Objective To evaluate the feasibility,effectiveness and safety of Carto3 three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system in guiding radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT).Methods The clinical data of a total of 28 patients with PSVT (Carto group),who received RFA guided by Carto3 three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system during the period from March 2015 to February 2016,were retrospectively collected.Other 36 parents with PSVT,who received fluoroscopy-guided RFA during the period from March 2014 to February 2015,were collected as control group.The X-ray irradiation time,success rate of operation,operation time,complication and recurrence rate were calculated and the results were compared between the two groups.Results The mean fluoroscopy time in Carto group was (2.6±2.3) min,which was significantly less than (15.8±9.5) min in the control group (P＜0.001),and among them zero X-ray irradiation was obtained in 8 patients who had atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT).The operation success rates of Carto group and the control group were 100％ (28/28) and 94.4％ (35/36) respectively (P＞0.05).The operation time in Carto group and the control group was (162.7±34.4) min and (149.4±46.2) min respectively (P＞0.05).In Carto group no any complications occurred,and in the control group one patient with AVNRT developed transient degree Ⅱ atrioventricular block during ablation process.All patients were followed up for 6 months,and no recurrence was observed in all patients of both groups.Conclusion For the treatment of PSVT,RFA guided by Carto3 three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system is safe and effective,it can significantly reduce the X-ray irradiation time,even zero X-ray radiation in some AVNRT patients,meanwhile,this technique does not increase operation time and operation risk.

Objective To investigate anti-HBV effect of total flavonoids in Scorzonera austriaca wild (TFSA) in vitro.Methods MTT assay was used to observe the effect of TFSA on HepG2.2.15 cells, ELISA assay was used to detect the inhibition on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion from HepG2.2.15 cells and RTFQ-PCR assay was used to detect the inhibition rates of HBV-DNA.ResuIts The TC50 of TFSA on HepG2.2.15 cells was 0.603 mg/mL . TFSA significantly reduced the content of HBsAg and HBeAg and the numbers of HBV-DNA in the HepG2.2.15 cell cultural supernatants under nontoxic concentrations (0.062, 0.125, 0.250 mg/mL), and the maximal inhibitory rate was 89%, 33% and 43%, respectively. ConcIusion TFSA have anti-HBV effects in vitro.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of rosin acid in Rheumatoid arthritis tablet. METH-ODS:HPLC was performed on the column of ZORBAX SB-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid(82∶18,V/V) at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min ,detection wavelength was 241 nm ,column temperature was 30 ℃ and volume injection was 10 μl. MS/MS column was ZORBAX SB-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid(80∶20,V/V)at flow rate of 0.2 ml/min;column temperature was 30 ℃;volume injection was 0.5 μl. Ionization mode was ESI+,atomization gas pressure was 25 psi,gas flow as 8.0 L/min,capillary voltage was 4 000 V,capillary outlet voltage was 120 V,precursor ion was 303 m/z,scan range was 50-500 m/z and the gas temperature was 350 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of rosin acid was 2.5-100.0 μg/ml. RSDs of preci-sion,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0%,recoveries was 96.75%-98.11%(RSD=0.53%,n=6). CONCLU-SIONS:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the content determination of rosin acid in Rheumatoid arthritis tablet.

In this study, two methods--the supernatant hemoglobin spectrophotometry, i.e. hemolysis percentage measurement(according to ISO/TR 7405) and the hemiglobincyanide measurement(according to ISO 10993-4)--were used to assay the hemolytic properties of hydroxyapatite(bioceramics) and collagen (polymer). The results showed that the conclusions drawn from using the two methods were basically consistent, and the latter was more sensitive, stable and comparable. However, some of the procedures in the hemiglobincyanide method were not defined in details. So based on our experiments we have offered some suggestions and improvements, which do not deviate from ISO and ASTM standards, for hiher practicability of usig it in standardizing the evaluation of the hemolytic properties of biomaterials. Hemiglobincyanide measurement is worthy of wider application.

