Military medical ethics is a famous theory abroad and have drawn controversy. We should enhance the study of the subject.Understanding the principle and the difficulties is the premise for the study of the theory.
4.Study of nerve conduction velocity in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(01):-
Objective: To analysis the finding of never conduction velocity(NCV) in patients with ALS and investigate the clinical significance of NCV. Methods: Keypoint was applied to estimate the NCV of median, ulnar, tibial, peroneal in 106patients with ALS and 123healthy volunteers,in which sunface electrodes was used for both stimulating and recording. Results: SCV of median and MCV of median, ulnar, peroneal in patient group was a significant difference as compared with the normal subjects;A significant difference was noted in all latency except sensory fiber of median.A significant differencence of compound muscle action potential amplitude of medial, ulnar, tibial was noted in two groups. Conclusion: NCV in patients with ALS could show abnormal slowing,so the valuation for differentiation of NCV is not so good as the clinical signs and the distribution of electromyographic abnormalities.
5.Discussion on the Theory of "Gallbladder Qi Dominating Ascending"
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(5):339-
The physical feature of gallbladder is gallbladder qi dominating ascending, which has two meanings, one is gallbladder dominates ascending of Yang qi, and the other is gallbladder has the nature of dispersing stagnated qi.Gallbladder has the physical features of gallbladder qi dominating ascending and bile dominating decending. The opposite movement of ascending and descending conforms to Yin and Yang theory in Chinese medicine.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(20):3275-3280
BACKGROUND: Effect of metabolic disorders after kidney transplantation on prognosis, especially new-onset diabetes after transplantation (NODAT), has aroused concerns. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the risk factors for NODAT in renal transplant recipients, thus providing reference for identifying high-risk patients and taking active prevention measures. METHODS: Clinical data of 365 patients undergoing allograft renal transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. According to whether NODAT occurred or not, all the patients were assigned to NODAT (n=71) and non-NODAT (n=294) groups. The independent risk factors for NODAT were determined using univariate and non-conditional multivariate logistic regression analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The cumulative incidence of NODAT in renal transplant recipients within year postoperatively was 19.45%. Non-conditional multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥ 45 years old, body mass index ≥ 25 kg/m2, family history of diabetes mellitus and acute rejection were associated with NODAT in renal transplant recipients. To conclude, the age, family history of diabetes mellitus, high body mass index and acute rejection can increase the incidence of NODAT in renal transplant recipients.
8.Research progress of inducible nitric oxide synthase/cyclooxygenase-2 in female stress urinary incontinence
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(3):323-328
Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) and iNOS/COX-2 signal transduction path-ways are closely related to occurrence and development of diseases , such as tumor, immunity, inflammation, hypoxia, ischemia, injury and so on.iNOS/COX-2 controls the physiological and pathological activities of human lower urinary tract .This article summarizes the role and mechanism of iNOS/COX-2 signal transduction pathways in related diseases .It not only provids an important target for treat-ment of disease and but provides a theoretical basis and research ideas for the development and research of new drugs .
9.Reproduction of human endometriosis in nude mouse to test the effects of endostatin therapy
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To reproduce the human endometriosis (EMS) in nude mouse, and to asssess the effects of endostatin in this model. Methods Endometrium tissue was collected from four women undergoing hysterectomy for EMS, and it was transplanted into 30 female BALB/c nude mice by subcutaneous injection (n=20) and intraperitoneal injection (n=10) respectively. The development of endometriotic lesions in nude mice was observed three times every week. Two weeks later, the successful rate in the two groups was estimated. The model mice in subcutaneous injection group were then randomized into treatment group (n=8) and control group (n=7). The mice in treatment group were injected with human endostatin (2mg?kg -1 ?d -1 ), while the mice in control group received an equivalent volume of PBS. All mice were sacrificed 14 days after treatment. Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Results Transplantation was successful in 7 nude mice in abdominal implantation group and 15 nude mice in subcutaneous injection group. The success rate was 75% in subcutaneous injection group and 70% in abdominal implantation group, no significant difference was found between two groups. The level of VEGF in the nude mice treated with endostatin was significantly lower than that in the control group (P
10.Effects of ?-tocopheryl on enhancement of TRAIL to induce apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cell lines SGC-7901 and MKN28
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the effects of ?-tocopheryl succinate (?-TOS) on apoptosis of gastric cancer cells induced by TRAIL. Methods The cell cycles and the percentage of apoptosis were analyzed with flow cytometer and the expressions of NF-?B, survivin, bcl-2 and caspase-3 in gastric cancer cells were assessed with Western blot. Results After being exposed to TRAIL 300ng/ml for 24 hours, the apoptosis rate was 36.05% for MKN28 and 11.80% for SGC-7901. When exposed to ?-TOS at 60?mol/L for 24 hours, the apoptosis rate was 9.0% for MKN28 and 8.5% for SGC-7901. With a combination of ?-TOS 60?mol/L and TRAIL 300ng/ml for 24 hours, the apoptosis rate was elevated to 48.1% for SGC-7901 and 63.7% in MKN28, respectively. The results of Western blot showed that TRAIL inhibited the expressions of NF-?B and survivin, while had no inhibition on the expressions of bcl-2 of SGC-7901 and MKN28 cell lines. The expression levels of bcl-2 and survivin had no change when the cells were exposed to ?-TOS alone. When the cells were treated with ?-TOS and TRAIL simultaneously, the expressions of NF-?B, bcl-2, and survivin were greatly decreased. Conclusions ?-TOS can enhance the activity of TRAIL in inducing apoptosis, and the down-regulation of the expression of NF-?B, bcl-2 and survivin may be involved in the mechanisms.
