Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(10):1089-1092
Community medical staff construction centered on general practitioner is a basic engineering to improve the quality and enhance the level of basic medical and health service system. The developed western countries have up-to-date experiences in general and further education of community general practitioners.By combining these experiences with China's national conditions, this thesis explored the 'targeted recruitment-employment mode' for general practitioners and discussed the reform in curriculum, teaching content and teaching organization in order to promote the practice base construction and further education after graduation as well as to cultivate all-around talents of high quality who can meet the requirements of the basic-level medical work.
4.Thrombus formation in vivo
Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2009;24(6):401-407
The mechanism of thrombus formation in living vessel wall is complex and involves a combination of blood and vessel wall properties and local flow conditions. The significance, theory and experimental tech-niques of thrombus formation in vivo were comprehensively reviewed.Particularly, the important role of signa-ling pathway and hemodynamic in thrombus formation in vivo was pointed out.The difficulty ic in vivo animal models was analyzed. Some recent new phenomena as welt as new approaches and directions worthy of in-vestigation also were summarized.
5.Research on the humanistic quality education in the development of the feature program of Chinese medicine science from the angle of South-of-Five-Ridges Culture
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Humanistic quality is an important part of the overall quality of university students and has the orientation and direction function for the improvement of the latter.Considering the features of the Chinese Medicine Science, the author attempts to do beneficial research on improving the humanistic education with the characteristics of the local culture by reforming courses, interpreting classical works and focusing on practice in the cultural background of South of Five Ridges. This research has great practical significance for the improvement of the education quality of Chinese Medicine Science.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;34(5):318-320
Zinc is essential for cell proliferation and differentiation, especially for the regulation of DNA synthesis and mitosis. On the molecular level,it is a structural constituent of a great number of proteins including enzymes of cellular signaling pathways and transcription factors.Zinc can modulate cellular signal recognition, second messenger metabolism, protein kinase and protein phosphatase activities. It may stimulate or inhibit activities of transcription factors, and it may as well be used as a second messenger involved in cell signaling regulation.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(42):6782-6786
BACKGROUND:neurons are post-mitotic cels that are difficult to survive. Isolation, purification and culture of spinal motor neurons are technical difficulties of cel culture technology. OBJECTIVE:To establish the culture system of spinal motor neurons from neonatal rats and to identify and determine the purity of spinal cord neurons. METHODS: Ventral spinal cord tissues from neonatal rats were made into cel suspension that was subjected to density gradient centrifugation and differential adherence folowed by purification culture. Then, the cels on cover plates were identified and classified using immunocytochemical double staining method, and the content of cel components was calculated in combination with fluorescent Hoechst nuclear staining. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The cels adhered wel, and the neurons accounted for 85.8%, among which, motor neurons reached 71.6%, astrocytes accounted for 7.8%, cels negative for neurofilament 200 and glial fibrilary acidic protein were 6.4%. These findings indicate that the ventral spinal cord tissues from neonatal rats combined with density gradient centrifugation and differential adherence can develop high-purity spinal motor neurons.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic significance of B-ultrasound and CT in small renal tumor (≤3 cm). Methods The clinical data of 48 patients (29 men and 19 women) with small renal tumor were reviewed.Their mean age was 49 years.Of them,43 cases were asymptomatic, while 2 complained of hematuria,2 of lumbago and 1 of hematuria with lumbago.B-ultrasound, conventional CT,helical CT thin scan and intraoperative frozen section were evaluated. Results Of the 48 cases,36 of renal cell carcinoma (RCC),7 of renal angiomyolipoma (RAML),4 of oncocytic adenoma and 1 of metanephric adenoma were diagnosed by pathology after surgery. The diagnostic accuracy was 75%(36/48) for B-ultrasound,81%(39/48) for conventional CT,91%(20/22) for helical CT thin scan and 95%(19/20) for intraoperative frozen section, respectively. Conclusions Small renal tumor has high incidental rate as well as high benign rate.As the tumor is relatively smaller, it is difficult to differentiate between benign and malignant nature of the tumor by B-ultrasound and conventional CT.Helical CT thin scan and intraoperative frozen section are helpful for accurate diagnosis of the tumor.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the use and effect of subcutaneous flap and tunica vaginalis flap in hypospadias repair and hypospadias fistulas repair. Methods A total of 73 cases of hypospadias and hypospadias fistulas following surgery were included. The new urethras or closed fistulas were wrapped with various types of subcutaneous flaps or tunica vaginalis flaps. In the 45 cases of hypospadias, dorsal dartos flap technique was used in 27,tunica vaginalis flap technique in 3,and adjoining pedicle advance dartos flap technique in 15.In the 28 cases of urethral fistulas, dorsal dartos flap technique was used in 4,X-V skin flap technique in 14,and adjoining U-shaped subcutaneous flap technique in 10. Results All the cases were followed up for 3 to 36 months.Of the 45 cases of hupospadias, fistulas occurred in 3.Of the 28 cases of urethral fistulas, no fistulas occurred. The success rate of operation was 95.9%. Conclusions The use of these techniques can reduce the incidence rate of urethrocutaneous fistulas in hypospadias repair and hypospadias fistulas repair.Based on our experience these techniques are the optimal repair for classical patients with hypospadias and hypospadias fistulas.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(18):-
[Objective]To study the mid-term outcomes about cementless total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with alcoholic osteonecrosis of the femoral head.[Method]From March 1997 to June 2002,41patients(47 hips) was treatmented by cementless total hip arthroplasty, the mid-term (equal to or more than 5 years) results were evaluated both clinically and radiographically.Clinical outcomes were evaluated according to Harris evaluation score. Components migration, bone changes around the implant were measured radiologically. Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed to evaluate the surviving rate of the femoral and acetabulum components. End point was radiographical loosening or revision of the acetabular and femoral component for any reason.[Result]Forty-seven hips in 41 patients were followed up at least 5 years. The mean Harris hip score increased from preoperation(42.4?6.4)points to (91.8?4.4) points at the time of final follow up. No component was loose,No component was revised. The focal area of pelvic osteolysis in 2 hips and small focal area of femoral osteolysis in 6 hips were found. The surviving rate of the femoral and acetabulum components, was 1.0(95% confidence interval,0.98 to 1.00).[Conclusion]The mid-term outcomes about cementless total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with alcoholic necrosis of femoral head had been satisfactory. Because the wear of component, osteolysis can not be avoided, clinical and radiographical follow-up for cementless total hip arthroplasty must be carried out persistently.
