The average cited number of original articles cited by other researchers is 1.70. The cited authors are from 23 provinces and from other countries. Beijing, Hunan, and Guangdong province are in the front of most cited author's areas. The most frequently cited institute was Xiangya School of Medicine at Central South University. There are 115 citing journals.
2.Construction of The National Bio-Sequence Database of Chinese Patent
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(08):-
There were neither available database nor deep investigation on gene patents or patented genes in China before. But the National Bio-Sequence Database of Chinese Patent(NASDAP,http://nasdap.generank.org/),comprising 123 218 patented bio-sequences within 8 563 Chinese patents, has been constructed now.Genes, microarrays, single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),motifs and any other objects of Chinese patent are involved in,and BLAST-based search or motif scan are carried out to navigate these objects, which can serve as an indispensable bioinformatics platform for setting up of research work, tracing of the advancement in patented genes and facilitating the decision of both applicants and assigners of gene patent.Such platform also gives comprehensive consults on drawing intellectual property strategies in the areas of pharmaceutics, diagnostics and agriculture.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2000;0(08):-
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the induction of MxA protein in PBMC treated with various doses of adenovirus type 3(Ad3) and to test the antiviral effect of MxA protein against Ad3 in vitro. Methods:The content of MxA protein in cytoplasm of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells( PBMC) , which were treated with various dose of Ad3 was detected by flow cytometry. The antiviral effect of MxA protein against Ad3 in Hela cells was studied by the microdose cytopathogenic effect inhibition assay. Results: MxA protein that in all the cell groups that were treated with various dose of Ad3 was higher than that of control. 10 ng/ml MxA protein can resist 20TCID50 Aad3. Conclusion: It was suggest that MxA protein that can be induced by Ad3 in PBMC and recombinant MxA can resist Ad3.

International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1193-1195
?AIM:To compare the curative effect of conjoint fascial sheath( CSF) suspension and levator muscle resection for moderate or severe congenital ptosis.?METHODS: Forty - three patients ( 74 eyes ) with moderate or severe ptosis were treated by CSF suspension or levator muscle resection randomly, and followed up for 6mo. The normalization rates of the two operations were then compared by statistical method, and the complications of the two operations were analyzed.?RESULTS: The two operations appeared no significant difference on the normalization rate for moderate congenital ptosis (P>0. 05), while the normalization rate of CSF suspension on severe congenital ptosis was significantly higher than that of levator muscle resection (P<0. 05). Less complication was happened in the CSF suspension group than in the levator muscle resection group.?CONCLUSION:CSF suspension is more effective on the treatment of severe congenital ptosis than levator muscle resection, and has advantages such as less trauma, repeatable, and less complication.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;13(5):433-436
Objective To explore the application of students' evaluations of educational quality questionnaire (SEEQ) and related influencing factors in the teaching effectiveness evaluation of medical faculty. Methods 477 Grade 1-4 five-years medical students in China medical university were investi-gated to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. We used the internal consistency and principal component method to test the reliabihty and validity of the scales. We analyzed different influencing factors of educational quality including different gender, grade, student academic achievement and curriculum type with the t-test and AVONA in the SPSS 19.0 software,P<0.05 was considered statistically. Results The Cronbach's α coefficient of SEEQ was 0.89,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 86.43%,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good.Girls scored higher in the teacher-student relationships domain than boys(P=0.022).Students in the lower grade had lower scores in the dimen-sions of the scales (P<0.05).Clinical courses scored higher in all dimensions of the scales(P<0.05) than basic medical courses.Outstanding students had higher scores in the sense of the learning value,teacher-student relationships, the scope of teacher's knowledge and curriculum management than nor-ma] students(P<0.05).Conclusions It is feasible that SEEQ questionnaire is applied in the teaching evaluation of medical facuhy.Medical faculties should carry out teaching innovation according to the characteristics of different students and course type with the targeted method.

This paper introduced the teaching reform in the integrated course of introduction to clinical medicine in China medical university.According to the capacity and quality in the global minimum essential requirements in medical education (GMER) proposed by the Institute for International Medical Education (IIME),we carried out the teaching reform of ‘early exposure to clinic’ in the integrated course of introduction to clinical medicine based on the theory of competency-based education (CBE) and took capacity-building as the teaching objective. We achieved good teaching effect and appraisal by students.

Chinese Medical Journal 2019;132(24):2972-2983
Objective:To review the latest progress on the pathogenic mechanism and management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA)-associated coronary artery disease (CAD),and propose advice on future management optimization as well as prospects for research and development of new therapeutic regimen.Data sources:This study was based on data obtained from PubMed up to May 2019 using various search terms and their combinations, including coronary artery disease, myocardial ischemia, cardiovascular diseases,RA,rheumatic diseases, treatment, therapy, strategies, immunotherapy, inflammation, and anti-inflammation.Study selection:All retrieved literature was scrutinized, most relevant articles about the pathogenic mechanism and clinical management, especially anti-inflammatory therapy of RA-associated CAD were reviewed. Results:RA is an immune-mediated chronic inflammatory disease which has a great social disease burden. In addition to typical arthritic manifestations,RA also affects extra-articular tissues and organs, within which the involvement of the cardiovascular system, especially incorporating CAD,is the leading cause of death for patients with RA.Recently, numerous basic and clinical studies have been carried out on the mechanism of CAD development and progression under the inflammatory cascade of RA.The effect of traditional RA drugs on CAD risk management has been gradually tariffed, and more emerging biologic agents are being explored and studied, which have also achieved satisfactory outcomes.Furthermore, with the success of the CANTOS clinical trial, novel anti-inflammatory therapy for the prevention of cardiovascular disease is believed to have a broad prospect.Contusions:RA is an independent risk factor for CAD,which mainly results from the underlying inflammatory cascade;therefore,anti-inflammatory therapy, especially the emerging novel biologic drugs,is important for CAD management in patients with RA and may also be a promising approach among the general population.
