HISTOCHEMICAL STUDIES ON BASIC SUBSTANCES AND ENZYMES CONCERNED WITH ENERGY METABOLISM IN THE ENTERIC PLEXUS OF GUINEA PIG
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
The present study deals with the histochemistry of intramural plexus in stomach, duodenum, ileum, caecum, proximal colon, distal colon and rectum of normal adult guinea pig, including the reaction of Mg~(++)-ATPase, Ca~(++)-ATPase, CCO, SDH, G6PDH, carbohydrate, protein, nucleic acid and lipid in the enteric neurons. The reactions of all the enzymes mentioned above are observed under the light microscope and estimated semiquantitatively, among which, Mg~(++)-ATPase and Ca~(++)-ATPase are measured quantitatively with microphotometer (Leitz MPV II). Both results of light microscope, and microphotometer were analysed statistically. It was found that the above mentioned enzyme activities in the enteric neurons, suggesting that the neurons carry out active metabolism with these concerned enzymes. There were significant differences in some enzyme activities between myenteric plexus and submucous plexus, the former showed higher activity in SDH, while the latter in LDH, G6PDH, and two kinds of ATPase. It is suggested that there are some differences in. the major metabolic manner of carbohydrate, energy metabolism and functional activity between, two plexus. Besides, there were marked difference in enzyme activities among myenteric plexus of different part of digestive tract, the highest activity was showed in duodenum and proximal colon, the lowest was in caecum. These results indicate that enteric neurons differ greatly in functional state, but whether or not the variation of enzyme activities is related with the different types of neurons is unknown.
9.Mechanism for baclofen inhibition on quantal glutamate release in spinal dorsal horn neurons
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim To investigate the inhibition mechanisms of baclofen, a specific GABA B receptor agonist, on quantal glutamate release in the rat spinal dorsal horn neurons. Methods Whole-cell voltage-clamp technique was performed on dorsal horn neurons in rat spinal cord slice to record glutamatergic spontaneous miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents (mEPSCs). Baclofen action on quantal glutamate release was assessed by analyzing the change of mEPESC to baclofen perfusion. Results Baclofen(10 ?mol?L -1,50 s) depressed the frequency, but not amplitude distribution of glutamatergic mEPSCs, indicating baclofen presynaptic depression on glutamate release. The depression on frequency of mEPSCs persisted in Ca 2+-free solution, or in the presence of K + conductance blocker, 4-AP. On the other hand, the depression was occluded by forskolin, an activator of adenylate cyclase, but not protein kinase C (PKC) activator phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (PDBu). N-ethylmaleimide (NEM), a sulphydryl alkylating agent, which destroys G protein, abolished baclofen depression. Conclusion Not presynaptic K +, Ca 2+ conductance or PKC, but G protein and/or cAMP pathway are involved in the baclofen depression on glutamate release in rat spinal dorsal horn;this depression might contribute to the analgesic action of baclofen at spinal level.
