1.Clinical Observations on Acupuncture Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(3):24-25
Selected mainly were acupoints in the adjacent areas and along the meridians, assisted by ashi points. Fengmen (BL 12), Geshu (BL 17) and Xuehai (SP 10) were selected for migratory arthralgia;Shenshu (BL 23) and Guanyuan (CV 4) for cold-aggravated arthralgia; Pishu (BL 20), Zusanli (ST 36)and Yinlingquan (SP 9) for damp arthralgia; Dazhui (GV 14) and Quchi (LI 11) for heat-induced arthralgia. Acupuncture in combination with far infra-red radiation was performed.76 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated and 74 cases with herb therapy as control. The result showed that there was statistically significant difference in curative effect between the 2 groups, χ 2=10.18, P< 0.01, indicating that the curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Statistics showed that there was no significant difference in curative effect among the 4 syndromic types, namely migratory arthralgia, cold-aggravated arthralgia, damp-induced arthralgia and heat-induced arthralgia. But there was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the above 4 syndromic types and deficiency-type arthralgia, indicating that the curative effect in deficiency-type arthralgia was worst.
2.Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Tuina Therapy in Treating Supraspinatus Tendinitis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2009;7(2):94-97
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy ofacupuncture plus Tuina therapy in treating supraspinatus tendinitis. Methods:One hundred patients with supraspinatus tendinitis were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 50 cases was treated with acupuncture plus Tuina therapy and the control group of 50 cases, with simple acupuncture.Treatment was given once daily,10 times as a course. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses oftreatment. Results:The total efficacy rate was 96.0%in the treatment group and 74.0%in the control group.x2 test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus Tuina therapy is superior to simple acupuncture in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.
3.MiR-26b regulates invasion and migration of lung cancer cells through targeting hENTI depending on RhoA/ROCK-I pathway
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2017;42(7):755-761
Objective:To investigate the effect of miR-26b on the invasion and migration of lung cancer cell and to explore its mechanism. Methods:qPCR was used to detect the expression of miR-26b in lung cancer.Luciferase reporter gene was used to detect interaction between miR-26b and hENT1.Transwell assay was used to detect invasion ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics.Scratch assay was used to detect migration ability after treatment of miR-26b mimics. The expressions of hENT1,ROCK-I and RhoA were detected by Western blot. The changes of cytoskeleton after miR-26b mimics treatment with phalloidin were observed. The effect of miR-26b mimics on the tumor size and volume of lung cancer was determined by subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice.Results:MiR-26b expression was significantly reduced in lung cancer. With the progress of lung cancer, the expression of miR-26b was reduced. With the progress in differentiation of lung cancer, the expression of miR-26b was decreased.Decrease of miR-26b was associated with lung cancer lymph node metastasis.HENT1 was the direct target of miR-26b;miR-26b regulated the invasion and migration ability of human lung carcinoma A549 cells.MiR-26b regulated the expression of hENT1,ROCK-1 and RhoA.After the treatment with miR-26b mimics, the F-actin staining was significantly reduced, whereas the formation of wrinkles and the formation of pseudopodia were significantly reduced.Subcutaneous tumor formation in nude mice showed that miR-26b mimics treatment significantly reduced the tumor size and mass.Conclusion:MiR-26b plays a role in tumor suppression in lung cancer.miR-26b can regulate the invasion and migration ability of lung carcinoma A549 cells by targeting hENT1 depending on the RhoA/ROCK-1 pathway.

5.Tumor-related microRNA targeting PTEN
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(10):732-735
MicroRNAs are the endogenous non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression by mediating gene post-transcriptional silence.Among them,miR-21,miR-17-92,miR-214,miR-26a,miR-221,miR-222and so on mainly suppress the expression of PTEN phosphohydrolase through targeting PTEN mRNA 3'-UTR.PTEN plays an important role in cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion, and its low expression will induce tumorigenesis.
6.Recent application of minimally invasive robotic cardiac surgery
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(12):825-828
The minimally invasive approach is the direction of cardiac surgery. With the development of telemanipulation and computer technology, the minimally robotic surgery has become reality. As the one of the most minimally invasive cardiac surgery, the robotic surgical system provides cardiac surgeons with less invasive manner and dexterity manipulation.Robotic cardiac surgery is an evolutionary process and has resulted in a substantial increased attention to surgeons and patients. This review is to introduce the recent clinical application of robotic technology in cardiac surgery.

8.Increased expression of Hes1 and its effect on tumour-formation ability in colon cancer
China Oncology 2014;(9):646-651
tumours was found to be slightly faster than those of the controls.Conclusion:Hes1 is overexpressed in colon cancer than that in normal tissue, and Hes1 is upregulated in poorly differentiated cancer samples compared with well-differentiated tumour samples. Hes1 has a positive inlfuence on the ability of tumour-formation in SW620 cellsin vivo.
9.Triple-H Therapy for Cerebral Vasospasm Following Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(12):-
Cerebral vasospasm is the leading cause of disability and death in patients with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage, and there is no definitive and effective treatment for it yet.Triple-H therapy is now the first choice in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm, but there are still more controversies about it. In recent years, there have been a number of studies about Triple-H therapy. This article reviews the implementation of Triple-H therapy, fluid selection, and prophylactic application.
10.THE OBSERVATION ON THE BEATING AND GROWTH CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRIMARY MYOCARDIAL TISSUE CULTURE OF HUMAN FETUS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Myocardial tissue masses were isolated from two human fetus of 10 and 16 week's gestation respectively and they were cultured under the conditions for cultivating the myocardial cells of the rodents. Spontaneous beating occured. In one case the frequency of beating was 21~27 beats/min, and the beating lasted for 30 days until the culture was terminated artifitially. In another case a cell mass continued to beat as long as 75 days with a frequency of 200~290 beats/min, and then stopped spontaneously. The differences in thickness and shapes of the tissue masses would influence the modes of growth after culturing. Thicker tissue mass grew more slowly and the fibroblasts and myocardial cells grew and spreaded out radially, or in band form. In tissue mass with a thin border the marginal myocardial cells bulged out in globular shape in the early stage and then separated from the cell mass and continued to grow. In thin layered tissue mass, because of the rapid overgrowth of the surrounding fibroblasts, the myocardial tissue would grow and overlap them and increased steadily in thickness. This procedure is simple and relatively stable, and possible to retain the long-lasting beating of the myocardial tissus, but it is difficult to obtain a pure myocardial cell culture for cell counts and other quantitative studies.