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the expression of constitutive photomorphogenesis factor 9 signa-ling complex subunit 6(CSN6) in hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC),and its clinicopathological factors and prognosis. Methods The expression of CSN6 at levels of protein and mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma and normal hepatic tissues was analyzed using public human protein Atlas database and StarBase database. The TCGA database was used to analyze the differential expression of CSN6 in patients with different tumor stages and graded of hepatocellular carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CSN6 protein in 106 patients with HCC and analyzed its relationship with multiple clinicopathological factors and overall survival. Results The expression of CSN6 was elevated in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues when compared to normal hepatic tissues. CSN6 was more highly expressed in patients with high pathological grades(G3 and G4)and high stages (Ⅱ and Ⅲ);patients with hepato-cellular carcinoma with high expression of CSN6 had a shorter overall survival. The expression of CSN6 in hepatocellular carcinoma was associated with tumor differentiation and hepatitis B virus infection, and was an independent predictor of overall survival. Conclusion The expression of CSN6 is significantly increased in hepatocellular carcinoma. The increased expression of CSN6 in HCC tissues suggests a poor prognosis. The increased expression is associated with the malignant progression of hepatocellular carcino-ma and has a potential new prognostic marker and therapeutic target.

Objective:To evaluate the treatment of nonunion of lateral humeral condyle complicated with cubitus valgus with primary fixation in situ and secondary supracondylar varus osteotomy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of the 8 children who had been treated for nonunion of lateral humeral condyle complicated with cubitus valgus at Department of Pediatric Orthopedics, Honghui Hospital from January 2016 to March 2018. They were 5 boys and 3 girls with 5 left and 3 right sides involved. Their age at injury ranged from 6 to 14 years (average, 10 years) and the duration from injury to operation from 2 to 6 years (average, 4 years). At the primary stage, the fragments were fixated in situ with compressive cannulated screws after cleaning the nonunion ends, followed by iliac autograft. At the secondary stage, the humeral supracondylar varus osteotomy was performed after the nonunion was healed and the elbow range of motion recovered. The therapeutic effects were assessed by comparing the elbow range of motion, carrying angle and Mayo elbow performance score (MEPS) between preoperation and the final follow-up.Results:All the patients were followed up for an average of 44.5 months (range, from 27 to 64 months). The average healing time for obsolete nonunion of lateral humeral condyle was 81.3 days (range, from 55 to 120 days) after the primary operation and that for supracondylar varus osteotomy 51.1 days (range, from 45 to 60 days) after the secondary operation. The elbow range of motion was 129.0°±4.6° before operation and 138.0°±5.4° at the final follow-up, showing a significant difference ( P<0.001). The average carrying angle at the healthy side in 8 children was 5.4° (range, from 3° to 8°). The carrying angle at the affected side was 31.9°±4.7° (range, from 25° to 42°) before operation and 4.0°±2.2°(range, from 1° to 8°) at the final follow-up, showing a significant difference ( P<0.05). Their preoperative MEPS was 57.5 ± 6.5 (4 good cases and 4 poor ones) but 95.9±3.4 (6 excellent cases and 2 good ones) at the final follow-up, showing a significant difference ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Treatment of nonunion of lateral humeral condyle complicated with cubitus valgus can be effectively carried out by cleaning fibrous tissue in the nonunion gap, iliac autograft and fragments fixation in situ with compressive cannulated screws at the primary stage and supracondylar varus osteotomy at the secondary stage. Intraoperative preservation of the blood supply to the nonunited fragments is the key to successful management.

Misuse and abuse of veterinary antimicrobial agents have led to an alarming increase in bacterial resistance, clinical treatment failure, and drug residues. To address these problems, consistent and appropriate dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents are needed. Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) models have been widely used to establish rational dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents that can achieve effective prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases and avoid the development of bacterial resistance. This review introduces building methods for PK/PD models and describes current PK/PD research progress toward rational dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents. Finally, the challenges and prospects of PK/PD models in the design of dosage regimens for veterinary antimicrobial agents are reviewed. This review will help to increase awareness of PK/PD modeling among veterinarians and hopefully promote its development and future use.
