5.The protective effect of sufentainil on rat myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and caspase-3
Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2010;26(4):269-272
Objective To investigate the effect of Sufentainil on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and caspase-3 to rat heart. Methods Ninety Wistar rats weighing 200-300g were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=30):sham group(group S), ischemia-reperfusion group (group I/R)and Sufentainil group (group SF). Each group was divided into 3 subgroups according to the time phases at 30, 60 and 120min(n=10).In group I/R and group S the animals were received normal saline intravenously. In group SF sufentainil 5μg/kg NS 20ml was given. After 24 h, all animals were anesthetized with intraperitioneal 20% urethane 1 mg/kg, intubated and mechanically ventilated. The chest was opened and heart exposed via thoracotomy. In group S , left artery anterior descending artery(LAD) was not ocluded. While in I/R and SF group myocardial ischemia was introduced by clamping LAD for40 min. The animals were killed at 30, 60 and 120 min of reperfusion respectively(n=10each). Cardiac tropoin I(cTnI), expression of caspase-3 and apoptosis of cell in heart tissues were measured at the same time.Ultrastructure of myocardium taking the from apex was examined by electron microscopy at the end of 120 min reperfusion. Results Compared with group S, the concentration of cTnI was increased in the other 2 groups(P<0.05).cTnI was significantly lower in group SF than in group I/R(P<0.05). Expression of caspase-3 and apoptosis index induced by myocardial reperfusion were attenuatated in group SF(P<0.05). The damage of myocardial ultrastructure caused by myocardial I/R were also significantly improved in group SF. Conclusion Sufentainil may relieve the heart cellular apoptosis by decreasing caspase-3expressing.
6.Acoustic Analysis of Voice Following Different Phonation Conditions in Children
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1997;0(04):-
Objective To assess voice parametric characteristics of normal children in different age?sex?and phonation conditions. Methods Voice data of 240 children were collected and analyzed with Dr. Speech software. Acoustic signal data were measured in three phonation conditions: the lowest modal voice, natural voice, the highest modal voice. Results Perturbations and normalized noise energy from the highest value to the lowest one by one were that of the lowest modal voice, natural voice, the highest modal voice. The sequences of standard deviation of fundamental frequency were that of the highest modal voice, the lowest modal voice, natural voice. Conclusion The voice quality of normal children had distinctive characteristics in different phonation conditions.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;(12):937-940
Medical tourism has grown into a booming market worldwide, which however remains at a startup stage in China given its fast development in recent years. This paper probed into the present status of medical tourism at home and abroad, discussed key roadblocks to tackle for medical tourism, including government regulations, medical resources, international certification, promotions and marketing, language barriers, and visa.On such basis, the authors come up with the following recommendations:enhance policy support and complete the governance of medical tourism; tap resources of public hospitals and encourage private involvement; encourage international certification of medical institutions to explore overseas medical tourism; encourage tourist firms to develop medical tourim products and promoting medical tourism; build brands and complete product lines.
8.Differential Expression of Ryanodine Receptors in the Developing Rat Cochlea
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2009;17(4):358-362
Objective Ryanodine receptor (RyR) is one of the Ca2+ release channels on the intracellular Ca2+ stores. RyR induced-Ca2+ release is activated by the voltage-dependent Ca2+ entry, that is, calcium-induced calcium release (CICR). Intracellular free Ca2+ concentration (ECa2+]i) plays a key role on cochlear function. Our study is to investigate the differential expression of RyR in the developing rat cochlea, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of RyR and auditory functional development. Methods Immature SD rats, which were 1 day (P1), 5 days (P5), 10 days (P10), 14 days (P14), 28 days (P28) after parturition, and adutl rats(5 rats for each age) were included in the study. Frozen cochlea sectioning and immunofluorescence were applied to observe the differential expression of RyR. Results The RyR expression in the Corti's organ increased during the cochlear development. It's not significant that the stain was observed on the hair cells and supporting cells in the Corti's organ of P1 and P5 rats. The appearance of the Corti's organ of P10 rats trended to maturity. In P14 rats the RyR expression on hair cells located in the synaptic area against the afferent or efferent nerve, and the strain on supporting cells was extensive. There was little different between the strain on cochlea of P14 and P28 rats. In postmature rat spiral ganglion neurons (SGN), the RyR expression verged gradually from extensive whole cell soma to the synaptic area near to the plasma membrane. Conclusion The RyR expression peaked the 14th day after parturition, which was close to that in the mature cochlea. The time course of the RyR expression during the cochlear development was coincident with that of the auditory functional development. The RyR expression on both hair cells and SGNs located in the synaptic area near to the plasmolemma, implying that RyR induced-CICR was related to the auditory functions such as neurotransmission. Extensive RyR expression in the soma of SGNs at the early stage possibly involved in apoptosis of SGNs during neuron development.
