Objective To explore the influencing factors of pharmacotherapy effect of ectopic pregnancy and nursing measures. Methods 569 patients with ectopic pregnancy using pharmacotherapy were retrospectively analyzed in our department. Results Among 569 patients,423 patients gained successful treatment,while 146 patients failed the treatment.Blood β-HCG level,diameter of ectopic mass showed by B ultrasound were influencing factors of pharmacotherapy effect.The higher β-HCG level,the longer diameter of ectopic mass showed by B ultrasound,the lower success rate of pharmacotherapy.The patients with β-HCG＜1000 mIu/ml,diameter of ectopic mass showed by B ultrasound less than 1 cm at admission acquired higher success rate of pharmacotherapy. Conclusions Patients with ectopic pregnancy who select conservative medication should be given pertinent psychological nursing,rigorous monitoring of disease condition and adverse reaction of drugs and timely and effective nursing measures,so that patients can get better nursing effect.

Aim To investigate the role of transcrip-tional cofactors receptor interacting protein 140 ( RIP140 ) and peroxisome proliferator-activated recep-tor γ coactivator-1α ( PGC-1α) in the angiotensin Ⅱ( AngⅡ) mediated energy metabolism regulation in cardiomyocytes. Methods RIP140 or PGC-1α was overexpressed via adenovirus vector system. ATP con-tents were detected by luminescence detection assay system. Real-time PCR and Western blot analysis were used to measure the expressions of RIP140 and PGC-1α genes. Results After treated with 100 nmol·L-1 AngⅡfor 36h in neonatal cardiomyocytes, the content of mitochondrial ATP was reduced notably ( P <0. 01). Accordingly, the mRNA and protein levels for RIP140 were increased. However, the mRNA and pro-tein levels of PGC-1α were downregulated markedly. What’ s more,the reduction of ATP induced by AngⅡwas further aggravated by RIP 1 4 0 overexpression , but ameliorated by overexpressing PGC-1α. Conclusion The reduction of ATP mediated by AngⅡis associated with the upregulation of RIP140 , as well as the down-regulation of PGC-1α.

Tyrosinase is a key enzyme related to skin pigmentation disorders of elderly people, while self-aggregation of the amyloid-beta peptide, Abeta42, has been considered as a key event in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The present study was undertaken to investigate the inhibitory effects of 20 samples from Rhodiola species on tyrosinase and Abeta42 aggregation, and to isolate their corresponding bioactive components. The results demonstrated that the oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) commonly found in Rhodiola species were the major bioactive components corresponding to their anti-tyrosinase and anti-Abeta42 aggregation bioactivities. Salidroside, a representative compound of Rhodiola plants, proved not to be active in the present studies.

ObjiectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicineShuxin-Huoxue decoction on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.MethodsThis study was a randomized controlled trial. 86 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and conformed to the indusive criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicineShuxin-Huoxue decoction. Serum homocysteine (Hcy) was measured by enzymatic cycling assay, high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) was measured by immunotubidimetric assay and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI) were measured by color doppler echocardiography before and after treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups was evaluated.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90.7% (39/43) and 74.4% (32/43) respectively,there was significant difference (χ2=3.957,P=0.047). Followed up for 4 weeks, LVEF(65.7% ± 8.7% vs. 61.5% ± 8.4%,t=2.277), SV(86.9 ± 16.8 ml vs.79.2 ± 16.5 ml,t=2.144), CO(49.3 ± 9.1 ml/m2 vs. 44.7 ± 8.8 ml/m2,t=2.383), CI (3.7 ± 0.9 L/min?m2 vs. 3.3 ± 0.7 L/min?m2,t=2.301) of the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the decrease of serum Hcy  (8.7± 3.7mmol/L vs. 11.4± 3.5mmol/L,t=3.476), hs-CRP (2.7± 1.1 mg/L vs. 3.5± 1.3 mg/L,t=3.081) level of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicineShuxin-Huoxue decoction has good therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.

Objective To acknowledge the spouse comorbid conditions of diabetes patients by comparing the average blood sugar level of the spouse of the diabetes patients with normal Guangzhou residents.Methods To sift and analyze the spouse test results of 152 hospitalized diabetes patients from January 2012 to January 2013,by testing the blood sugar level of the experimental subjects,comparing the different blood sugar level results between when they were with empty stomach and 2 hours after oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT).Results There were 32 cases with diabetes,9 cases with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and 11 cases with impaired fasting glucose (IFG) in the above 152 experimental subjects.The morbidity rates were 21.05％,5.92％ and 7.24％.All the above results were higher than the Guangzhou residents survey level,there were statistical differences between them.Conclusions The high morbidity rates of diabetes and impaired glucose regulation in diabetes patients spouse are obvious.The works for diabetes sifting and analyzing together with the health education instruction need to be strengthened.

Objective To study the effect of c-myc small interference RNA(siRNA) on c-mye protein in leukemic cells, and investigate a new method of gene therapy on leukemia. Methods siRNA against c-myc mRNA were designed and synthesized. The siRNA at 100 nmol/ml density was transfected into HL-60 cells. The cells cultured at 24 h, 48 h or 72 h were collected after being transfected, and the total protein of the cells was extracted according to the instruction booklet of TRIzol reagent. The expression level of c-myc protein was examined by Western blotting. Results After being treated with siRNA of c-myc, the quantity of c-myc protein was obviously reduced. It was remarkably lower than that of the control group. Furthermore after 72 h treatment with siRNA, the expression of c-myc protein reached its lowest. Conclusion The siRNA of c-myc can suppress the expression of c-myc protein in HL-60 cells. There are sequence targeted and time-dependence effect. The siRNA of c-myc may become a new tool of gene therapy on leukemia.

AIM: Three different antisense oligonucleotides complementary to basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) mRNA were compared in inhibitory effect on gene targeted expression. METHODS: After transfecting bFGF antisense oligonucleotides (asODN) into SWO-38 cells by lipofectin,the proliferation of cells was identified by MTT method, apoptosis was examined by flow cytometric cell cycle analysis and the expression levers of bFGF were detected by Western-blotting. RESULTS: There were 49%,33%,51% inhibition of cell growth and 35%, 27%, 18% cell apoptosis after asODN1, asODN2 and asODN3 treatment.In addition,the decrease in bFGF protein was 63%, 42%, 11%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The data suggeste that asODN1 is a potent target to bFGF mRNA, which inhibits cell growth and induces apoptosis in SWO-38 cells.

Objective:To explore the utility of psychiatric service of clients having online counseling for anxiety or depression. Methods:The anxiety group was consisted of clients (n=107) who were positive in the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) online, similarly the depression group was consisted of clients (n=102) with positive results in Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) online screening. Both groups were investigated with the questionnaires include issues related to the clinical features, diagnostic categories and treatment vs professional advice on clients. Results:In the anxiety group (male 69/female 38), the average age was 28+8, 88(82.2%) with more than 15 years education. In the depression group (male 57 vs. female 45), the average age was 29+8, 81(79.4%) with more than 15 years education. None was illiterate. For the age, sex, education and occupation, there was no significant difference between the two groups. 81(79.4%) clients in the anxiety group and 89(87.2%) clients in the depression group were advised to visit psychiatrists or psychologists. A few were advised to counseling online only and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The main diagnoses were mood disorders, neurosis and psychogenic disorders. Actually, 29(27.1%) in the anxiety group were treated with anxiolitics, 31(30.2%) in the depression group were treated with antidepressants at local clinics. Conclusion:Most of the clients should visit psychiatrists or psychologists, and a few may have their psychological counseling online only. Health education and psychological counseling online may be helpful to improve the rate of diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders in local clinics.

Objective: To prepare the conjugate of supcrantigen (SAg) staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) and monoclonal antibody (McAb) against human hepatocellular carcinoma HAbl8 F(ab' )_(2) fragment and to investigate the anti-human hepatoma effect of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) targeted by HAbl8 F(ab' )i-SEA. Methods: McAb HAbl8 was extracted and its F(ab' )_(2) fragment was prepared with papain; the conjugate HAblS F(ab' )_(2)-SEA was prepared with N-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithio) propionate (SPDP); eveny collected peak after purification was identified with gel chromatography; the activity of antibody in the conjugate was identified with immunohistocheinical ABC method; the anti-hepatoma effect of PBMC targeted by HAbl8 F(ab' )_(2)-SEA was observed with MTT method. Results: The conjugate HAbl8 F(ab' )_(2)-SEA was prepared successfully and it had obvious effect of targeting PBMC to kill hepatoma cells, and this effect is correlated positively with the dose of HAbl8 F(ab')_(2)-SEA. Control groups had no such effect. Conclusion: Targeting therapy of hepatoma with McAb-SAg conjugate might be a kind of hopeful model of hepatoma im-munotherapy.

Objective To investigate the changes of the serum level of IL-6 and IL-10 as well as their significance after coronary artery stent implantation. Methods The study involved 30 patients who underwent coronary artery stent implantation. Blood stamples were taken from the femoral arteries before and 24h after successful coronary stenting. Serum concentration of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were measured and complications as well as the occurance of restenosis were observed after the procedure. Results The concentration of IL-6 in femoral aterial blood was significantly higher after 24 hours of stent-implantation (214.6?118.0 ng/L vs 175.8?81.8 ng/L, P 0.05, and the ratio of IL-6/IL-10 increased (3.2?1.9 vs 2.3?1.0, P
